This review is for All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning out of Moody, TX.This company and their staff, office and field representatives, excel in their dedication to serving their customers. They installed my HVAC system last September and it worked flawlessly.I had an issue with the AC drain after having some insulation work done in my attic, to include installing an additional cold air return. The All Pro staff had a repairman out the next morning. (Some insulation had gotten into the drain line.)The service tech handled the issues, explained them to me and my system is working again.Excellent responsiveness, extremely professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Johnny came out to do a first time service on my a/c, which had not had any issues in 4 years on newer house. Told me to put in a fresh air filter where there had been none and made a few adjustments, including damper. Within a week after filter install my house turned swampy and within 2 weeks it was covered in mold inside. Three other a/c techs stated that filter should never have been installed due to the type of system and insulation I have. Called to inform Johnny and he couldnt have cared less, said he was not responsible for this at all. I now have a $10K mold cleaning and remediation project in process not covered by insurance, not to mention the 20+ garbage bags of moldy belongings in the trash. Do yourself a favor and skip this guy, use anyone else.

So thankful for this company and their service! AC went out and in these Texas heat waves, it’s unbearable. They got Jeff out there the next morning. Not only was he great at explaining the issues, he is a creative problem solver! They are fair with their pricing, kind people, and easy to work with!

Wonderful service! Called that morning at 8 their service man was here by 9:15 my AC was up and running by 9:40. Very reasonably priced. Mr. Jeff was great and explained everything that was going on with our heater super well. Called the company at 945 and he was here by 11 o’clock to look at our unit! Super satisfied with the service, will definitely use again.

This is my first hand experience with dealing with All Pro A/C and Heating. The receptionist who answered the phone when I called was very helpful and respectful. She gave me a precise time when a technician was going to come out to my house. Jeff called me the next day during the time frame that the receptionist gave me. He informed me that he was 10-15 minutes away from my house. Jeff was very professional and, yes he was wearing a mask. He told me what the problem was. My HVAC unit needed more freon and a capacitor. He refilled the unit was more freon and replaced the capacitor. Overall I am very happy with the services of this company. I highly recommend them over their competitors. They were far cheaper and worth every penny that I spent with them. Jacobs and Cathey overcharged me for a capacitor on last year. My bill from Jacobs and Cathey just to change the capacitor only and nothing else was $285. My bill from All Pro A/C and Heating was $157.84, which included the service charge, adding freon, and replacing the capacitor. So if you are looking for a good HVAC business that will not rip you off All Pro A/C and Heating is the one that I recommend here in the Waco area.

I called All Pro after another company wanted me to pay them upfront for labor cost that they had not performed yet. The other company had order a new motor for my AC unit that was under warranty but would not go pick it up and swap out until I payed them upfront. Who pay for something that they havent received yet?? After refusing to pay upfront the other company left. All Pro came out within the hour after me calling and checked the unit. The tech confirmed it was the motor and called the supply company to see if they had the part. The tech went and picked up the motor came back and put the part in and all was fixed in less then 1.5 hours. The receptionist was very nice and understanding. She listen to my vent regarding my mishap with the other AC company and insured me that they would be able to help. The Tech Jeff was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Once the install was finish I paid for services render. I will definitely call them again if I need them and would highly recommend them.

First experience with All-Pro AC. I called and left a message about my AC before 8 am and by 8, I had a return call and put on the books for a same day appointment. The technician was knowledgeable about the system and with a few questions knew exactly what to do. I am pleased with this experience and will look for them the next time I have an AC problem. By the way, for the quick and painless service, it didn’t break the bank. That’s a plus in my book.

Very Professional and Efficient

Have had All Pro Heating and Air come by my residence twice for air conditioning problems and I really think they do a good job. They seem very professional, are courteous when they come by, answer all my questions and give me realistic and honest answers about repairing something versus replacing, and they make sure to clean up when they are done. Would recommend to others.

My ac went out on Friday morning. I called several ac places..they laughed in my face practicslly. The receptionist answering the phone was very pleasant and told me of course they could look at it today with a time window being 11-3. He was there by 11.40..he called first to tell me he was on his way.by 12:05 my ac was fixed.. The techs name was Jeff couldnt ask for a friendlier down to earth guy..walking into my house at 96 degrees. Cost was so reasonable.. He told me they were just starting out..would i please consider using them again. Ive told all my coworkers friends and given out the number. Amazing down home customer service...

My heater was not working and it was really cold, I called All Pro about 8:30 in the morning, they were there within 3 hours, had the heater going in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use All Pro in the future.

Johnny & his crew have been serving my home & business A/Cs for many years. Weve needed there help about 6 times. Each time the service was great & the repairs worked the first time. Always very fair pricing. I would recommend All Pro A/C to anyone.

I have used All Pro for a while for regular maintenance and they have always been wonderful. This spring, my cheap unit that came with the house needed another major repair so I decided to replace. I have waited for a few month to see how it operates and I am so very well pleased. It runs very quietly and so efficiently that I am amazed at my electric bills in this extreme heat. I was very happy that when they came to install it they did a great professional job and finished even sooner than expected. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs and it is a pleasure when calling their office to have such a pleasant and friendly voice answer.

Our AC died early morning, we called as early as we could and they had someone out very quickly. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong and got the part on order for me. By 6 PM we had cold air again. Everyone they sent out was respectful, nice, and didnt mind explaining what had happened and how to repair it. All Pro will be the only people we call when we have an issue and who we recommend to our friends.

All Pro was referred to handle our insurance claim pertaining to a broken air conditioning unit. We were concerned about not being able to use our own A/C and Heating service but could not have been happier with our experience with the All Pro team. Johnny, Valerie, Jeff and Christopher are professional and efficient. Valerie kept us informed every step of the way, interfacing with the insurance company on our behalf. Johnny came for the initial consult and outlined exactly what we had to do to get the job done. When Jeff and Christopher came for the installation, they were on time, worked quickly and neatly. When they left, the only things they left behind were the new indoor and outdoor units! They used drop cloths inside and cleaned up all of the areas before leaving. If you need a professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and honest A/C and Heating provider, I would recommend All Pro!!!

This was the best service I have ever experienced. Johnny came out and completed our estimate on a Thursday and ordered our system. Our install appointment was to begin between 8-9 on Tuesday. A/C went out on Saturday night. I called All Pro A/C and Heating and within an hour they had a technician at my house. They did not charge me any crazy fees for coming out on a Saturday night and they also repaired my a/c the same night. I would recommend then to everyone!!

First of all, I had been dealing with Lochridge Priest for weeks. I had called 6 times, they answered twice, I gave them information twice to a person and left information on an answering machine to see if my coils were still under warranty. After about 3.5 weeks of trying to get an answer they finally said no. I had them come out to give me an estimate, as one of their employees came out the year before and said my coils were bad/rusted. They came out a few days later and told me again my coils were bad and leaking. The estimate was almost $2,000 to repair it. That included up to 10 lbs of R410A refrigerant. They had filled it up before when I was deployed for my wife and charged $500 or $45 a pound . Anyway, when he showed me the quote I knew they were ripping me off as the fair market price for that refrigerant is between $10 to $15 per pound. So I sent the employee on his way.I had dealt with All Pro before and they had seemed honest but I was worried about getting ripped off as I didnt know much about A/C. So I called them and told them that I had a leak and needed a cool as two repairmen had told me. They ordered it and showed up three days later and the estimate to repair was $1500. When Johnny unboxed the new unit, he noticed that some of the coils were crushed, he showed me and said that it would only work at 60% capacity and he couldnt/wouldnt install a damaged unit. He said he would order another but decided to track exactly where the leak was. He found the leak, it was an a valve by the actual Fan outside, he said the coils are fine. He repaired it and replaced a valve on the furnace. He repaired it in two visits as he had to order the part. He put ten pounds of R410A at $11 a pound. The unit works great and Johnny saved me $1500 on what I would have spent with the other company. Its pretty rare to find good honest repair company these days. I tried to give him a tip but he insisted that telling people about their business is better than money. So if anyone needs that A/C fixed at a fair price with extremely honest service, and one that answers their phones every time, All Pro is the best choice in Cent Tex.

I called with an a/c that wasnt cooling. They arrived within 24 hours and had the problem fixed same day. Reasonably priced and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.
