First time here, prices are equal to local laundry mats in the area. Large space with lots of washers and a huge wall of dryers. For a Saturday morning at 9:30am, very few people, so no fighting over washers/dryers. They have chairs and tables to hold throughout and some arcade games and vending machines! Happy to have found this place! Everything is clean and the washers dont smell moldy!!! Easy 5 stars!!!

After washer failure the weekend before a household move Laquisha was a big help in assisting me with massive pile of laundry. So happy to use the largest washer ever and big stress reliever. Wish I visited this place before having moved.

This coin operating laundromat is very unethical. It adds an extra wash and extra rinse to each machine at .25. If you look at the photos, you will notice two prices. One with the lower is after my clothes finished the cycle. The higher is what they are set on when you walk in. This allows .50 extra per wash. This is stealing.

Its in a central located area with excellent customer service. When I go there the employees always treat me with the highest respect and are always helpful. I recommend you check them out when you need your clothes washed.

This laundromat is a great place to wash your clothes or have an attended to it for you. The facility is clean and the machines really work. All the attended are great but I stands out. This place was recommended to me to do my large blankets and linens, and I like the giant machines right in the first row. The site is always clean, the atmosphere decently quiet relaxing. The temperature has been excellent both times I went on these humid days that’s important.It is an ongoing challenge keep the place clean with the guest in and out but both times I’ve come there has been two staff members wiping everything down constantly the entire time I was in there.I was paying $60 to dry clean my oversized blankets at the cleaners. I just washed four bedrooms of linens and my regular laundry for the same price.One note on the Machines:* extra wash and rinse are pre selected you might want to un click them if you don’t need them save yourself just a couple quarters.Be safe out there !

I go here every week to do my laundry 🧺 and is always greeted by Laquisha. She’s very welcoming and always have a good attitude. Laundromat is always clean and those are my reasons for my return visits.

I normally dont do laundry mats but my experience at this one was superb! The young lady Laquisha helped me much as I was not having a good day. She folded my clothes. And put them in the hamper. Thank you so much. I will definitely be coming back and referring a friend!

I had to do laundry today, April 27 ‘21, and was so surprised to see it cleaner than the laundry room at my apt complex. The woman who worked there today, I think, Kathy keeps this place immaculate. Not to mention, she is such a joy to have there. She is so pleasant and helpful. Wish she could be there everyday.

Ive been coming to this laundromat for about two years now. On any other day I would give this establishment a rating of 5 stars. Its always clean. The machines always work properly. You can tell the owners truly care about their patrons. Tonight there was a new employee who at 840 made the announcement of, you guys have five minutes left. At 847, she made the announcement of, you will only have 3 more minutes because I still have to mop and clean up before the alarm gets set so youll have to leave. They close at 9 accordingly to the sign and that is understood. To make your customers feel rushed and in the way 20 minutes before has never happened before but is also wrong.I will continue to come to this laundromat because on any other day they deserve more than five stars. The other staff members new and old are very polite and helpful. I will just adjust my schedule around not being there with this particular employee.

Very clean. New machines. Various size front loading washers; huge washer for quilts, etc. Attendant on duty to help. When your machine breaks or you don’t have home appliances, this is the place.

Clean, attendants are usually very nice. Machines run well. I just wish they would keep the place a little cooler.

Amazingly clean laundromat. Not sure how many machines are here (quite a few), and only one was out of order at the time of this review - which leads me to believe that all of the equipment is very well maintained.Prices for the machines are (currently):$6 for the extra large washers$4 for the triple load washers$1.75 for the double load (theyre running a special right now)$0.25 for 5 minutes of dryer time.

I went to Dolphin Laundry today because my washer broke and the young lady Ally was more than helpful. I forgot an ingredient (baking soda) and she had my back and she also helped me pick out the best size for my load. My first experience was excellent. Much Kudos to Ally😁

I haven’t been to a laundry mat in years but I had a King size comforter that would not fit in my washer at home. This laundry mat is clean and the young lady that works there is awesome. She helped me with the machines, got change for me and made recommendations on what machine I needed. I even saw her help a customer to the car with their laundry. If I ever need a laundry mat again I will drive the few extra miles to come go there!! Highly recommended!!

Friendly staff. Sometimes quarters get stuck in the large washers in the front and occasionally detergent doesnt despinse, but they always assist you and correct the problem

Just pulled up here with my son at 8pm they do not close till 9pm unfortunately our washer broke so I wanted to get ONE load in and a woman smoking a cigarette out front turned me away saying she had already mopped and last wash passed. I’ve went here a few times before and never had this inconvenience but I guess times are really changing.

Clean and organized laundromat. The attendant always greets each customer with a smile and a hello. They will even come out and help you if it’s needed. You don’t even have to ask. The machines are clean and get repaired very quickly if any issues arise. It’s a family friendly environment. They also still take quarters so that saves you from having to buy a card then put money on it. The prices are great also.

Got there at 7:50 and the place closes at 9 and I was told I couldn’t wash my clothes. I will take my business for this short period somewhere else.

This place is awful the machines have mold growing around the glass on the machines 🤢🤮 and the staff is rude and they had a stack of nasty mops layed out they washed in the machines this place is gross

Very unprofessional and not so friendly environment. Not to mention there were bugs everywhere, and the machines smelled like mold. Praying the smell comes out when I take my clothes else where.

I have got to say, I have been to so many laundromats in the past. But this one is the BEST!!!! The service was outstanding and the place was so clean with a cozy and warm feeling. I always hated going to laundromats but when I come to Dolphin Laundry it feels like a home away from home. I recommend everyone to try this place, and the best thing is, their pricing is great.

I have been coming here for years always had a pleasant experience until today. They dont have any hot water and I was told they will only refund me .50 per load wow. My whites are not going to be cleaned so im forced to go somewhere else pay for the machine add more detergent and bleach .50 cents wont even cover one load. And I was told by the tenant she washes her white clothes in cold water and they get cleaned yeah right there is no way.

Dolphin Laundry is a very professional environment that I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to go somewhere to do their laundry and get wonderful customer service. The employees are very helpful and when I have a issue they do not hesitate for a second to come over and solve the problem with a smile. One thing that really stood out to me about the facility was how clean it was. I dont want to go somewhere dirty to clean my laundry and the employees there were always cleaning immediately after a customer left. I would recommend Dolphin Laundry to any of my friends and family. It was a very welcoming environment with excellent customer service.

For the most part.. I Love coming here. Most of the staff is extremely friendly and offer to assist with getting clothes in and out of the car. Some of the machines malfunction from time to time but again the staff is usually most accomadating.

I have no idea how anyone can give anything less than 5 stars for this place unless you only deal with the late night person. Amy and Ali are fantastic, there is another person who Ive only actually interacted with once and she was friendly, but does fail to call when the laundry is done - near as I have seen thats her only fault, though. Our washer went out and we started using their wash & fold service, everything came back spotless (and a couple things with stains I thought no one could get out!) they are always friendly, with a smile and a warm hello. The worst that ever happens is I have to wander a little farther into the place to where they fold because I come in the door that a wall blocks from view. The prices are reasonable, and as of this day we have still not replaced the washer, and I hope we never do!

Needed to clean a King-sized, thick comforter, saw the great reviews and decided to try it out. You have the option to let them do it or do it yourself. Very nice staff...they did a great job.

I find the staff at this laundromat especially the manager, Allie, very helpful, tries her best to assist me even over the phone and shes very pleasant to talk to. The place is clean and I can recommend this place to my friends.

Pretty clean, staff was very helpful. ATM was out of order. Wasnt here too long but looks like it could entertain children and teens fairly well with the arcade machines they have to offer.

This place is horrible. I was excited after reading all of the good reviews, however when we have stopped by for drop off laundry service at 8:30 AM and at 5:30 PM there was no one present to help. We gave calls ahead of time that we were coming and they simply were not there. They lost my business, b/c they have wasted well over an hour of my time waiting over the last 2 days.

This laundromat was quiet and had exceptional customer service. The attendant answered all of my questions and was very helpful to each customer.

Roaches in the laundry mat crawling on the walls. The floors were filthy and we had to literally carry our wet laundry and put it in the dryer becuse there were not enough carts available. I don’t know where this place got a 4.7 star rating but unfortunately the dolphin laundromat we will not ever return to that place. The only reason I rated two stars is bc the lady behind the desk gave us a cup to put our quarters in. Also it’s over priced compared to other laundromat in the area.
