I had a pedicure and manicure with acrylic fill today. Do NOT use the male tech. My toe was cut during my pedicure and then while getting my manicure he cut me three times with the electric file. He put some unknown gel on one bloody cut to stop the bleeding and kept trying to pat it with a towel when I was pulling away. He wasn’t wearing gloves either! There was no one that cared there for me to complain to.I don’t know if he is new to this or not, but he shouldn’t be a nail tech if he is this rough with consumers. I paid $120 for my nails and toes and the shape of the acrylic on some of the fingers doesn’t even look filed properly. The worst is how bad my hands hurt from coming here and getting cut. I have to stand for my job and normally a pedicure is a treat, but this one has made standing painful. I had been to this location a few times before and had ok experiences with the women techs, but this time was unacceptable. The worst part was he didn’t seem to care that he hurt me and still expected to be tipped. I wish there was a manger for me to speak to.

Let me start off by saying that I have never felt so uncomfortable in a salon like I experienced here. My regular salon was closed so I was in the area and I decided: hey, why not? I got in and sat down and my first impression was that the place did not seem sanitary to me. Washed my hands upon arrival but the sink was dirty; the salon used Hair shampoo as hand soap. The girl who had started my nails (short hair, with a light blue ball cap). I told her I wanted a short fill in, she started using the drill, very rough, yanking my hands. I asked her if she could cut them shorter since I work on computers for a living, i needed them short. she, and i quote said no we too far in the process cant go back, you said this was okay when I asked mind you, she asked me after she cut my pinky nail, regardless I needed them shorter. She did not cut them, completely ignored what I was asking. Got to drawing on my white tips, i did not like it so i asked if we could do more white, she said no we dont want to do more it will not look good I was not looking for her approval, i wanted what i wanted PERIOD. She continued to tell me to put my hands in the dryer as Im telling her what I did not like, I asked her to stop and if we could just do a color on my nail since I could see my FILL right thru the acrylic. It looked awful. She gets up and grabs the color stick charts- slammed them on the table and crossed her arm and stared me down while i look for a color, she kept saying that color is good lets do that one- she was bluntly rushing me to pick a color. She stared me down the whole time, I felt so uncomfortable. She had the worst attitude Ive ever experienced in a salon, I finally decided to pick a color, she did not take the clear coat and old paint off so the color she started to apply bled down the clear coat and down my finger- looked awful. She did 2 fingers and I called quits, I was over it. I said I just want to pay and leave. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I work in customer service so I understand the ends and outs, but this was just uncalled for. Im so sorry to anyone who has EVER gone here. Waste of money, terrible quality, and horrible attitudes, everything is rushed and DONT care about what the client wants. 0/10. AWFUL. Save your money and find elsewhere.

Came in to get a gel pedi and dip power with manicure. Left only having had a pedi. The pedi was not all that, and while I appreciate when they dig in and get all the dead skin out the guy was too rough and dug too deep and made me bleed 2 times. I just hope I don’t get an infection in my toe.

They got me and my kids in pretty quick. I was not happy that I asked the man to go short on my nails and he specifically told me he wasnt doing sorry because he doesnt like short. Theyre definitely longer than I wanted. He was hurrying through them. Then basically insinuated I didnt tip enough. I didnt think it was that low. I definitely WONT be going back there.

So i dont normally go to this salon, but i did today cause my salon was closed today. Went in and told them what i wanted instead she suggested i go natural which is what i did and let me say im in love with my new set now and they even tried to save real nails and everything. This may be my new spot. Love it.!!!!❤

I got my gel polish changed by David. He’s very nice and efficient, I highly recommend him! I’m very picky about my nails & he took wonderful care of them. I’m very pleased with how the gel polish turned out and I would definitely go back!

My first and last to visit this nails salon. Why?Because the old lady who did my mani and pedi didnt do a good job and shes not pleasant at all. Also they talk in their language. Unfortunately I understand what theirs saying. They talk about their customers negative criticism.Theirs price also is pricey. Be careful.

I haven’t been here in a few years and decided to give them another try. They were a little to aggressive with trying to up sell me which was annoying because you get your nails done to relax. I checked my bank card and saw I was charged a hidden withdrawal fee . Not including the first few. Two fees to use an ATM?

Took my daughters and after 2.5 hours of waiting my daughter left there crying and mad because her nails was horrible. I left her to get them done and if she didnt have to be to work i would have been there to get her nails done over. Polish was moving applied way too much and her nail broke after 2 days. This is not the first time they have not only overcharged my kids but done sub par work. I wont be returning here.

My daughter and I went there because of a recommendation and Im glad we did. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the prices were very good. The facility was constantly being cleaned and sanitized and the staff practiced outstanding sanitation practices. I recommend this business as they are all inclusive from childrens mani/pedis to anything an adult would need. Thank you.

I got a basic mani-pedi and it literally looks like I put my fingers through a blender.I was overcharged. Also, if you go here make sure you’re not over charged...

I was pleasantly surprised with how well my nails came out. I guess since its inside of a mall I expected low quality work, but their skills were amazing, clean, and the customer service was outstanding!! And

They did a wonderful job. However, when went to get them redone it took forever to soak them off. 😥😥

Terrible service. First time I went in I was literally tricked into getting Gel polish after repeatedly explaining that I cant wear that for work and I dont really care for Gel polish. Second time I went in I just wanted my acrylics taken off and natural nails that grow naturally strong and long polished. The nail technician literally filed my nails so thin that they were bleeding as opposed to just letting them sit in the acetone and gently come off. I had acrylics put on since my natural nails were now destroyed and its taken over 3 months for them to heal. My whole nail was just popping off with the acrylics at one point. So me forgetting about that entire situation went in for waxing. My eyebrows are thinner than ever, not clean, and not congruent. I had to ask three times for her to actually put effort into my chin. And yet here I am.. at home trying to fix her work with my tweezers. Dont waste your money here.

Finally got to get our pedicures since the beginning of the year. Great staff. Our favorite place. Clean establishment.

I was impressed, kind of hesitant to go here based on the reviews but my sister and I tried it out and were very pleased! My nail tech (didn’t catch her name) was very sweet and friendly and did a great job! I will definitely be returning! Not sure how the pedicure services are but I’ll try that next! They took their time with our acrylics but still got us out in a timely manner! All the workers were super friendly too, joking around and smiling while handling customers or taking a break if they weren’t busy.

I always make my appointments with tracy. Shes been doing my nails now for over a year. Im always satisfied with her work. David does my pedicures and he is the best!! When I used to go walk in instead of appointment was treated well and with courtesy even though I didnt have an appointment. I am a lifetime customer I woulsnt go anywhere else. Tracy also does my brows and lashes. I love this place!!

Lady kept yanking on my arm she also made all my fingers bleed by using the drill to long on my cuticles and also laughed about it when i told her that whatever she was putting on my nails was burning my fingers !

This place used to have some talented folks. Now I feel like its luck of the draw as to whether you get someone thats respectful enough to give proper service. Might be time to find someplace new.

Always had a good experience here. I’ve brought my son with me and he’s only two and they were really patient and helped out so I could still take care of him while getting pampered. Nails always come out nice.

Ive been there several times for pedicures in the past and they normally do a good job. This past visit I got a full set and pedicure with gel polish( I paid $82 for both). The older woman who did my pedicure was great, really sweet. The woman who did my full set was not. She was kind of rough and it felt like she was rushing. Worst part was the very next day, my tips were lifting and my gel polish chipped. Needless to say it was a waste of money and time. I will not be returning.

My friend and I brought her daughter and we all 3 got acrylic nails. To start with my friends nails were completely crooked and when she asked to get them fixed they told her that her finger was crooked that’s why it looked the way it did. My friends daughter and i started bleeding because they filed our skin instead of the nail numerous times. I picked a pink color for my nails and they painted them with a green and when I said that’s not the color I picked they said “it changes color” well it doesn’t change from green to pink. Also I told him to cut them shorter and he said no, they were short enough. Not to mention one of my nails is crooked too. We will NOT be going back. Horrible experience! We spent $110 and left completely unhappy.

Got a full set and my nails where really thin . Got home and 3 broke in less than a hour .

Rachel is the absolute BEST! The young lady that’s been doing my pedicures for 8 years moved to Florida and I’ve had a hard time finding someone as good as her. But i did today! Good service, excellent work and friendly atmosphere. #trifecta

I just moved here for military purposes and went here. My pedicure was amazing and the service was decent, but my manicure was a rush job. 4 days later, my gel is peeling and one nail is chipped. I called and told them, but they wouldn’t work around my schedule. They told me coming back on the weekend would be too late for some reason. I spent a total of $83 there and I will not be going back.

I took my 4 yr old granddaughter to have her nails painted and I got a full set and my eyebrows done. They did a great job! And they were very patient with my granddaughter.

This is my go to spot. Always pleasant and they do an awesome job! Only issue is the guy makes me feel like Im keeping him from something. I always feel rushed when he does my nails.

Acrylic my toes for my birthday, the man did a bad job. Nails uneven and everything. Was showing him the faults he said yes but didnt fix it. He was so rough, my toes hurt. Dont know what the hell he did. Its my first time there . Never going back

I took my 11 year old daughter in for a full set of gel nails because her nails were thin and would always break. They were very kind and patient with her. She has ADHD and even with meds its hard for her to sit still. Since it took so long to get it done due to her fidgeting, I gave gave the lady a $15 tip. She really deserved it. I recommend this place to everybody.

Nails chipped the next day- got a fill and gel polish. Nails started to chip and one broke. I’ve never been here before and never had a problem with my nails before this. I have to get a babysitter every time I do something like this so this time is precious to me lol. Won’t be going back.

I doubt they really value their customers based on how they speak to them. Hidden away in the corner of a dying mall is a bootleg nail shop with limited nail colors. Limited english Im ok with that, limited courtesy thats a deal breaker. Take your chances Ill pass.

Unfortunately terrible! I wanted to treat my 9 year old to a pedicure with me. My regular place (Nails Plus Landstown VB = amazing) was closing at 8pm, but this place was open until 9pm. We rushed there and I asked if they had time for 2 pedicures. They said yes of course! When they started, the man doing mine insulted my fee saying I should upgrade to the callous pedicure. I was so embarrassed, but at Nails Plus they do the Callous remover with the basic pedicure ($27), and here it would of been $35. Then the lady doing my daughters gave her hot towels and did her nails. For some reason I thought she was treating her special, but when it came time to pay she changed us for the princess that was a mani/pedi and hot towels. I told her we just wanted the pedicure. Someone else came running up to ask if there was a problem, and when I told her they got very argumentative. It was awkward and embarrassing, so I just tipped them the full amount as if we ordered the services and told them I didnt want to talk about it anymore. I was so disappointed by the lack of customer service/professionalism. To end it...all of our polish was coming off the next day.

Worst pedicure experience ever, first and last time there. The man was far too rough and laughed every time I told him it hurt. He also told me one price for gel nails then pushed and pushed for me to spend more then I wanted. He then resinded service. I paid twice as much as I would at Color Nails towards Sandbridge, and Color Nails would give me gel nails. The man was way too stressed out to be pleasant. It is the first time I have not left a tip for service.

The lady was doing my nails and a guy told her she wasnt doing the shape correctly, which she wasnt. They came out really odd in most areas. About 2 weeks later, one of my nails was super swollen and leaking pus so I started to take it off and realized she messed up big time. Its not infected but its not right either. My friends got her nails done by a man and he was very nice and professional. As for everyone else, they were sleeping around the store and playing on phones. One employee even stopped the woman doing my nails to show her a video. It also says $25 but I ended up paying $40. Never going back here.

Love the product produced at this location. But the prices are STEEP and more expensive than they were when I was previously going. I paid $72 for a basic Gel Mani-Pedi. NO tips added to my nails. So after a $10 tip thats $82 for a basic gel mani-pedi which is 100% ridiculous. Love this location and service but prices are too steep.Side Note: They will try to upsell your pedicure to another package. They will point to a price and say this one ok? And before you can answer they will close book and say, Well do that one, that one good for you........ everytime. And they are VERY disappointed if you choose the basic package which is $28 and then they tell you whats included in the deluxe packages that isnt in the regular (when it really is included). So kind of an uncomfortable feeling for a few minutes but overall still beautiful nails! Would be a 5 rating if not for pressured upselling and steep prices!

Janet was great only downfall is they want to give tip in cash and if you have a balance or differance under 10.00 they want you to use their atm with 2.00 fee plus what your bank charges.

Seriously waited a HOUR when they had workers sitting around sleeping, then by the time they got to me it was 8pm when they close at 9 so of course the lady was rushing my nails. They are way to long!!! And horrible shape ! She was really nice though. Thats why its two stars!!! Ive never been to a nail salon and leave hating my nails! Or watching workers just sit there and not pay you any mind thats why I tipped her.

I found that they were upset about my bitten nails and getting acrylics. My acrylics didn’t last but a week. And when getting just a gel mani I find that the gel just peeled off my nail the same day. But they have a good selection of gel polishes

Came in there to get 1 nail fixed the lady roughly kept trying to take the remaining nail off and I told her it hurt & was sore & she kept on one more time and ripped my nail and it started bleeding and her drilling sucked and my nail looks like mountains on top... & To come back for a fill I think not!

This was a last resort for my friends and I. They were friendly, especially the lady who did my pedicure and the older lady. The male was bossy and acted like he controlled the place. My friends nails turned out okay. Mine on the other hand came out okay but the lady I had tried stealing my money. $25 for a pedi and $25 for acrylic, okay cool. I gave her $60 and she gave me back $5. I figured she would have noticed but knowing how money hungry they are she didn’t, so I said something 10 minutes after and she blamed it on me 😂 soooo don’t go there unless you want your money taken and to be made fun of!!!

Came in for a fill-in and 1 repair, the lady said I needed 3 repairs when all she had to do was do a small little fixing and not rip the whole nail off!! Then a couple of days later, my nail that they repaired, broke and I didnt even feel it! Never again will I go back and I dont recommend anyone to go here smh.

I went in for a pedicure I immediately stuck my feet in the water and said man this is cold he turned the temperature a little still was freezing cold and I said man its still cold he said oh you like it hot.... no....I like it warm. Then he proceded to do my pedicure. While using the cuticle cutters he cut my roght big toe to the point it was bleeding bad and just stuck my foot right back in the tub. He proceeded to scrub my feet with the stone in which he didnt even get them remotly smooth. He messaged just awful made me very uncomfortable to the point i even had to say ouch stop. As i was paying I asked about their military monday discount and he said cash paying cutomers only! No where does it say cash only transactions. This is the last time I ever step foot in this horrible salon. DAVID was the name on the coat he was wearing.

I hated getting my nails done here. I watched one worker walk around with socks on and then go put his feet on towels that someone else was going to use. While getting my nails done the lady got up and waxed someones eyebrows. I also paid $30 for acrylic when they were supposed to be $25. I will never go back here
