Dropped off my F150 to diagnose a power issue. They told me it would take one hour to diagnose the problem. 25 hours later and 5 phone calls I find out my “service representative” didn’t come to work the following day and the woman who answered the phone every time I called to ask if the diagnosis was complete just kept saying she would have to track down a service representative and they would call me back. The service representatives must work on commission for only their assigned customers because they didn’t call within the 6 hours I gave them to do so. Remember this was a “one hour diagnosis.”When I went in person to find out what was taking so long they informed me the diagnosis was finished and it would cost me out of pocket when the national ford service line told me the issue was covered under warranty.When I agreed to pay they said it would be an hour and a half to complete. This means I could have already had my vehicle back instead of making unnecessary trips to the service center just to get someone to pay attention to me.This is my first bad experience with any ford service.
