I had an absolutely horrible experience!! The lady obviously was not experienced!!

Place is not clean had my hair cut the chair is dirty, dust on the counter.Ask her to bob cut, not too short but I end up really short, she charge too much hair color & cut $85.Not coming back.

I went to get coffin nails not only did she not know how to do coffin nails there where bubbles and my nails broke not even a full week later they were just not experienced workers

Ive had only great experiences at this place. The ladies are very nice and welcoming. I like that they are all gentle with my nails and cuticles - never painful. Tons of OPI colors to choose from. Clean comfortable chairs. I wont go anywhere else!

Very airy, nice and clean salon. My elderly mother and I were very pleased with the entire experience. The personnel were particularly attentive and I will bring her back regularly. We are both happy with our beautiful nails!

Got me right in. Did a great job on the waxing that I needed. Have another appt next week. Great place!

Not happy at all. Came here for the first time and will not be returning.Im very unhappy with my manicure, polish job was horrible and no massage with my pedicure. I also think they make up random prices with every customer. I was told $23 for a gel Manicure and the customer sitting next to me was told $27.Next time I wont rush and will just wait a few more days for my AWESOME and usual nail lady Tammy at Professionail in San Marcos.

The lady who did my pedicure was wonderful and did a great job.However the older woman who did my acrylic fill didnt do a very good job. First she hurt me many times by holding my fingers too tightly squeezing my arthritic joints so hard I cried out. Then when she was trying to take one of the acrylic nails off she put the plastic under the edge and ripped up so hard and fast she tore my nail off the cuticle making it bleed and hurt.Then when she put on the acrylic some nai are ok and others she put it ridiculously thick and without even blending it down at the bottom. Instead it makes a ledge there that looks terrible now and will be worse as it grows out.The most frustrating thing though was her inability to communicate and understand what I was asking for. She isnt really able to do any kind of design you might want even if you show a picture, or take the brush yourself and demonstrate. I had to keep lowering my expectations and simplifying what I wanted. I had asked her over and over to put the darker blue over the lighter leaving only a thin line of the light blue and it finally took her boss who was tired of waiting for her to finish coming over and explaining it again saying to her that I had been telling her over and over whats the problem. The lady had suggested putting crystals on my fingers but had a very hard time with it and that took forever as well. The boss had to help there too.They have a limited selection of gel nail colors and it was hard to find a color close to what I wanted. I asked to see a few different colors up close and Im sure that drove them nuts. Most places have a much larger selection.Ive never left a negative review before, and Im doing it now because of how frustrated I am. I spent over $100 and ended up with a very sloppy design at the tip gloppy thick uneven acrylic and rough edges that catch on everything.I will not be back. :-(

I am new to the area and this is the first nail place I came to for a Gel manicure and regular pedicure. The lady hurt me while cutting my nails and didnt ask if she was either. Making my skin bleed a little.... When she massaged my legs and feet she just rubbed lightly and patted them. The ladies are very quiet and dont talk much. There were only 3 nail technicians there and when it got busy many of the other customers got irritated for having to wait after being already seated at their stations. Good place if youre in a hurry but not if youd like to relax for a self-spoil day. My gel manicure came out fine in the end at least. Paid $50 total, not worth it personally.

I think it always depends who you get. I cant say that this place is much worse than any other nail salon in the area, but my pedicure was just okay. The massage was extremely short and not very soothing on my legs. I also had my upper lip waxed, and it was downright awful. I dont know if theyre using old wax or what. The woman used tweezers indiscriminately after she waxed, and when I came home I noticed there were still tons of hairs. I dont think Ill be going back here unless Im in a pinch and need a pedicure fast.

I would give less stars if I could. My daughter had her nails done here and the first day they started lifting. I called and asked that they be redone. The lady said OK. My daughter went in, the lady tore all the nails off hurting my daughter and damaging her nail beds and threw $35 dollars back at her and said BYE My daughter paid much more than that and did not deserve that kind of treatment. Stay away apparently they dont care about the quality of service they provide nor do they care about their clients.
