Weve had the best experience with Rydell out of any other property rental company or apartment complex that weve rented with since living in Waco. Weve lived at Austin Place for almost a year and we love it. We love how unique and eclectic our space is and how large our 3 bedroom flat is. Darius, the office manager is always helpful and responsive when it comes to resident requests and the maintenance manager, Max is always very timely and kind when weve have urgent requests. If youre looking for a space with charm with and a lot of room on a budget look no further!

Ive been a tenant of theirs for about two years now and theyve always been great to work with! The staff a super helpful, easy to get a hold of, and open and honest in their communication. They have always addressed (minor) maintenance issues quickly and really respect tenants time and privacy. Not to mention, Palm Court is gorgeous. :)

Lived in Palm Court for a year. The apartment is older, has been updated some and has a ton of character. Generally had a fine experience. However, it was often difficult to reach the landlord and things were not well kept- the apartment was filthy when we moved in, windows haven’t been cleaned in probably years, no one cleans/vacuums the hallways, keeps the yard looking nice, general upkeep type things. Requests from us often fell through the cracks and when things needed to be corrected I was told that they wouldn’t be. (Like getting money back since the cleaning wasn’t done when we moved in and we had to do it ourselves.) Not sure that Rydell really prioritizes this property as one to check on a ton.

I have consistently requested for maintenance issues to be addressed and they have not. I would not recommend living here. I have been broken into and f took 2 months to place screens on my windows. They labeled my electric meter wrong and have since been charging me incorrectly. When I send them pictures of my bill, they tell me they can’t understand the problem even though labeling the meters incorrectly is not my fault. Save your time. Don’t live here.
