Called after hours, they were there to service that night, another company had told us it could be Monday! This was Thursday evening. Danco technician was professional and had it up and running in no time. Would highly recommend.

The technician (Mitchell) that came out behaved in a professional manner and was very helpful regarding maintenance options for our AC unit.

Mitchell was great! He was very informative about the issues that I was having with my AC unit. He was able to provide insight what it might look like for further repairs and he was even able to come out the same day which was huge greatly appreciated!

In todays day and age of hit or miss service, you know you will be cared for with Danco. We have had service through Danco before, enrolling in their service plan. I did not hesitate to call them when water started running out of the relatively new micro split and all over counters and floors in my workshop. Mitchell was dispatched and determined the unit had been installed incorrectly. He made corrections, serviced the unit and left me satisfied.

After getting the run-around from a couple of other HVAC companies in my area I gave Danco a call and from the very start to the very end they were professional, courteous and genuinely concerned with my situation - the condenser gave up the ghost the warmest week of the year, of course it did. Anyway, Danco had someone at my house the day I called and someone here within a few days to replace the entire 20 year old system at a very reasonable price

Had the system put in a few years ago by Danco and was super impressed with the company and the quality of the equipment. Storm came through and damaged my system while I was out of town. Called Danco when we got home around 6pm. By 9pm Garrick with Danco had diagnosed the problem, tracked down a replacement part from a warehouse, (that I think was already closed for the day), had the part installed, and had the AC running in time to cool the house before bed. After figuring out the motor on the outside unit was bad, he replaced it and found the new one was running hot. He went out of his way to go get another new one after already working in the heat. He got everything fixed and working great. Definitely going to use them again.

Unit detected an issue and cut off. Called service nbr and Mitchell McIntosh called back and we told him of issue and he said he would be here in 30 minutes and he was! He rebooted the unit and made sure everything came on and working. Very prompt and efficient service. He said it could have been a computer glitch and caused unit to shut down.

Danco replaced my old unit with a variable speed unit. It is much better than the older models which have one speed. So quiet you dont notice blowing air through ducts or blower motor noise. The temp control is so much better through out the house. The Danco employees were very efficient and pleasant and helpful. Thanks to you all Danco employees.

I called today in the worst weather I have seen in Central Texas in 52 years. Very responsive and a quick call back on a Sunday. Mitchell came out and made sure my heater was at its best. Could not be happier with our new heat pump. We had a 25 year old heat pump that was ailing before the historic freeze storm and had the new unit installed a week later. No more noisy equipment (inside or outside) and no more non stop running of the equipment, just consistent air flow and desired temperature with very little use of compressor (anticipating major reduction in energy bill). From our initial visit with Anthony to the installation by Timothy & Jeffrey every aspect was handled professionally and with 100% expertise. Our heating problem arose on the coldest day of the year since January, but thank goodness Danco was able to schedule a service visit on the same day. Coming from the East Coast where heating is primarily either gas or oil, we were not familiar with the electric system in our home. Mitchell did an excellent job of answering all our questions and giving us useful information on the care-and-feeding of our unit. Our problem seemed somewhat unique, and Mitchell looked at it from several different angles to solve it. (As Mitchell suspected, it turned out to be the electrical panel and not the HVAC.) We appreciate the time and effort Mitchell took in assessing our problem and performing the overdue routine maintenance.

I live in an apartment complex that uses Danco for their AC work. A new unit was installed a month after I moved in. The unit is so quiet, the AC gets cold, the heat warm. The fan never cut off, however, and the AC would pull down 4-5° lower than the temp requested, the heat the same. They sent out the most awesome tech who had to call the manufacturers tech support to reprogram it.He must have spent an hour on the phone. He got it fixed and its perfect! They are totally AWESOME.

Looking for duct cleaning service. Danco was extremely overpriced compared to other services. The fact they outsourced this service to a third party was a deterrent. Estimator was professional and courteous.

Ive never bought a system like this before and I cant compare prices because I only got a quote from Danco, but I know the Trane reputation and feel like I made an informed decision to go with a GREAT company.

He had to acquire some specific parts, but was back in 24 hours and even worked after dark until nearly 9pm to get the job finished. He took the time to explain the repair issues and our options from cheapest strategy, to addressing likely breakdown issues in the next couple of years, to full replacement with a new unit. I would definitely use Danco again and ask for Robert.

Today March 11th, Sammy and Tim came out and did outstanding work on our beautiful system it works great and they even made sure I could keep the thermostat I wanted. $326 charge for leak search found fan/blower was set on 3 ton and not on the 5 ton unit we have. Was told that was good news because the setting gave false readings of a possible leak and probably was not a leak. Since you installed the blower, who do we think had it set that way? Did we actually continue the leak search? What were the results? Or did we stop and continue just to charge us?

I needed a mini- split a/c installed in my garage. I contacted 5 different contractors for estimates, and Danco was by far the lowest. Not only that, but they coordinated both the electrical and the attic insulation (which was included in the bid). Anthony and Timothy both did a great job - on time, as promised, perfect install. I could not have had a better experience. And no, I’m not friends with the owner - this was just an exceptional experience.

Jeff offered us excellent service. He walked me through the steps he took and showed me how to adjust setting on my thermostat for my specific needs. He was super friendly and kept inviting my family over for Christmas Eve dinner. By far the best looking Danco employee I’ve seen. Must come from an all around good looking family.
