My leak was not fixed and I have been trying to get Jason to come back out since last year and its one excuse after another. Not a very good experience

They are probably a great company. I did not get the pleasure of using them. They never answered the phone or returned my calls. I called about 3 times over two weeks total. I ended up using someone else.

I called Coastal Leak Detection because I had a hunch they were the right company to identify & fix my leak. The scheduling was easy and Jason arrived as expected. The leak was found and corrected rapidly.Thanks Jason for the quick response and professionalism.

The owner Jason Nichols called me back within minutes after leaving a message. He was certain he could resolve my pool pump problem of not priming. He sent out a crew the next day...they fixed the problem and secured the gate without me even being there. Very convenient!! I was emailed an invoice and paid it easily. If u have pool problems give this guy a call...you wont regret it.

Jason does unmatched work. His price is beyond fair. His experience in underwater repair really speaks for itself. No need to be home, and this guy knows exactly the problem areas. He fixed a nearly unrepairable area near my drain due to poor liner install. He is up front and honest. There is one last issue he is coming out to fix but let me know that up front his agenda. His follow up was prompt and bottom line... let him do his work and you will be well suited and leak free.

Swimming pool leak from hell. Jason found the leak 9 other pool service companies did not!

The fireman stuck with the problem until he found our leak in the liner. He checked the pipes and verified they are without leak. Once the pipes were verified, he five agsin to check the liner. This company is professional and keeps checking until the leak is located and repaired. I will definitely use them again.

Jason was responsive on short notice and very professional. He was on time and went straight to work diagnosing our issue with the in-ground fiberglass pool. He provided a follow up visit to ensure the repairs were completed and was easy to reach for questions. His price was reasonable and solved the problem.

Professional and personable. We were losing an inch of water a day they came got in the pool with scuba equipment and found the leak Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

My Pool Professional Dare Pool and Spa recommended Coastal Leak Detection due to a leak of about 2 per day. Jason was on vacation in Nags Head and went out of his way to come by Monday Morning. He had everything, diving gear, pressure test, you name it. I took about an hour to hour and a half; however, he discovered the leak behind the Water Input Nozell and patched it on the spot.I highly recommend Jason as a true professional!

Agean Pool recommended Coastal Leak Detection. After a new liner was install and we were loosing 2 inches of water every day. Jason came out and fixed the leak at both jets on the steps. He knew right away what was wrong. Thank you so much for a job well done.

Coastal was able to trouble shoot my pool leak just based on my description. They were able to work on my pool without my having to take a day off from work. They identified and repaired three small liner tears and all has been well since. Everything was left clean afterwards. The charge was reasonable. They came within the time period they promised. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Our pool was leaking about 1-2 every day. After calling, Jason fit us into his schedule. Within 20 minutes of arrival, he found multiple leaks and patched them. He followed up with us after a couple of days to make sure our problems were resolved. We are very happy with the results.

Horrible! Had Jason come out to pinpoint a leak caused by another company working on my pool. Wanted to be home when they arrived so I could watch what was going on. Made specific arrangements for Jason to come out between 3 and 5 PM and left work early to be there. Jason showed up at around 12 pm (I believe on purpose....shady!)and was gone before I got home. He did NOT mark the leak and just told pool guy about where it was. Turns out he was off by around 8 feet so cost the crew almost whole day of digging in the wrong spot! These people are completely incompetent and shady! Do not waste your money!!!!!!

Never go an answer when I called so idk

This company did not repair our leak and took our money with no results!
