Ive used the self-service bays for the last 2 years simply washing and rinsing my car which is like new. Over the last year I noticed a build up of water spots on all my glass surfaces and now with closer inspection on the clear coat as well. These spots do not wash off my windows regardless of the time and effort put into the task. I was just informed by a well known refinishing company that the only way to get them off is a time consuming buffing process or specialty chemicals.There is obviously issues with the water (hard - mineral rich) and or products they use so proceed carefully and consider the risk to your tinted windows and finish before opting for this car wash.

Just wasted time and money. I saw zero soap, almost zero water and vehicle looks worse then went in.

Good place for a quick wash to get the salt off your car. Its fully automated so you just pay at the kiosk, drive in to the cubby, and the washer does the rest. Does a decent job but dont expect all the nooks and crannies to get clean.

I just spent over $12 in the self wash bay. I wont be going back. 1) Despite what the sign on the wall says, start with the tire cleaner. 2) The bays are not that wide, so if you have a particularly wide car, youll have trouble getting around. 3) (related to (2)), the wands keep getting caught on stuff like your side mirror as you walk around, causing frustration and delay. 4) The changing of what comes out of the wand is pretty delayed, so its hard to be sure if its actually rinsing water coming out. This is probably why... 5) Even after spending over $12, I ran out of coins and time and left with soap still on my car. I had to drive home and fill up buckets of water to pour over the car to finish washing it off. This is seriously the worst experience Ive ever had at a car wash. At least if it had taken credit cards at the machines Id have been able to finish washing the soap off.

Got the most expensive service and my car is maybe .5 as dirty. Literally a whole layer is still on my car. I understand it’s a “gentle” wash, but if they think a few different sprays without any scrubbing can get pollen off your car, then they are certainly mistaken. I’d give one star but there is a lane where you can wash yourself, which obviously is the only hope.

Just paid 12 dollars for a car wash and my car looks exactly as it did before I went through! Do not waste your money!

This is the WORST car wash around!!! I drive for a living and have had my share of bad car washes but this one takes the cake. Purchased the deluxe wash for $14. NO SOAP just water. No undercarriage wash. Rims werent cleaned. And the double dry doesnt dry your car. Also there are no lights on outside at night. They obviously do not want you to see what a HORRIBLE job they just did washing your car. I FEEL LIKE I WAS JUST MUGGED!!!!!😡😡😡

This is a sad excuse for a car wash. The vacuums seem to struggle and not do a great job at cleaning. I’ve used both the self serve and the automated drive in washes and they both are lacking. The self serve the bays are small takes forever to switch over from soap to risnse and the rest of the settings. The self serve also doesn’t have a blower to dry the car off.

Paid 14.00 and the car was still dirty. blue spots everywhere and the windows were all spotted. This is the second time that this has happened, will not return. Too bad, they were awesome when they first opened

Expensive, vacuums dont work fully. Brushes are always old and dirty.

A good touchless carwasha great place to clean out your carvacuumand they do the most amazing detailing everit is pricey but So WORTH it. they do such a great job. I recommend to anyone who needs there car detailed - it willl look fantastic and brand new. It makes a great gift too as they have gift certiciates

$10 for cold water with no soap to “wash” my car. The brushes don’t even reach the rear of my Ford Explorer so it’s not even fully clean. I’ve even come to this place in the past and the wash has been broken, with no sign indicating that, and no person anywhere to give you your money back when the machine takes it. Rip off.

So disrespectful, there was no soap at all, the brush was disgusting and broken . Beside, the coin machine toke money and didnt turn on. There was nobody responsible at the place to talk to . Never going back .

My cars pretty dirty. I go to no touch wash drive through. Apparently my mistake. Could you explain your wash selections on the wall of directions? Geez, complicated. Pay 10 bucks. Some guy watches the entire wash from back of stall, looks like he works there. He gives another guy the thumbs up...Like working ok. I see my windshield is still dirty. I get out to check car, its still pretty dirty. I go to talk to guy in the shop. He tells me, dont get pissed at me...You let it go too long, you should have gone through brush wash, Ill take care of itI go thru brush wash, car still has mud on it and a new fine coat of grime. 😢Meanwhile another worker has taken the machine payment board apart to repair! What a waste of time and money. And believe Im no Mass Mudder. Never again. Guys a jerk. Close down while you fix it.

Disliked the level of cleaning they were able to accomplish in the touchless wash. If I had known how useless it was, I would have searched elsewhere and spent my $12 there instead.

The owner is a curmudgeon. Long story short, some birds did an absolute number on my car, & this was the most convenient car wash so I went there. I go through the 100% touchless one & literally none of it came off. The wash relied heavily on the pre-soak & I think only one high pressure pass was made (& not that well either). At this point, Im pretty mad so I go to find whomever was working there as the garage door was open. No one is around so I call the phone number & the owner (Im presuming since I think he lives above the place) blames me over the phone for using the touchless. He then comes down & looks my car over top to bottom to basically see if Im lying, though he completely missing the very obvious bird damage. He then puts me through the really awful wash (I can only imagine what it did to the paint) & says it probably still wont come off (in absolutely the most unpleasant way possible). He ended-up being right, though I have to imagine a better wash would have done a better job & I wouldnt have had to deal with a total jerk either. I will never return for anything here ever again. The only reason for the two stars is that the jerk did offer to do something about it. Ill give him that despite his horrible approach.

I tried to like this place because it is so close to where I live but I just cant recommend it. I have a black SUV and almost every time I go through the touchless wash I have a ton of spots all over the car. Maybe this is something they can fix but for now I have to find a new place to go.

Touch less and regular wash, usually never do a good job. I think a couple of times it didnt even use any soap just water. Its a hit or miss there mostly a miss.
