Do not go to this salon if you’re looking for quality work. Vincent put on my acrylics three weeks ago and he did not prep my nails (i.e. my cuticles) at all before putting down the acrylic. The actual nail design was great. Things started to go downhill when I came back to remove my acrylics and get a gel manicure. Vincent used a nail tip to rip off my old acrylics. If you’ve been doing your nails for a while, you know that’s a big NO. My natural nails broke and both of my pinkies bled (see pictures)!!! It was very painful. I noticed other nail techs also using nail tips to take off other clients acrylics, so it’s not an isolated incident. I was then handed off to another nail tech and he seemed to be in shock of the state of my nails. He did his best and tried to save my natural nails but they were really damaged. I appreciate the 2nd nail techs efforts but I won’t be coming back.

They did a great job but my nails cost $60 plus tip I dont get why they were so expensive!

Did not like the way my nails turn out and shop is expensive for the quality of work. Dont recommend. Not returning. I asked for a simple ballerina and got something completely different. Got an almond shape. Not happy.

I made a same day appointment and scheduled it with Johnny. I waited maybe only 5 mins. Well where do I start, Johnny took his time and was precise. He works fast but still very precise. Ive never had anyone as focused to detail as Johnny. Especially when shaping my nails. I showed him a picture of an idea I had.. I always know it won’t come out exactly as the picture.. but wow am I surprised!! I will be coming back and definitely recommend Johnny.

I really wanted to like this place. The first time I came here I only got a pedicure and I liked and enjoyed it. So I decided to come again for a pedicure and to get my nails done. I really like the way they do my pedicures. It turns out nice And they take their time. However.. My nails were so bad. I Got a full gel set coffin shape. My right hand nails are different shape than my left hand! Ugh and she did a sloppy job painting them as you can see in the pictures she missed a part of my nail! Didnt notice until i got home.. I will most likely only come back to get my pedicures and my eyebrows waxed because the girl did a good job on them.

They had good service I got there at opening time so I was the first one there no issue with waiting. I like my nails only the middle finger came out a bit too chunkier than the rest. I also got a pedicure which I asked for no gel but she proceeded anyways and at the end payed $80 for a gel acrylic manicure and a pedicure.

Ok after visiting 90% of the Vista nail salons (yes,I am that type of special picky client that wants perfect nails), and having really dissatisfying experiences with rude ladies, crooked nails,cuts, and not so many colors to choose from, they highly recommended me this place and decided to give it a try I did my nails with Vincent he exceeded my expectations! finally I found a place in Vista were I can get my nails done they have ALOT of colors to choose from and everyone is friendly! Nails:square medium with gel for $32.00 .

Ill never go back. Everything was fine until paying. Atm no charge, debit charge 2.00I paid almost 60 bucks with tip for pedicure which was 23 and included gel. My nails, I asked for filing and gel paint only. I thought it was a total rip off

Awesome! Everyone there was very friendly and polite they werent constantly talking to each other in a different language they were communicating with the customers. I got a full set of acrylics with gel color and the gentleman did a great job, very clean, not cuts on my finger, and very detailed. The customers Nails around me also turned out very well I will definitely be coming back!

My first time here. I did not have to wait because I called in earlier to be seen. I was happy with my nails. I like super short natural looking nails and thats what I got. I asked for powder color, I know this is pricier but the guy charged me 50 dollars for short square natural looking nails. The most I have been charged for powder color nails was 43 dollars and that was because my shape was coffin and I asked for long nails. Other than that I always get charged 35 dollars at my regular nail spa. I came here since my usual store has closed due to COVID. Ladies if you have the money to pay over priced nails this is the place. If you do not want to be ripped off I suggest a different place.

My girlfriend got her nails done here. First they told her the nails can’t be that sharp because they’re a weapon. No one has ever said that, and the nails she wanted were from a photo on their yelp. They tried to get her to go with a different style even though she already had what she wanted. But on top of that two of her nails have already broken. That’s just poor quality. I’ve never seen her nail break when she goes to good salons. Not a place to go.

I just went here for my first time about 4 days ago and my nails are already chipping and polish is coming off, most my nails last about 3-4 weeks and it’s just been four days . Plus the fact they were very expensive about $80 plus a tip . Never coming back to this place I feel unsatisfied.

This was my first time my daughter and I went to Nail It & Spa in Vista. They did an amazing job and were so nice to us. I highly recommend them and their prices are great.

Ive been coming here for a while & usually get 1 or 2 colors nothing too fancy & they last a good amount of time. BUT If you want any new or upcoming nail trends dont go here. And if you do go here for something other than basic nails make sure you ask how much something is before you let them do it. I got up charged $25 (on top of the $30 for a fill, mind you the pearls & Starfish are things i brought in myself) & didnt know thats how much the extra stuff cost till i got to the register. Im very disappointed by this & may choose to go somewhere else next time.

I came here for my first Brazilian Nail it & spa and to my surprise it was way less of an uncomfortable experience than I anticipated. Rebekah was so nice and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She did a great job quick and the price is great. I will definitely be coming back here for all my waxing needs.Definitely recommend to anyone especially first timers!

I went here because I saw the pictures on Facebook that looked really nice. I wanted to have my gel nails taken off and start fresh however, he decided my nails were OK and while I was getting a manicure I did not notice that he did not even fill them just painted and put crystals on. He then proceeded to charge me $90!? For what? My Before & After pictures say it all!

There is an older woman that services me & when I get a pedicure she never does my heels and when she does my eyebrows she doesn’t do a good job.I wanted to go back & complain but I just left.

I was searching and just happened to stumble across this little gem and boy am I happy I gave it a try. Vincent is amazing at what he does!!! I havent experienced too many guy manicurist that take such pride and time in their work. I will only go back to him!! And one of the better girls I think I overheard her name was tammy. She was such a sweetheart and very welcoming! It didnt feel like most nail spas with her. All in all I love this place and I will go nowhere else!!!💗💗💗

I recently went this Sunday the 8th of November to get my nails removed I have never been here but I was close to this location and gave it a try they they cut my nail and made it bleed and when it started bleeding they put glue on my bleeding nail and then filed it and then they kept pulling on my acrylic nail from that same finger and I didn’t say anything no apologies no remedy no nothing and I still payed 22 dollars for a service that broke my nails and made them bleed.

Im very pleased with this salon. I will not lie Im a bit of a picky person when it comes down to my nails, so with that being said I wont say they make my nails perfect (like I said Im extremely picky) however this is not a negative review. I havent had an issue with their availability yet and the ladies sure do try their best to work with my pickiness lol. I usually sit with Rosie when I visit the salon, shes amazing! Rosie usually works on my nails and I ask Tammy if she can work on my pedicure. Both ladies are great so if you decide to visit the salon I would highly recommend asking for them. Adding onto my pickiness, I always ask the ladies to do a new design very time I go in so far they have not rejected any design I handed them and they tried their best to have it done and I wont lie Im always impressed. They know what they are doing and if not they ask for help from their fellow co workers which I find amazing! They try their best to give you what you want and you just feel comfortable. I recommend visiting the salon, great place and great people

I’m usually not too picky, but the shapes and lengths on both of my hands are different after coming here. not only this, but the nail technition didn’t add enough coats either, so the paint doesn’t look very good. She was very nice, but I won’t go again

Was not what I expected! Got recommend here was so excited about trying a new place, but left regretting it .Now I have a $50 nail set that I’m not happy with. I had a picture of what I wanted to make it easier but didn’t work . All I wanted was a simple nude hombre. First - it’s not nude it’s pink. Is hombre not blended in ! She doesn’t know what hombre meant I guess. She tried to add add glitter on one of my fingers I didn’t like that it all, now I have random glitter spots . I don’t like glitter . I feel like she had no patients on why I wanted . Maybe the only guy there would have done a better job. I’m so sad 😞

Omfg this place is so cool.... The place is modern with house plants everywhere... One t.v and beautiful art... Quite, an small shopping center Palm Plaza.... its in between laundry coin an dentist.... Mike, Andy an Vincent for nails and Lee for my toes...she did good too... the shops clean an quite except for the music playing in background....They also have massage chairs... I was referred to shop by Vincent... Ive been going to him over 4yrs now. You will not be disappointed....PS. IF YOU PAY WITH CASH YOU GET A DOLLAR BACK.

Came into this salon after a bad day and the girl left me feeling so happy and relaxed after I left. I was so happy with my set and will continue to go to them again ! I got a beautiful star wars set and I love them so much

The lady that did my pedicure did not take that long. I paid $28 and expected more than just 15 minutes of service. She messed up on the nail polish and did not really file nails. And as she was in the process of scrubbing and exfoliating a small mosquito fell in my water and I told her about it and she just said “oh” and continued without dumping out the water. Keep in mind one foot was in the water. It was gross but I ain’t scared of bugs just that it’s disgusting. She was one of the elder ladies with short brown hair and glasses. Do not recommend her for she is inpatient. Trust me!

Doesn’t benefit you to make an appointment. First time visiting not to mention last! I’m confused how they can remove a customers polish then leave you and take care of another customer. 30 minutes later I still have no apology. Very poor service.
