I joined the H.E.R.O. team three months ago and I have absolutely no regrets. For a small donation I get an amazing workout and have new strengths I never thought I had. Great support and encouragement all around. I highly recommend you come and experience it for yourself.

Just started the Box Fit Program here and LOVE IT! The team gives you a lot of motivation. The work outs are intense and fun at the same time.

I only visited this stablishment with my boxing team for sparring. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable in their trade. Cool facility.
