Nick at Rudys Auto Help is indeed helpful. He is upfront and honest about any work that needs to be done and what can be done at a later time. He has excellent customer service and you leave feeling confident about the work and price you paid. Nick met with me after hours for a transaction for a motorcycle. Was super helpful, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to talk with. I got some cards from him to keep in mind for auto and Harley needs. Would do business with him again for sure.

I think he is very down-to-earth, and if you have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost if necessary. Ive never had any issues after numerous visits and would highly recommend them! I’m super happy with the service that Rudy’s auto help provides. Wonderful service! I finally feel like I found a I can trust! I had some significant issues with my 2016 Honda Civic randomly turning itself on after being in park, causing my battery to die. It was a crapshoot every time I walked out to my car, if it would start. I was constantly embarrassed to have my car die and it was getting awkward to have to ask strangers to help jump my car. I called several Honda dealerships, researched online, and asked friends what might be the problem but I had no luck finding a solution. Because my car is now outside of the warranty, I knew it would cost me an arm and a leg to get it checked and repaired at a dealership with no way of knowing if they were telling me the truth or not about what the problem is (sorry, i have trust issues with car shops). Going to Nick though was amazing- he texted me and kept me in the loop with everything he was doing to find the problem. After having the car for a few days and testing and inspecting it, he got to the root of the problem which was a faulty aftermarket alarm and gear shift. Ive never been so happy to pay a mechanic as I was when he figured out the problem. I start my car with confidence now, knowing its fixed. And for the record, I live in Hillcrest and Rudys is almost an hour away, And Ill happily go back for even mundane things like an oil change, because I know who is actually working on it now.
I have nothing but great things to speak of Rudy’s Auto Help. I came in to purchase a vehicle for sale and Mr. Nick Rudy was more than helpful in every aspects of the transaction. I will look forward to future business with the company. I will refer all my family and friends that may need any mechanical/auto body repairs
Nick is extremely rude. He orders parts, the wrong ones, then proceeds to ask questions after the part is already shipped to him. He then wants you to take the part he ordered back even when it states clear as day that all sales are final. Then once he doesn’t get his way he leaves businesses bad reviews. I can only imagine what else he does to his customers. Definitely wouldn’t use this guy to change a tube in my bicycle.
Quality customer service. Attentive to details. Customer oriented. Kept us informed the entire time. Highly recommended.
