Bim did such a good job!! I definitely recommend him he was so nice and gentle, he made sure to check in to see if I liked the nails, the place was nice and not to overpriced at all. overall I really enjoyed my experience

The place is clean and serene. Definitely recommend a pedicure here, and a full set if your getting a custom design.The last two times I’ve have mixed feelings.First trip I removed dip powder and the did an overlay of acrylic on my real nail. Painted with gel & they were great! Great shape too.The second trip, photo attached, I asked for a new ombré set and it was one bell of an experience getting there. To take off my “old set” they Pried - yes pried like ripped them off with a nail tip - which caused my fingertips to actually bruise and my thumb to bleed since they again ripped the nailbed upon prying the acrylic off VS grinding it down.I can keep going but you get the gist.Photos are night of & 2 weeks grow out

I should have ran when I realized they only carry ONE (off) brand of Gel. Never even heard of the brand. I saw a lot of good reviews for Julie so I booked an appointment with her. I’m genuinely wondering why she is recommended? The gel was blotchy and see through, I could see literal paint marks on my nails, there were parts of my nails missing gel. I got in the car and realized how bad they were and had to go back in to see if they could be fixed. Julie was obviously annoyed and a guy took over. I ended up with 7 layers of gel on my nails and it was so heavy on the nail bed. After seeing the two best techs work (at the time) there and almost 2 hours later...they had to go. While the guy did offer to start fresh its ridiculous to spend that much time at a salon and have them look like this (refer to pics). I’ve never had to ask someone to just take them off so I could leave but it had to be done. Second star is because I was able to get my money back.

The workers are aggressors. I was given a book with different colored nails to pick a color. Once I chose it I leaned it on my stomach and chest so I wouldn’t forget where the nail was. KYLE then reached over aggressively towards my chest without consent and yanked the book and said “don’t bend it” as he closed it and forced it back on my chest (without consent). I had to leave because I did not feel safe or respected. This random man crossed my boundaries with no hesitation. If Kyle has mental health problems such as anger issues or internalized hate he should get it situated with a professional before being in contact with customers. Moreover, another lady who was over weight and short defended his aggression towards me and tried to start an argument with me for her enjoyment. This was very ghetto of her so I kept my composure and walked away. They have instead been reported to, and dealt with by law enforcement.

My number one spot. Have been going there since it was Ten Perfect Nails. Just recently the name has changed. We shall see how it goes with new management.Julie is an amazing employee!! Have been going to her for over ten years! True champion right there!!

Kyle did a flawless job. Kinda pricey, but expected due to their location. And well worth the price for a very perfect manicure.

My Experience there was not so pleased I took my daughter for a day out and we got our nails done and the lady there she was not happy and welcoming and the guy that did my daughter nails he was really nice. Next time Ill ask for him or someone else.

Never coming here again, lady did a horrible job and hurted me a lot, my nails look really bad $38 for just a fill its insane !! Im really mad I want to cry. Now Im going to have to pay somewhere else to get them removed

Julie was absolutely amazing. They have excellent Covid 19 sanitation protections in place. Julie took her time and didn’t rush, she paid attention to detail and gave my exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants excellent quality nails. She’s also very sweet. I’m 100% happy I found this place.

Only came here bcz my usual spot was closed. $49 for a plain full set caught me off guard. Very slow moving and still sloppy. Got cut and bled. They put some other color on the first coat without asking bcz they thought it looked better. Gel was super lumpy and didn’t cover the whole nail. Terrible.

I came to this salon because I saw their picture and their nails looked great. I went in I showed her a picture of how I wanted them and they did nothing close to like not even close. At this point I don’t even want these nails on me and I just got them done

I saw Tina today and she did the best nails ever! She was so gentle and detailed but idk if I want to pay $41 again. I always get a full set with gels but have never paid this much. But, I picked out a gel polish and didnt ask for the extra gel topping but she still did it. So if you want amazing work definitely go here if you dont mind the price...

This was my second time coming here. They are all so friendly and professional. Very talented and the nails are always perfect! Im only giving 4 stars simply because they are very expensive. Aside from that they are amazing and i will keep going!

The website states it closes at 7pm and I went in and sat down but the workers said they were closed already and that they closed at 6pm. It is very inconvenient to drive all the way over there. They should change their hours on the website to 6pm.

I wanted to give them a higher rating because they were so nice. I had a regular manicure and $30 pedicure package. The pedicure was totally worth it but the manicure looks bad. I could have done a better job with my left hand. I didnt have time to sit through another manicure to fix it, so I just paid and left.

Very nice experience for a pedicure. All Covid-19 precautions in place and followed by staff. My experience with Tina was thourough with the pedicure and foot massage.

Ive been getting my nails done here for a couple years. I trust all of them, they all do a good job. I may get a scratch here and there, or pick a color or brand that doesnt last as long as another, but the nail tech is never to blame. I used to do gel, now I do dip and they last nearly a month. I have lived in several different areas and had plenty of other home base nail salons, but this one is always accommodating, friendly, and clean!

I’ve gone to this location 4 times now for eyebrow and upper lip waxing. Every time it’s felt a bit rushed, but they’ve always done a great job so I haven’t minded too much. Well today I went and the woman who did my waxing got wax fairly far down on my eyelid and on my actual lip. When she waxed my lip she tore off a large chunk of my skin. It immediately stung and hurt. I went to touch it and I was bleeding. The woman immediately started telling me my lip was bleeding when I came in (it absolutely was not). I was in shock and pain and ended up paying the $15 for the service just so I could get out as quickly as possible! When I came out of the room the receptionist looked at me with intense concern because she knew I hadn’t gone in with a bloody lip but just said “That’ll be $15”. Very frustrated with myself for paying them anything and that I allowed this woman to so blatantly lie to me! I will never be back.

I am new customer at Ten Perfect Nails in Vista Village. They are fantastic, Jenny did the BEST job on my nails. Everyone was very nice and the place is super clean and modern. I could see there were a lot of regulars there. Makes me really question where these bad reviews are coming from. I am going back, my nails have never looked better! Thanks Jenny!

Nicky does my nails and always does a great job. Went in as a walk in one day and loved how she did them. Made another appt with her and loved the set! Shes very attentive and is very nice. I recommend Nicky. I cant wait to go back to get a fill!!

I usually love this place! The nail artist Kyle always does fantastic jobs with my nails and the price never seemed over bearing; full sets with designs for $50-58 is great. But my last visit a few days ago was just terrible. I went in for a fill, mind you I had all of my old set nails and it was only two weeks in soThis fill shouldn’t have cost this much. I ended up paying $47 (the samePrice as a full set with no design) for only a shape change on a fill! It was so rushed and there arePieces of fabric in the polish on some of the nails, he left grinded dirty acrylic under my nails, and they weren’t even fully painted. There are gaps on the tips where polish should be and jusr overall unsatisfying. I almost want to call and ask for a refund I’m just so upset I spent that much money, but everytime I say “why does it cost this much? When it wasn’t that much last time...” they get frustrated and storm off and ask for someone else toDeal with it. My mom goes here often too and gets Tina and I hear she’s great. Maybe I’ll ask for her next time.

Worst customer service. Here’s a tip: if a customer walks in acknowledge them, do not just leave them standing there and when a customer asks for help do not give attitude back. I’ll take my money elsewhere but I’ll make sure to share my experience with everyone. I should have read the reviews first.

Jennifer is an amazing nail technician!! super attentive, very patient and detail oriented! my almond shaped nails have never looked better!! i HIGHLY recommend JENNIFER! shes a true artist!! the only thing that was a little iffy about is that they kept pushing my sister to get gel every time she said no.

There are a lot of different people working here. The quality varies person to person. The young man who did my acrylics did a phenomenal job. However i also had the worst set of acrylics in my life done by an older lady. It just depends. Good prices.

I want to cry right now. Ive been here before and decided to get my eyebrows waxed. Worse decision ever! I hate it. I specifically asked for them to be arched shaped not oval or straight. The lady did completely the opposite of what I asked. Brows look horrible. Then she days they afent oval theyre natural shaped. I fidnt ask for natural clearly natural means oval. I wanted them ARCHED. I sfilled paid and flipped cause Im not a coul person. Complete regrets now I have to go to my regular lady to fix this nonsense. Stay loyal to my eyebrow lady is my lesson learned. Current mood 😭

I came with my niece for 2 pedi and acrylics. First the pedi we got was for 10 min message and they barely did 5. And then my niece wanted some nails to have a marble design. I showed the lady that was doing them a picture and she said yes but she had to paint the nails with gel instead of regular nail polish so i said okay thats fine. After she was done painting the nails and I showed her the picture again she said they dont do that. Im okay with paying more for something I want but Im not okay with paying more for something I dont want! Her nailslook nice but not want she wanted

Nails were bulky. They put gel when I didn’t ask for it and then made me pay extra. When I asked to fix it, he was very angry and rough. When we brought it up he got very upset and yelled at both me, and my mother. He said “we are not professionals”. I cannot make this up.

I Typically Spend $120-$150 Getting 2Manicures Per Month Here (+TIPS) & Usually Never Have An Issue But My Nails Came Out Horrible Today. The Nail Tech Lady Kept Rushing Me To Pick A Color & She Also Rushed The Work She Did On My Nails.Color Is Everywhere & I Didnt Ask For A Flower Design Nor Did She Charge Me Extra.I Am Not Happy With The Crooked Acrylic & Messy Flower Design. It Wasnt Until After I Left The Salon I Also Noticed One Of My Nails Bleeding. This Was My Favorite Place But I Will Never Be Back To This Salon.
