This is the only place I go to get my car worked on. I use to be so nervous about people taking advantage and just trying to get more money out of me but all my worries were put at ease when I met the crew and saw the end results of my car. The guys at this shop are super professional and provided me with very detailed information about the repairs needed on my car. As a girl that doesn’t know much about cars is hard to find an honest mechanic, so it was nice to be explained what they were Charging me for. I was offered a referral from a work collegue. It ended up being a great experience and my first car repair outside of the dealership. My check engine light went on and was diagnosed by the team. It ended up being the knock back system which needed some cables being replaced. They were extremely knowledge and got my car back to normal fairly quickly all for a really good price. I dont see a reason to ever have to use the Honda dealership for repairs or maintenance checks ever a gain!!

We bought the Groupon for an oil change for my daughters car. She took it herself and she is a new driver and learning to do things on her own. She had such a great experience. They were kind and respectful to her, she felt safe. When it was time to get the oil changed on her car again I told her to just run it to valvolone because it’s closer but she said she doesn’t want to go anywhere else. So I guess you have a new, loyal customer! The guy did the oil change and helped her with a bulb that was out as well. I appreciate the thorough work and kindness she was shown.

Be careful using your Groupon for a synthetic BLEND oil change ($29 for $55 value). I made my appointment in advance - providing my vehicle make & model in the process. When I arrived, they said they didnt have the correct product, and suggested I go with full synthetic instead... which was fine.When checkout time came, they charged me full price for the oil change... $54.29. When I presented the Groupon, they said they used synthetic oil instead and the Groupon didnt apply.What???The Groupon covered the cost of the service... they didnt have the right product. How is this my bad?On top of that, when I questioned the attendant about it, his response was Thats how the owner has it set up, I dont know anything about it... dont kill the messenger. Well... yeah... Im not killing anyone, but I will hold people accountable. If the attendant doesnt know anything about it or cant do the right thing - either give him the power or dont let him handle transactions.Too bad. Most (new) businesses use Groupon to get the word out and develop a client base. Well, Convenient Car Care has at least one client that is never returning... and Im helping get the word out.Hope the cheapness of not honoring the coupon ($24) was/is worth the lost business from this post.

THE BEST CAR REPAIR SHOP IN NORTH COUNTY SD!!! GREAT PRICES, GREAT SERVICE, TRUSTWORTHY OWNER, Professional shop, etc. This shop is an example of what great customer service should be everywhere. I came in to what I thought was an engine problem but the owner Vilius since he is very knowledgeable person when it comes to cars was able to fix the issue instead of charging me extra for unnecessary parts and labor (like other shady shops). Being a woman is hard to find a place that there not trying to scam you!! I have moved recently to LOS ANGELES AREA but will still be going to convenient car for all my car needs because thats how great this place is!! Love this place!!! I would giive this place 10+ stars!!!
