AMAZING NAIL SALON! I have never been able to find one that I was really happy with, in 15+ years, until today. V Nail Salon on Melrose just opened in April and it is truly excellent. It is so incredibly clean, and the employees are all SO nice. They have 6 brand new spa/massage pedicure chairs (with bowl liners) and 4 nail stations. Steve and Kim are the owners, and we had pedicures today with Kim and another wonderful lady, Fawn. The pedicure is $25 and includes massage, hot stones, and hot towel. You can do add-ons like callous removal for $5. They speak fantastic English and it is very apparent they are all about 100% customer satisfaction. Our pedicures lasted 45 minutes! They have beautiful colors to select from (they actually bring you a book of the colors, you dont go to a wall and pick a bottle of polish). Their prices are so incredibly reasonable for the time they spend. This place is just fantastic and I highly recommend anyone try it out. They have a very easy online booking system that we used last night to book for today - if you just Google V Nail Salon, you can click on their website which takes you straight to the booking tool. I hope the place keeps their honesty and professionalism. I’ve been to many nail salons and this is the place that makes me comfy. Since I speak the language but most of the time pretend not to, other nail salons talk ill about you and try to talk you into other services although you already said no. Also V nail salon takes time to do their work. I went to some that will take customers even though they’re fully booked so they always try to do it fast and carelessly.I’ll definitely come more often.

I will never go back there again, i’ve gone to this nail salon three or four times now and i’ve never been impressed but It was close to my gym so I continued to go, I made appointments for myself and my younger sister two pedicures and my sisters was cancelled. We walked in and I asked about it the man said “ I cancelled because I can’t do you both at the same time“ we replied with ”okay but you can do her nails yes” he said “yes she just has to wait a few minutes“ we said that’s fine my pedicure was uncomfortable as the lady cut my skin very deep multiple times after an hour she was done. My sister had not yet been seen. I asked the man what about her he said “We can’t take her now” I asked why he said he could and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Very disappointed they lack professionalism, respect, dignity, and customer service. I will never go back AGAIN.

We just moved to the area a couple months ago and have been unlucky to 2 other nail shops in the area. I called to set-up a pedicure and they were able to get me in the same day (weekday). The shop is new, clean, and inviting. The owner was friendly and welcoming. I wish I asked for their names because they were both meticulous with their work. Which I appreciate a lot since I go mostly for cleaning (callous and cuticle removal). Im definitely looking forward coming back here as my go-to shop.

Super grateful for this wonderful salon! Decided to try it out because I was on my way to New York I needed to get my nails done before my trip, not only did they fit me in on a Sunday but they have the best service ever! Very professional, fun people and do you very nice work :-) the fact that they went above and beyond and chose to see me so late in the evening on a Sunday gives me the desire to come back. I am excited to use them again.

Excellent customer service. The shop is clean and very sanitary. I love how they care about the customers. They are very communicative and outgoing. They sterilize the tools in front of you. I also love how every pedicure comes with hot rocks, a warm towel and massage. I recommend family and friends and let me just say everyone left pleased and satisfied. Definitely coming back...

This was my first visit to V Salon. They are a small team and work together to offer a quality service. Steve, Fon and Kim are caring and professional. I truly have never experienced such excellent work, and I have a pedicure and gel manicure every three weeks! Both my toe nails and finger nails look gorgeous and my feet feel really good!

Loved the service here. I have been to many nail shops and this is by far the best one. Customer service was amazing. Salon was very clean and followed COVID protocols. Tracy was the young lady who did my service. She was very nice and did a nice job. She did not pressure me to get done in a hurry. I made another appointment to visit her again.

I was very pleased with Kim here. She did a beautiful job on my nails and cuticles. She also massaged my hands with this luscious cucumber cream. She was very gentle and thorough. She made sure everything was perfect. I will be going back here.

First time in. Stopped in on a whim. Service was unbelievably outstanding. No upselling, prices and package choices clearly and politely explained up front, listened carefully, made appropriate suggestions, were very technologically skilled even in the trendiest procedures, spa like addons are included even in the basic package. I asked for American rather than French and was pleased that my wish was perfectly executed by Fawn. Plus pricing is fair and standard with competition. I’ll definitely be back. It’ll be my new go to.

They were ready for me at my actual appointment time. I love the spa like experience. When he massaged my legs with the scrub it felt so good. My only complaint is they dont clean cuticles well.

Im so upset! Will never be going back. Went to get my acrylics nails removed. I went there in order to try and save my nails and they just ripped them off. Not th right way to remove fake nails. Messed up my nails so bad. They hurt and are completely ripped.

Do not do it!!! Walked in with my friend, she wanted acrylics and I wanted gel. We both wanted a pedicure as well. Both women working there were extremely rude from the moment we walked in for no apparent reason. We started getting our nails done and my friend was trying to pick her color and the one older woman yelled at her saying “you need to tell me what you want.” When I say “yelling” I mean it. Very aggressive and rude behavior towards new customers. When we said we were going to leave because of the rudeness she became even more aggressive and tried to tell my friend that she doesn’t know how to communicate when they were the ones giving us the colors we thought we were supposed to choose from. I’ve never walked out of a nail salon before, but this was the first time I have ever felt so uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and get your nails done at a more professional establishment!!

Sarah always does an amazing job, Im so happy I randomly walked in to Red Apple Salon. Sarah used to do my nails at another salon but I moved out of town for some time and when I came back she had moved and no one would tell me which shop she went to. So I tried many nail salons in the area and never found one I actually liked. In a hurry yesterday to have them done i drove to 3 salons. The last one being Red Apple salon, so happy I was turned down and told to wait 45 min because I found the perfect salon. I was asked to wait at Red Apple as well, which would have been worth the wait but knowing i had found my favorite nail girl ever, I decided to make an appointment for today! so excited just in time to have the perfect nails for my boyfriends sisters wedding.

It is a fun, extremely clean and professional place to have manicure, pedicure and waxing done.

Excellent work both mom and daughter are very friendly, nice peaceful atmosphere.
