I went on to the website over 2 weeks and left an inquiry for getting a consultation appointment to see what we can do with my very fine, short hair and no one ever contacted me back...

I went there for help in obtaining a wig. I had a young lady named Kristin help me, and she was amazing!! I was so nervous and completely out of my comfort zone, and she was patient, understanding and kind to all I was feeling. I highly recommend this place!!!

I am so happy with the highlights I got from Kristi Moseby! She was super friendly too. I already loved getting my hair cuts but now I’ll go for my color too.

Nothing on this site indicates that they serve by appointment only. My mother in law lost her hair due to chemo and radiation. I practically begged her to go in and at least speak with someone regarding a wig that could be customized just for her. She had been wanting a nice wig. The reviews I read indicated that this is a reputable establishment. We walked in and no one even acknowledged our presence. We stuck around for a few minutes and still no one said hi or well be with you in a minute. Out of 4 employees not one said anything to us at all. Needless to say I will never get my mother in law to walk thru that door again. Guess I wont get a thank you for my review. Im so sad. Thank you for your response. However, I have never popped in without my mother in law so no information was given to me. I understand not leaving a client but a hello well be right with you would suffice.

This group has changed my life in ways I never thought possible. When going through a struggle that was very difficult for me to accept, their reassuring, gentle touch was just what I needed. Kristen and Shannon are incredible people who care deeply about their clients. During my last few weeks in VA, I was at Tousle often as they would not give up on finding a solution for me. Their knowledge and expertise is first rate and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I am moving to South Carolina, but they will always be my first call if I find myself troubled or have a question. Before taking that first step through the door, I honestly didn’t think there would be a solution that could restore my confidence to what it once was, but now it’s safe to say that I’m back at 100%. If you are where I was, I can tell you that acceptance comes in time, but the change can be now. Go visit them. They can change your life too!

I went here while on vacation in the area to see if they could help me with my hair loss issues. They understood that I was leaving the next day and gave me an appointment right away. Matt (a miracle worker! ) was such a professional and took the time to explain and show me my alternatives. I did not feel rushed at all. I left there feeling more confident than I have felt in years. This is a beautiful salon with caring, supportive, people. Go here. I wish I lived in VA so that I could make regular appts.

My wife is going through Chemo and needed a wig. Great service! Made the whole experience very easy. We did not know much about buying/wearing wigs and they answered all of our questions!
