Thanks Ernie!The work they did- replaced brake rotors, cracked pads and exhaust. The exhaust in my 2002 Toyota 4Runner was vibrating with a loose baffle. They swapped it out for one that was a little too aggressive for me trying to get a sound I liked. Unfortunately it droned in the interior. They had given me a 7 day replacement offer if I wasn’t happy, so I felt completely at ease. I ended up getting the quieter muffler in the long run and enjoy the muted rumble I now have. And it stops smooth and firm, the important bit.

Got a custom exhaust job done here and I can say this is very good service and well done job. Riveras auto replaced my exhaust pipe and welded a couple holes higher up for a great cost. I was in and out in a few hours and will be bringing my new car in for its 30k mile maintenance and new brake pads. The staff is quick and courteous, the price is very fair, and theyve never tried to pull the typical tricks other auto shops sometimes do when they see a younger female customer. I highly recommend this shop to others and send my family and friends here.

Called for a quote on a resonator delete and they said it was $180 for material only (which is only 1 foot of steel tubing) then labor on top of that. Ridiculous pricing. Never had work done there but seems to me they’re just trying to rip people off. Also customer service was terrible. I would stay away from this shop.

I came to the owner once to ask about a suspension replacement and he wanted to charge me 1200$ for a 7 hour job, by law mechanics shouldnt charge more than 95$ but i didnt argue and left. I hesitated to go the second time to get a simple oil change on a simple car, when i told him i have my oil and filter he said 85$??? When i asked why he gave me a sale pitch after clearing his throat for the lie that was about to come out i have to reset the computer on the car it was by far the most ridiculous thing i ever heard. If you want to hustle at least be smart about it. There was nothing to reset, i told him am i buying the car from you? In sarcasm because it made no sense, all was needed was to drain oil replace, a top side filter, and top it off with fluid. Went to midas down the road and got it done for 20$ labor and liquid top offs tire rotation and safety checks freeee. This guy is a sham i seriously would never go to him again.
