I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the area. They do great work and are very nice. If you need any water damage work. Water, suage or more damage they can take care of it. They also do a great job at carpet cleaning.

Alex really helped me out in a pinch. I live up in Canada but had to organize a carpet cleaning for a relative’s estate in Virginia Beach. He was helpful in getting me everything set up and ensuring the job was taken care of for me. I had my carpets cleaned today. First I’ll say I was impressed that Tidewater Restoration has no issues climbing my three flights of stairs. I previously reached out to a well known carpet cleaning company and they cancelled our appointment the day before they were due out because of the stairs. Secondly, he was able to get up all of the food stains caused by my toddler. Our carpets look amazing! My apartment smelled great when I came home. I am super impressed. I did not get to meet the person that cleaned my carpets because I was at work, but THANK YOU! I will pass your information to friends and family!
