24 hour gym, quiet and clean with all the machines and free weights you need for a good workout.

I have no complaints. Planet Fitness is always great. Lots of cardio machines, at this time every other one is closed due to covid but there are plenty of options. Machines and free weights are also plenty with 3 benches available. Staff is always pleasant. Bathrooms are clean. I have the black card so I have the ability to use the extra amenities which I love. They have 2 massage chairs, 2 hydro beds and I believe there are 3 tanning beds which are level 3 with a 9 minute max. Also 3 (maybe 2) total body enhancement machines. I also have the ability to bring a friend, download the app and you can add them right on your app, send them an invite they follow the directions on there and your all ready to go. Once you get to the gym all you do is scan the app and your done, they make things so easy. I think for the extra price for me its way worth it. If you dont care for the extras its only $10 a month, cant beat that.

Only had one heavy battle rope and resistance bands with handles. The Oceanside and Carlsbad locations have the regular resistance bands (green, purple, black, and red). Asked if I could go to my car to get my own, they said yes. I also brought in my ab wheel and they said no. I totally understand, but if you arent going to allow simple equipment you should provide it.

Well for starters all I have is my bank of America edd card with more than plenty $$$ on it but I was told you have to have a routing # and account # well I called bank of America they told mean that I could have my account number but not the routing number it doesnt work like that with the EDD card through Bank of America and because I dont have that I cant sign up at their gym and thats just not right thats not cool theres plenty of money on it and because of that routing number that I cant get if thats out of my hands I was turned down for membership I want to go to their gym really bad at I heard its a highly highly four star gym and I want to join it and I cant 😔😔😔

Awesome!!!!! I go there 4 or 5 times a week. Hydromassage and massage chairs are wonderful post workout. The Black Card amenities are totally worth it it. The staff are always cheerful and friendly and constantly refilling the cleaner and cleaning things themselves. It really is a judgement-free zone and super fun! It is also great to see people of all ages, shapes, sizes and cultures there. Id recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape or just improve their activeness.

Love this gym! The equipment is well maintained and clean. The staff and the environment is friendly and comfortable. This gym is helping me improve my mile time and pace. You can go at any time of the day and you will get a good workout in. The evenings are busier, of course. I like having the Blackcard membership because I can go to any location in or out of state. Also, the Hydromassage Beds help soothe my sore muscle to help me recover or get warmed up for my next workout!

I like the convenience. Im a mom of 3 kids and I love that its 24hrs so I can go while kids at school or while my hubby and them are sleep. Friendly environment and clean. I had read reviews of homeless pep cleaning up in bathroom but have yet to see any thing of that nature. Im. Blk card member and love the unlimited massage chairs and beds. Overall a good place to workout at.

Love working out here, their motto of not judging can be seen throughout their gym. The staff are very kind and thoughtful. You can work out at your own pace with no worry! They are very clean as well which is definitely a plus. (Ask for a tour if youre new, the staff are wonderful in helping you feel comfortable).

Prices are pretty high. Lots of different equipment. They didn’t have bench presses, squat racks, or deadlift sections. They have a massage place which I feel like is the best deal for what you get. The bathrooms were huge and clean though. That’s a plus.

Honestly so happy I joined this gym. Planet fitness is a great place to do your workout without worrying of judgement. Everything is there for a great workout. Staff is super friendly and always greet me as I come in and say bye as I walk out. I feel so welcomed. I would recommend this gym to anyone. Thanks PF for making this place my second home.

This has to be cleanest gym I’ve ever belonged to. Employees are always wiping down equipment, refilling disinfectant bottles and maintaining the locker rooms. On top of that the employees are friendly and the gym never seems overly crowded. Great equipment selection also

Cancelled my account since I moved cities. I had no contract, member for over a year and didn’t use my membership at all towards the end. Still was charged for another whole month when I came on time to cancel. Spoke to the manager and all of sudden was told it was my fault for not reading fine print in my contract from over a year ago that I have to cancel before 7 business days of billing date . Yeah like I’ll have a contract in front of me from more than a year ago . Not my fault their staff couldn’t give me the right information. I was told cancellation took only 24 hrs not mentioned about paying anything until I received my cancellation document. Never coming back.

There’s a lot to say...They cancel your membership when you leave the company.The water fountain is “broken” it pours out hot water that tastes mineral-like. I hope they get that fixed.Their WiFi has been malfunctioning for a month and I keep getting the same response “we are waiting for the WiFi guy to fix it”. It’s not hard, it’s been a month please fix it.People super set and abuse the 30 minute circuit even thought the gym isn’t supposed to allow these things. Employees don’t do much about it since they’re stuck at the front.They also told me and my guest that we can’t workout together because they have their personal trainer for that.But it’s not a busy location on weekends and the price is good. At least it’s still better than crunch.

My wife and I are members here. We both have the black card package. Which is kind of redundant, but we have different times we can and want to go to the gym. Either way its worth the upgrade for the water massage chairs alone. They are great after a long workout or if your muscles are just sore. The gym is nice, lots of equipment and stretching rooms. They have virtually anything you need, and if they dont, you can put in a request( if you are attending the gym frequently and have been a member for a long time), they will try to bring the equipment in. If its a reasonable request obviously.We are happy with our membership, especially with that price. Only thing we wish they had was a pool and steam room.

A gym that has everything you need. At a reasonable cost as well. Its not like 24 hour fitness... Its a fitness center... You dont feel intimidated when you walk through the door here.They also have pizza the first Monday of the month and bagels on the second Tuesday of the month.

Clean and empty... Good new equipment, would love to have bar bells and heavier dumbbells though. Attendees need more motivation too... Instead pizza and bagels, have veggie platters, protein shake samples, or amino acids samples.

Good sized and very clean gym. Its never been very crowded in the morning. Does not have all the normal free weights (like bench press) but plenty of equipment.

I loved this gym especially for its location, staff friendliness, & cleanliness. When I used to frequent 24-hr Fitness, they used to run out of sanitation wipes all the time, so I contracted a staff infection from an unclean mat that I was unable to sanitize. So, I’m overly cautious now. I went here specifically bc this was the cleanest facility I have ever seen. There’s a sanitation station nearby everywhere you look. Employees are constantly cleaning, the bathrooms were always well-kept, and I always saw gym members wiping down machines and mats after they used them. The hydromassage chairs are my favorite! This location is hardly ever really busy which means you can get extra time on the massage chairs! Woohoo! The employees are always helpful and friendly.But, I will say that unfortunately not all PFs are the same as far as cleanliness and staff friendliness!!AND, the amount of time you get on the massage chairs differs for each franchise location. That’s to be expected I suppose when you have different franchise owners. Just so disappointed bc I had high hopes for the one in MO. The fact that I felt compelled to write a review for this location even though I no longer live here should tell you enough.Hopefully, I will find one as great as this one in Austin, TX ❤️

It has a bunch of workout equipment to work with. It is a great place for starting somewere to get fit or if you are just looking for somewere to workout for cheap. Its open 24/7 i believe.

I cant give this place enough NEGATIVE reviews.Morning staff cares more about whats on their phones, then their job.Ill never understand why they need 30+ treadmills and not 1 heavybag, speedbag, etc.No physical exercise of any kind.How do you claim to be the most sterile gym around, when youre the only gym closed?

This gym doesnt have many free weights and the staff members arent very helpful. I had my wallet stolen out of the locker room which has homeless people shaving and manicuring themselves. I brought up with the staff and there wasnt much concern which was the same reaction from corporate.I brought a gym bag in today which had my valuables in it and started to lift. A staff member ran over and said that bags arent allowed on the floor. I explained that I had my wallet stolen and she could care less. Also, when I signed up it was not mentioned or was in the contract. I had to leave the gym.When my contract ends I will not renew my membership. Not a great gym especially with many alternatives in the area.

Removed the Fox News channel after Trump won election, but kept CNN of course. They even removed the signs above the 2 TVs that indicate the channel name, so apparently its a permanent change.So much for the No judgement zone. Apparently this is a no conservative zone as well.

On 4/30/2017 at 10:46pm I enter the club check in and the two young men at the front desk rudely proceed to tell me that my account is 157 days past due.So in confusion I ask how.Because I recall making my account current so I would have this problem..so I ask why and state that I come here everyday and no one has said anything about this....there must me a mistake....so at this point they both proceed to smirk and laugh and state that their just doing their jobs and that my attitude would not be tolerated (Im like attitude) and I can asked to leave...as the white young man proceeds to (yell and point his finger) GET OUT!!!, the other gentleman told him to calm down and states that he can be over the top sometimes.....the guy still yelling at me telling me that I MAY not me able to work out because I owe 39.00 dollars...(seriously) now Its funny because Im thinking its some ridiculous amount because of the way they where acting....this was really uncalled for I will not be returning...... LOVE TO WORK OUT

This place was not good to me. I signed up two months ago for the ten dollar a month membership, made that very clear. They went ahead and signed me up for the more expensive black card membership anyways. When I went in to complain, no refund offer, told them I wanted to cancel and they were happy to do that for me.....to make it worse my second month was their annual fee of 39 dollars. Long story short I was charged 70 dollars for two month of a memebership. Hardly worth it for a place with an annoying alarm the goes off for no reason most of the time, and causes the whole gym to stop and look judgmentally in the direction of the free weights. I will never return to planet fitness.

Love it here, especially the massage chairs and hydo therapy. Wish they had a pool though...

Sad to leave negative feedback, but this place just wasn’t for me. One employee toldMe “free day pass” over the phone the next employee tried to charge me when I got there. After some discussion I got my day pass,But the employee didn’t do anything to help me after that. I would’ve liked at least a point and tell walkthrough like...”hey locker rooms are here, this is there, etc etc...” but more like a “good luck figuring this place out!” Televisions as far as the eye can see, sorry but while I’m trying to work out I don’t like to see what trumps been tweeting on CNN and see what murders have been taking place across America on Fox News... very distracting hard to focus. The equipment isn’t bad, I enjoyed that bit, tiny space to stretch there was 4 people in there and I had a hard time finding space. Icing on the cake was the “judgement free zone” but the judgemental signs plastered everywhere telling customers what type of people aren’t allowed in the gym. There’s even an alert to place shame on muscle heads haha. It’s the most hypocritical statement I’ve ever seen in a business place. this place has signs everywhere to tell you how you’re supposed to work out. Honestly I felt less judged at the 24 hour fitness across sycamore then I ever did at planet fitness. I won’t be coming back, I’ll pay the extra bit of money for the superior gym right across the way.

My first day got on the machine and its freezing because of the fans that apparently are always on. I like to workout and see my sweat it shows my hard work but if the fan is right on me and Im freezing it gets frustrating and discouraging. I also noticed that people that work there really must hate their job for having bad attitudes.
