We love this nail shop and have been going to Cindy for the past 3 years for our acrylics & gel nails. She always does a wonderful job. :)

Great service! Cindy and Lee are the BEST!!! This is a very clean and relaxing environment...from gel to dipping powder, they do it all.

This nail salon is great. Cindy and Lee are very welcoming and accommodating. Lee provides a great pedicure for a reasonable price and Cindy is awesome with acrylics. I won’t go anywhere else!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. I was not offered any kind of extra service like callus remover or salt scrub. She just went right in for a pedicure, whole thing took about 19 minutes. I am assuming that the lady was in a rush, but I would have rather waited or not received a pedicure. My heals feel drier than when I went in and I have paint on my toes, not nails.

Cindy and Le are both amazing. I came in for a gel manicure and their top pedicure which is over an hour but they close at 5 and I got there at 4:30. Cindy was so accommodating, she said its not a problem, she lives close and will stay late. They were educating on the business of owning a nail salon. Le explained to me their passion for their craft and how he really takes his pride in the professionalism and most importantly the CLEANLINESS of their salon. He told me that once a pedicure is done they are supposed to clean the tub and wait 15 so it can sterilize..how many times have you gone into a salon and plop you in a chair after someone was just in it. He explained how clients arent educated in the protocols of what they should look for and ask. Definitely recommending this place you everyone!

Terrible service terrible people the owner of the business hit someones car and threaten him i will be taking my business elsewhere thank you take my word if a store owner does that to somebody its a good bet that should avoid a sleezy shop like this will be letting others know of my experiece

I would not recommend going here! They had to redo my gel three times before it looked presentable. I wished I had just left. Unfortunately this the worst experiences Ive had getting my nails done. Also, they could improve the colors that they have for selection. I should left. They need to be more gentle and make things more comfortable as well. My hands hurt.

I have a great experience everytime i go they do a really good job. Very satisfy im a loyal customer. DR .Lee does a amazing job at fixing your feet he has help my feet looking good again. N Cindy does amazing acrylic nails. N more😁😁💕

Owner is rude and unprofessional! I have been going to this establishment for about 6 months. I love going to Michael - always friendly and courteous. I chose a Gel color that was shown in their clear nail box when I arrived (Gelish 23). After getting my pedicure and ready to paint my nails, Michael opened the bottle. I told him that was not the color I chose. He proceeded back to the front counter and I could hear him talking to the owner in the their native language. He came back with another bottle - not the color. I pointed to the color of the nail in the clear box. This time the owner came over to me and said.....This is the same color. The nail you see in the box has FADED. Excuse me, Gel nails dont fade! Very reason why Gel nails are so popular. And to say that the nail faded in the box is such a ridiculous statement. She told me to pick another color - which I did. Same response - nail color faded in box. Since I had an engagement that day, I was forced to use the color that they said was the same. I hated it!!! I found the same color at another salon. I asked that owner if it was still available and she said yes. Bottom line the owner at Professional Nails lied. Be truthful and upfront and tell me that you dont have this color. I can handle that. Cant handle individuals who lie just to get a buck. Sorry Michael - I wont be back.

Honestly tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I went in there were 3 customers upset, but I thought maybe they were just picky. No the girl who did my nails great job I was happy. The one who started my toes I was not happy she did not ask my what I wanted she merely started and then was about to put the color and had not done half of what a normal pedi should have. The manager took over he then started to do better but did not finish what a pedi should be. He just added the color. And he put too much color which made it very wet and he did not care he still then tried to add the top coat while the nails were still wet. I pointed that out he had me put a fan on my nails said here dry them I’ll be back. I’m so upset at this service and at the quality of the nails I’m not happy at all do not come here unless you want a bad service and bad quality of nails.

They do a great pedicure and reasonably priced but usually understaffed.

Poor service. Got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. My left toe was cut crooked had to go to another salon to get fixed. And on top of that I chose a color and they said they needed to put a different one they picked one for me. The lady who did my eyebrows was rude and didn’t even bother giving me a mirror to look at them after. Never coming back!

I was a walk in, they took me in right away and spent about 30mims on my nails. They did a great job. I will definetely be going back. The prices are reasonable aswell.There was about 5 employees working so they were fully staffed which is awesome.

Probably the worst mani pedi I have ever received. Manger was rude. The lady who did my nails did a horrible job! Do not come here.

HORRIBLE. the owner was really rude, while she was doing my nails it was awkward and she made me uncomfortable. When I went out side after I had paid I looked at them and hated the color I had gotten Matt and it wasnt clearly wasnt Matt. So I went in and asked her to fix it and she said no its not her fault she cant fix them and wont take my nails off or give money back. She was RUDE. Will never go back and dont recommend ANYONE to go there!!Also the sink is all moldy and dirty! So gross.
