Brake squeaking, went in to do a check, those guys check the brake system, removed the dust, applied some lub on the slider, zero charge. Friendly people, nice and shinny facility
Tom in finance was great! Jason was nice however totally disengaged selling a used Subaru. No one greats you in the showroom, girl behind the desk ignores you, phones go to voice mail. Liberty didn’t go over the car like Jason promised they do on all used cars. First night home found the dash lights and one power mirror not working which cost me $250 at Subaru to fix. Day 5 holes in both mufflers which is a safety violation and is covered by 30 day lemon law warranty. I live one hour away and Jason insists they only do oil changes on Saturday and I’ll have to come during the week twice, once to diagnose and another day for the repair. James the GM called me and was irritated from the start insisting I had an agenda to have my mechanic do the work. Nope I want Liberty to pay for this $1500 repair and simply asking Liberty to work with me on Saturday. A loaner car is a nice gesture however not helpful to me. Then like magic they do actually have qualified techs that work on Saturday. I have zero confidence in Liberty and don’t trust the repairs would be done Properly given my experience with them. I would not recommend this dealer. I feel they were very unprofessional and dishonest.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! Liberty Mazda had the worst customer service and sales staff I have ever experienced. I just purchased there new CX-30, I got high wall floor matts with the vehicle that came with a factory defect and I have reached out 5+ times to the sales associate I purchased the car through and the sales manager and neither of them have answered. When I purchased the car I showed them my Thule bike rack that attaches to the hatch back and they promised it would fit on the vehicle. I am a Sales Manager at a bike shop in Boston. No hatch back rack will fit on this car from the way they designed it. The only bike rack that will fit is a roof rack or you will need to get a hitch installed. Which I am now on my 10th call to them trying to get a hitch installed: I was originally quotes $1,200, then I talked to the service manager and was quotes $200-$300, now yesterday I called to make the appointment and the sales manager retracted his earlier quote to now quote me $600 and stated the $200-$300 quote was to get it installed at U-haul. WHY would I call Mazda to get a U-haul quote? I called Mazda to get a Mazda quote. I also asked the sales manager what I could get from the vehicle for them to buy it back from me, he said he would look into it and get back to me and it has been over a week now with no answer.The CX-30 is a quick ride but if you are an outdoor enthusiast do not purchase this vehicle. You will not be able to fit a standard bike rack on it and the gas tank is so small I have to fill up every 2 days.

I scheduled an appt for a tech bulletin fix. Was told it would take 1.5 hrs. It has now been 2.75 hrs and it still isn’t finished. “Should be soon. Can we give you a ride somewhere?” says Ed at the desk when I asked him for a status update. My regular mechanic said it was a 30-45 min job. Why did I bother making an appt?
