Get Air Vista is perfect. It isnt overly crowded and my special needs son has space to jump and run. Its great. The staff is very nice, welcoming and understanding. I will definitely come back next week! Thanks for giving my 2 young boys a good time!

We had our daughter’s birthday party here today. Amazing customer service! Deanna and Letty (spell check) were extremely helpful and accommodating. The other team members did a great job as well. I appreciate them being on top of every thing - It made my stressful day a lot easier. 10/10 recommend the party package here!

My almost 5 year old son had a blast. Kept him entertained for the entire time we were there.The only thing that could have been better would be the air circulation. It was pretty warm throughout the place.

What a great experience coming to Get Air vista today. Letty greeted us at the door in the most welcoming way and was very nice and friendly to my son Luca who is pretty shy. She checked us in and proceeded to tell us about the birthday packages. My sons birthday is coming up and after Letty explained the packages I’m looking forward to booking his birthday here.What a great atmosphere and friendly staff.I had a great experience and will deft be coming back.

Im giving this a 5 star because my 6 year old had a blast. Non-stop running from trampolines to the swing to the foam pit.I would rate it a little less but I dont think this place is really meant for parents as much.

I would give them 5 stars BUT... they NEED to keep it cooler in there...they NEED more seating...and last but definitely not least the workers act like theyd rather be ANYWHERE else than there!!! P.s. My Great Nephew still had fun and wore himself out!!!

A great environment for the family. The kids got to really get their energy and frustration out!!! Definitely sleepy time afterwards!! The employees are very helpful and kind to all kids and parents!!

Had a blast at the get air jump park! Came with some friends got a good deal. Letty was very instructive and helpful to get us what we need to start jumping.

Idk how I ended booking here i though I had booked at another place in vista anyways to late to cancel booked a party event for 10 to celebrate my sons 7th birthday anyways had reservations at 6pm, place was dirty at arrival already bad they said it was 2 hours of jumping for kids they actually jumped for 1hour and 20 mins or so and pizza got there late couldnt even cut the cake because they closed at 8pm there was no hand sanitizer stand nowhere good thing mama had her own Nothing was getting wiped down as people kept arriving, the foam pits smelled so bad and it looked so gross kids werent allowed in there at least not my kids REALLY DISAPPOINTED

We come here weekly and all the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Letty!! She’s always very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Thank you Get Air for opening your doors and giving families a place to come to let these kids have an outlet for their energy!!

Took my 4 granddaughters (ages 9 - 17) to Get Airand they had so much fun. This is a great place for an outing for kids of all ages.

This place is huge and tons for the kids to do! On Friday & Saturday nights there is a black lights jump with great music. Letty was very helpful during our visit!

The lady in the front letty was so kind and funny she really made my first experience amazing. Amazing place and very well sanitized.

We love Get Air Vista! We have had so many birthday parties there and they are the most affordable and the kids love it. Nice staff and good music.

Excellent place for kids and adults to come jump. The facility is new and it has lots of trampolines. Highly recommend for some family fun.

I bought tickets for my son and his friend online. my son has gone there every year for his birthday party and last year he missed because of covid. We arrived at 10:00 because my son is having neurosurgery soon and were running out of time for him to go trampolining or when we arrived they told us that that day was just for kids under 46 in from 10:00 to 12:00. I did find that information on the website when I went looking for it but nowhere when I bought the tickets did it say that and we were very very disappointed luckily my sons friend knew of another place to go.

VERY disappointed in todays experience. Was here last week and had a wonderful time. Today the lady at the front was not very accommodating due to her shift just ending right when we got here and she was busy counting the drawer even though there was no one else even around...Then we were told AFTER I had paid that the kids had to jump WITH their masks on!! We were just here last week and did not have to. Yes we got demoted to the purple tier but that goes into effect on Saturday. Today is Thursday. Really??? And yet we still we complied. But when the kids (4 of them) were thirsty and I went to buy them water THEY HAD NONE!! No water, made them wear masks while jumping, and only sold soft drinks??? Seriously?? What a HUGE waste of money. So disappointing.
