Dentist misdiagnosed my problem. I almost got a root canal for no reason. Examination here to determine why I had a toothache wasn’t very thorough. A second dentist at another clinic found the actual problem by performing a thorough examination. Wasted time and money.

Front desk ladies are lovely. My hygenist was so nice and gentle as was the doctor. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and everyone was so nice.

Dr Soto and his assistant are a fantastic team. I had four teeth worked on, including a new crown. Dr Soto is extremely competent and professional, working quickly and thoroughly. I had no pain, neither during nor after the procedures. And his assistant is awesome, too - perfect coordination of suction and rinsing. I usually have a very strong gag reflex, and had absolutely no issues with this team, even though the teeth worked on were far back. Could not give a higher recommendation!

The Office Staff was very considerate. The Dental Hygienist was friendly, very professional, and gave me a few dental care tips.Very pleased with this visit.

I can’t say enough about the staff here at Premier Dental of CT in Fairfield. My hygienist Ashley did a fabulous job with my teeth cleaning ........it didn’t hurt one bit!! and Dr Soto made me a great night guard so I don’t wear down my teeth grinding!! As 2020 decided to hand me one last swift kick in the teeth, my crown cracked off my molar (swallowed it).Called Premier Dental and they squeezed me in the very next day. I couldn’t inhale without blinding pain and within 2 hours, my tooth was prepped and cleaned and examined and xrayed and a temporary crown was fashioned and I was pain free and out the door.As a germ phobe, going to the dentist during the pandemic was beyond frightening, but the safety measures and distancing and cleaning protocols at Premier Dental allayed my fears completely.I am so very grateful and impressed with the caliber of work, the speed of getting an appointment, and the level of cleanliness at this stellar dental office.Ten out of ten ⭐️ stars.

Always a good experience at Premier Dental in Fairfield. I never have to wait to see my hygienist, I am usually taken right in. I always receive a great and pain free cleaning - especially when I am with Sam! She is super friendly and gentle. And a nice quick visit with the Dr at the end, again, never have to wait longer than 5 min. Dr. Soto is great and SO knowledgeable.

I truly appreciate how i was treated during my most recent cleaning. I called to inform them I was running late and they were understanding. During office hours they quickly answer the phone which I am thankful for. I was greeted warmly and immediately brought into a room. The cleaning felt thorough and precise. I was given recommendations to nearby periodontists for a surgery. I will be back in 6 months :)

I was extremely impressed with my experience at premier dental. I have a young daughter, just 7 years old who had two cavities. This was the first dentist to make us feel calm about the situation, made my daughter really calm and was able to take care of the cavities right then and there. My daughter left with a smile on her face and my worries were finally gone. Happy to say we found our new dentist! ☺️

Hygienists Ashley is terrific. Having my teeth cleaned effects me like hearing nails scratching a chalkboard. She works at a good pace and has a excellent sense of her patients comfort level. This has to be one of the premier dental offices in Connecticut and the staff is top flight. I recently had my teeth cleaned by one of their hygienists, Marissa, who is funny, witty, and smart, she did a phenomenal job. Not only did she make me feel at ease and comforted, she gave me, hands down, the best cleaning of my life. My teeth looked better, felt better, and that in turn gave me a confidence boost as I proudly smiled from ear to ear. I will always come back here for my dental needs. If not for the calming office environment, then for five star service that i received by Marissa.

Amazing! Such a wonderful office! The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Val and Su. They asked me how my day was going and if there was anything I needed prior to my appt. My family has come here for over 13 years. They have great staff. My daughter happens to have special needs and she has been coming here since about 2 years old. She does excellent and they are really good with her. I always recommend this practice to anyone who asks. We even moved 2 towns away and we still go back to Fairfield.

My visit to this office was great. Front desk staff was very welcoming and my hygienist Nena along with my dentist were very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a medical office.The front of house staff is incompetent and not only made a mistake on my bill, having to issue me a refund that would take 6 weeks, but mixed up my chart with another patient and talked to me about their medical information instead of my own.Dr. Soto is a pretentious, rude, inconsiderate person and dentist. He makes you feel uncomfortable and belittled. A lot of people do not have dental insurance and as a result cannot always get there. Instead of understanding and making it a welcoming experience when you finally can get in, he makes it a hostile environment. In my last appointment Dr. Soto decided to take a 20 minute break while filling three cavities, leaving me sitting there with no explanation. He also made a huge error while filling these cavities causing tremendous pain and resulting me having to seek out a different dental practice to fix his error, one I will have to pay for.I would not recommend this practice to anyone and I would never let Dr. Soto near my teeth again. I am extremely disappointed in the entire practice as a whole and how they treat their patients.

Dr Brea was very good at explaining a complicated procedure to me, I’m not an easy patient and this helped. The results were very good as well.

I never give reviews for service but I felt that I had to in this case. About a month ago I had a cleaning at a different location and was informed of a cavity in a tooth. The dentist immediately suggested extraction. I said no. Then they tried to fill the cavity, but then said the tooth was in bad shape and required extraction, before making the appointment with the oral surgeon I sought out a second opinion. Dr. Gish office accomadated my request and took the time to save my tooth. They could have agreed about the extraction and I would have complied, but by going the extra mile they earned a customer for life!!!!

My experience at this office was splendid, my hygienist Marissa was so nice and helpful with Any question I’ve had. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist but she completely changed my outlook on coming to my appointments.

Ive been going there for nearly 8 years and am pleased. Staff is very competent and kind - Dr. Malick is very competent, patient and spends time explaining what needs to be done. Nina is my hygienist and does a thorough job. I also enjoy her sense of humor! Unfortunately Dr. Malick is only in there once a week now so you may have to wait a bit to see her. Other dentists in this practice appear to be very competent yet I prefer to stick with my current dentist and hygienist. I am never kept waiting more than 5 minutes for any visit.This practice is owned by a corporation - this part I do not like as I know they are very bottom line oriented. However, it is not like a chain dental practice where you get a different dentist every visit.
