I’ve been Maranda’s client for over 4 years and was excited for her move to West Nail Lounge.All the techs are extremely creative, friendly and keep things clean. The designs they do and products they use would cost twice as much at other salons. I look forward to seeing her and now experience West Nail Lounge every 2 weeks.

Im all for supporting small businesses and I cant say that the work Wendy does isnt good, it is. My problem is that she (her business all together) has no consideration for others, so how has she managed to maintain her business? I have either been cancelled or rescheduled multiple times... but at least then my appointments were acknowledged, right? Well this last time I personally scheduled my appointment with Wendy, yet when I called to confirm my appointment, it was no where to be found! The gal who answered the phone said, Ill text Wendy and check with her, and then ill give you a call back and hangs up the phone.... mind you she never asked for my phone number!! I tried to personally get in contact with Wendy but wasnt able to get in touch in any which way I tried. Next time appointments are cancelled, rescheduled, or simply removed for emergencies maybe keep out of SM dont you think? Ive talked to many people who stopped going here because theyd get cancelled because of sickness or emergencies yet see something different on SM ... just a suggestion. Another suggestion, if youd like to take it, organize your appointment book or hire someone to do so for you and maybe train staff on customer service. I wish you the best moving forward.

I absolutely loved the design and shape of the nails. However, both times theyve only lasted 4 days and they would start to peel. First time I had them done for Vegas and by the second night my nails looked horrible. I went back for my wedding nails and informed the stylist and she said that was odd and would apply a double coat. 3 days later Im taking a shower and I see a bump on my thumb nail and it just peels off. Nails should last longer. I really wanted to love this place but its difficult because I shouldnt have to be dealing with ugly nails days after first getting them done.

Friendly environment

I leave 40 minutes waiting for her and when I arrive !!! Only my nails were fast and very bad.I made another appointment in a month .... and it never came😠A few days later I made another appointment and I was very happy with my 2-year-old baby I was waiting for 30 minutes and I just did not arrive ... That is full of courage because I also have important things to do and space to attend my quotes x that if you dont go or cancel them then if they bother.
