I got my quote and you got us in the next day. We needed it back at the end of the day, and you got all the work that could have taken 2 days done for us that same day and kept us apprised of the things being done so I knew where in the process. The people are all very nice and make the experience perfect!

Hello I didnt realize that the phrase Christian Bros was a homonym and has nothing to do with Jesus.They operate like most dealerships and often sell you something you dont have to have.This is not good for the elderly which are living on limited funds.I was satisfied with my service but not the way I received it.Would I go back? Maybe yes but being very cautious.The owner recently contacted me and said he wanted to have a private meeting over the phone.He lives in the county. He gave me a fake email address so I would call him in Wake Forest.I called him and he put me on speaker phone and didnt tell me.He didnt have to .On speaker I could hear them better than they could hear me.I went along with their Sting and toyed with them a little. He doesnt know the Hippa law so hes not a really. bad person He would not let me speak to the 2 people. I had a disagreement with and pretended they werent around.I could hear them through their speaker phone.

After many failed attempts at getting an oil change at multiple different places and hours later they made an appointment with me and got it done in the timeframe that was quoted. I trust Christian Brothers with my cars because of their outstanding service. We have taken many cars there for various reasons and an example is my jeep was having some difficult to troubleshoot oil leaks. The new owner, Daniel, stood by his companies work until we figured out the root cause. I appreciated his focus on customer service and standing behind their work. I completely trust Daniel and the team at Christian Brothers with my automotive needs and you should as well.Note: I do not generally write reviews, but given all the time and effort Christian brothers put into finding the root cause for my car I feel it is the least I can do to make sure everyone knowns their great customer service.

Took my car in on a Friday mid morning, assumed it would be Monday before I got it back. But then I got a call right before closing that they had my car, so I could use it for the weekend. Was super grateful that they got it fixed that quickly. Of course not all repairs will go that way, but I think it said something about their work ethic down there that they got me in and out in a few hours.

I had one of my back brake lights not working. I brought my car into the shop and Daniel was able to get me taken care of promptly and with great customer service. They are honest and affordable. Drop off and pickup is easy (during Covid). They text me an estimate and I have to approve each item before they start. There are never any surprises with the amount due. They have the key and receipt ready to go just inside with my name marked and they’re behind glass which I appreciate, because it’s safe. They take every safety precaution and are organized and professional.

Ginny, Scott and their staff are wonderful! I took my car for a routine oil change and they took excellent care of me. Not only were they timely with the oil change, they also provided me with a complimentary digital diagnostic! Typical car places make it feel urgent to take care of EVERYTHING on the report, but Carolyn helped me and explained to me when was urgent and what could wait! I really do feel like this is a business that is trying to live up to the values implied by its name. There have been a couple of times they have recommended that I not perform a service due to cost and every time I have been in there I have been treated by friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff.I also like their automated email and text messaging services, which doesn’t just remind me of upcoming service, but shows work being done on my car and allows me to approve or disapprove service by text message. The shuttle they provide to take you home and to pick you up is also a very nice plus.Again, I trust these people, I’ve been coming to their business since it opened and I will keep bringing my car to them. From the start they exceeded my expectations! It was raining and a nice man came out and brought me an umbrella to walk me to the door. When I walked in, I was greeted promptly and asked if they could get me some coffee and my 2 yr old a juice box. I was well informed on all progress and they worked me in immediately. My inspection was texted to me for my review and they were sure to include anything that would need to be done in the future so I can prepare financially for it. To finish, they pulled my car around to the door so I could access it easily in the rain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting quality auto care.

Ive been to this place twice now because I live very close to it. Both times Ive been, Ive felt like theyve been trying to rip me off. Theyve tried to force me to get secondary issues fixed and the prices are insane. Ive heard countless people talk about this place, but only one review has been positive (from word of mouth, not on here) but I will not be using this place for my car troubles anymore. They ran a diagnostics on my car, and I ended up not using them, yet I was still charged $130. Kinda irritating how much a diagnostics cost there, but oh well. I didnt fret about that too much. I just went in to find a certain code to pass inspection, and they came up with several things that they wanted to fix that they told me needed to get done in order to pass inspection but I know for a fact do not need to be fixed to pass. The total of what they wanted to do with my car after the diagnostics was at least $600, which I know that I didnt need all that done to pass inspection. I went to another place afterward, and ended up spending $250. I understand that the prices are high because the employees there are trained professionals, rather that high schoolers, but the same work can be done elsewhere for less money. The people there appear very professional, for the most part, though. That brought my 2 star review up to a 3 star review.

The battery gave out on my vehicle and it was completely dead. I didnt know what to do, but I knew that Christian Brothers Automotive was close by. I had never been their before. I called and was treated very well. The vehicle was towed to their business and I was taken home. When the vehicle was fixed I was picked up at home and brought to the business. I’ve never been yelled at the way I was yelled at here. I am completely appalled.They wanted almost $900 for an alternator and a new battery which is incredibly overpriced.I asked if I could bring in my own parts and they could do the labor so I could save some money (being a college student) I was told, “they have to be our parts- I don’t know any mechanic in the area that does that.”FYI I found multiple places that do. I came into the shop and asked for my keys back saying that I wanted to move forward with the work somewhere else.They then proceeded to ask for $59.80 because my car was looked at. I was NEVER informed that I would be charged this fee- nor did I sign anything that would be contractually binding.I was screamed at by the owner saying that he needs to “pay his employees” they have “families to feed.” Also he said, “do you expect to go to work and get paid? This isn’t free labor.”Following these comments he also proceeded to THREATEN me saying I’d better get my car out of his shop or he’d tow it. I was extremely uncomfortable trying to get my car out of there as there were all staring at me and giving me dirty looks from my car.I’m sure this place is nice if you are naive enough to fall to prey to their schemes. I’ll take my business elsewhere where my safety and wallet won’t be threatened.

My car seemed to be having what I thought may be a transmission issue so I called and talked to Mike. He went through some basic questions trying to get an understanding of what I was experiencing with the car. He told me I could bring it in right away so fifteen minutes later I’m in the lobby. They did a diagnostic review of the car that included both a road test and machine analysis over the next several hours. Of course, I am waiting for the call telling me my bank account was about to take a serious hit. Mike calls and tells me that there are no serious issues but did tell me some things I may should consider for preventive maintenance. No pressure at all - they gave me the information and it was my decision from there. I was beyond relieved but I was even more impressed that there was an auto shop that was completely transparent on their findings and didn’t give me a laundry list of issues that should be fixed immediately to prevent disaster. An honest business is a rare find in the automotive repair business and I am glad to know that I found one! Anyone in the Wake Forest area should definitely talk to these guys when in need of automotive repair or maintenance.Very impressed with Mike and the guys at Christian Brothers Auto! Thanks again.

GREAT BUSINESS! GREAT SERVICE!!! I had a timing belt, water pump and some other work done around beginning of year. Work was under warranty. A week or two later started having problems and returned for service. Scott the owner took the car in to fix problem. Problem took longer to fix. He drove me to work in Henderson, NC, a 40-45 minute drive. Got me rental car for next day. About month and a half later problem again with water pump. Again great service. Explained issues & fixed problem all at no expense to me. The second time, his wife Ginny drove me to work and got a rental car again so I can get back and forth to work. CAR RUNNING GREAT NOW! Great business. Always putting customer first! Wish there was more business like this place! Highly recommend!!! I GIVE 10 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!

I had to get a tire rotation done and decided to give this place a try. I was very pleased. I walked in and was offered something to drink, and they brought the coffee out to me. Bill is a very good manager and a nice guy. He will offer something to you that you should get done to your car if they find something but you never feel pressured into adding stuff on and they definitely arent ever trying to rip you off. The seating area is very nice and well kept. I will definitely go back in the future.

Friendly, honest, and thorough. They have saved me money several times by NOT fixing what somebody else told me was the problem. Instead their own diagnostic found that the fix was simpler and cheaper.

Made a 10am appt for an inspection. They took my car at 10 and I was out at 10:20. I have never had such a fast turn around at a car shop. They didnt try to sell me anything or get me to fix anything, which I appreciated very much. Hard to find honest mechanics.

This place is PHENOMENAL! I took my Expedition in for service and they did an awesome job. They were very helpful and their communications were stellar. I loved getting the updates on my truck via text so I could keep up with the work and contact them at my convenience. They offered me pickup and shuttle service plus when parts didnt arrive as intended they offered to help me with a rental car. It was so nice to drop my truck off in ONE location and know they could take care of all the services needed. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They have certainly solidified my future business.

I just moved here from Indiana... I called to see if they could help me take off my license plate because the bolts were stripped. The man on the other end of the phone said he couldnt give me an estimate, because it could take the mechanic up to an hour to get the bolts off my car. I was really confused, and said they are just stripped screws holding my license plate on?? He said Id have to pay the mechanic potentially for an hour. The real issue is his tone, and the manner that he spoke to me. A short conversation that left a really bad taste in my mouth. I called Capital City Auto Body instead and they offered for me to come down right then and take the license plate off for free. Because seriously how long could it really take! Dude was practically a con artist. Like I said I just moved here and am looking for new businesses to support. You could have had a loyal customer, but now you have a bad review instead.

I brought my Mazda in for some major front end issues. The technician evaluated what needed to be replaced and they gave me an estimate of the total cost. Once the parts came in, I brought the car in. The parts where quickly installed but the technician was not happy with the results. There was still an unusual noise from the new struts. They put on another set and the noise was still there. They informed me of the issue and ordered different struts from another vendor.In the end they held to their quoted price and I was thrilled that they made sure that the job was done right.Friendly staff and quality work.

This auto shop is high dollar. They were going to charge me $120.00 for an alignment. On Friday, price was $89.99. The next Tuesday price had gone up to over $100 plus tax. Did not get it done. Other places have good alignment work for far less. Also, Christian Brothers advises to get oil additives put in at oil change. Totally unnecessary. Good quality motor oil is all that is needed. Even vehicle manufactures advise against the use of additives.

I really dont like to leave negative reviews unless it is warranted. In this case I believe it to be so. I was inquiring about a price estimate, and the person answering insisted I leave my number 3 times which I did reluctantly. He never returned my call. First impressions are lasting!! Here is a perfect example of just because a company has positive reviews does not mean they are always providing excellence!

These guys make car care almost enjoyable... they dont screw you over with unnecessary repairs, are extremely friendly and very professional. Courtesy car will drive you home and back so you dont have to uber or arrange a ride, or wait all day in a repair shop. I dont take my car anywhere else and theyve earned a customer for life. I just returned from Christian Brothers Automotive after having some electrical problems on my car fixed. I can honestly say that Ive never felt such positive thoughts about an auto shop before. The waiting area is pristine. The employees are extremely kind. The owner drove me to work after I dropped my car off, and picked me up when it was done!Quick turnaround, and with the ride to and from work, extremely convenient.Wifi in the waiting area--so thats a big plus (not something Ive often found at others). I was really impressed by the overall cleanliness (not to mention comfy seats in the waiting area--not like the plastic penance seats at other places). The location is perfect for people in the Heritage, Wakefield and downtown Wake Forest.Finally---the price... I was very surprised (pleasantly surprised) that the price came in much lower than I anticipated. This is after just one visit, admittedly, but this place has earned a loyal customer.After having many less-than-stellar experiences with car repairs over the years (as Im sure we all have), this is really an experience that I want to share with others. Unfortunately I didnt get the pleasure of having my car worked on, all I needed was an oil change! Stopped in seeing they were busy, was hoping to get an oil change, I asked them if they had time to squeeze me in and told them I understand if not that Id come back another time! They told me they could but it wouldnt be til later in the afternoon! I live right behind them so I didnt see a problem and told them to just keep my jeep til they could get around to it and call me when it was done! 5pm rolls around, jeep hasnt moved, my Husband calls and they said they didnt think they were going to be able to squeeze me in! So up until an hour before you close you hadnt had any idea if you were going to be to busy to do an oil change, and I couldnt have even gotten a phone call? I understand business is busy, thats great, but if you were to busy to fit me in then a little honesty and communication up front would of been nice, I would have brought my jeep back another day! But instead my Husband and I will take our cars elsewhere! Thanks anyways!

I bring my car in for scheduled oil changes and inspections. Recently my car starting showing signs that it wanted to stall out, so I brought it in to Christian Brothers to check out. My car is really old and I dont look forward to having car payments again. Christian Brothers reported it was a minor issue. I really appreciate their honesty, because I was expecting a huge expense, and enabling me to have my car just a little longer.

The true test of good customer service and character doesnt happen when everything goes right. It happens when things go wrong. Ive taken my 2002 E250 conversion van to Christian Brothers in Wake Forest for a couple of large repairs. They did a great job replacing the rear differential, so when the rear air conditioning system failed I took it back to them to check it out.They replaced the compressor and thought that would do the trick. Not an inexpensive repair. We drove the van for a bit and the rear air failed again. So we took it back. They fixed a leaky O ring and sealed additional lines for no additional charge. We drove it again for a bit and the rear air failed again. So we took it back and they figured it out. They made additional repairs and again didnt charge us for the additional labor or parts. They simply made it right as the owner promised he would. Not only that, but the owner personally delivered the van back to our house so we wouldnt have to go get it ourselves.Ive never been so well taken care of by any automotive service franchise. They truly live what they say on the rear bumper of their courtesy vehicle which says love your neighbor as yourself.Im taking all my cars there now and I recommend you do the same.

Going to the shop was the best move I have made for my car in the two years I have owned it. I did not expect to leave my car there so I didnt have a ride back Mr. Scott offered to take me home and come to find out we both hate people who litter on the highways we had a stimulating conversation I was pleasantly pleased . Later that evening Mr. Scott called me to inform me that the PCV valve was put on my car but the code and the engine light was still coming on he ask if they can keep my car over the weekend, because they were closed Saturday and Sunday to do more testing Monday since I barely go out side unless Im going to work and the fact Im on bed rest I agreed, ( I got the feeling if I had to go somewhere hed would offer me a ride.) Monday came and I got the call my car was ready and I just needed a sensor. I was expecting to hear another price for that, but I didnt . I was feeling really bad Monday so I advise him that my son will pick the car up after work Mr. Scott wouldnt hear of it .Mind you it was raining cats and dogs outside and he still brought me my car. I guess what Im saying is you guys truly put the words courtesy back in customer service .Thank You.!!! This place is truly the best if you need your car fixed and you are anywhere in this area or outside of the area (its worth the trip) take it to Christian Brothers in Wake Forest on Heritage rd. I will be seeing you guys again. Love Monique

If I could give a ZERO star rating I would! These con artists bamboozled my wife into thinking she needed her cabin airfilter changed, then charged her $69 for a $11 filter and 3 minutes of labor. This is a completely unethical garage and they have lost our business for good. Update: After leaving this review and the same review on Yelp the owner called and offered to refund the money after being caught, and even had the nerve to try to defend this unethical practice.
