If I could give them zero stars I would. I typically dont post negative reviews, but I keep getting texts asking about the service, so here it goes. Let me begin with I booked service through Fresh Cleaners and the service provider was Master Cleaning LLC, located on S. lynnhaven Rd in Virginia Beach. The tech immediately began by giving me a price of over $400 when the service I requested showed $79.99 on the website. He said that service would only drag dirt around the carpet, because there is no cleaner in the water. He also said the carpet would not get clean, because I had a traffic area, while pointing at the area directly in front of where my sofas had sat for 3 years. He then dropped it to $230 after finding out there was no rental agency for my move out. He refused to do the work, without an upfront payment of $90. I asked about the increased price, after stating all I wanted was what I had requested the service for. He said because I had no furniture in the rooms. I requested that he call his boss, as advance payment was not a policy listed on either website. He then decided to leave. While taking a picture of the license plate and him for when I went to the company to complain, he started the van and rolled it forward to the point that I hit the hood to signify that he needed to stop because the van had touched my legs. When I spoke to the manager/owner face to face, there was zero surprise on his face as I explained in detail what had happened. Which let me know this was normal practice. He sent another tech a couple of days layers, in a van that did say Fresh Cleaning. He made the same statement about the carpet not getting clean. However, he did provide the service. He billed the $90 instead of the $80 that was on my original quote received. I paid the whole $90. That extra $10 came from what would have been his tip, had I not been over charged.

My wife is 5 months pregnant and I can just tell the quality of air was deteriorating within my newly purchased home. So I called Fresh Cleaners along with calling various companies. In all categories, Fresh Cleaners were more professional, patient to my inquires and had the best price. Then the day of they sent a nice young man to my home and he was polite, respectful, descriptive of what would be happening and clean. So overall i have zero complaints and the tech was awesome then provided before/after pictures. Ill recommend them to my friends .

I have been working with Fresh Cleaners for over 9 years at a multitude of multifamily properties over the Hampton Roads area. They always go above and beyond for us. Their overall customer service from the office staff to the techs is exceptional. I have referred them to family/friends and I always get a phone call about how great of job and friendly they are. Highly recommend :)

I booked fresh cleaners va beach. They didn’t arrive to the first appointment nor did I receive a phone call or any notification as to why they wouldn’t be showing up. I had to call multiple times and leave several voice messages for someone to finally return my call and tell me that the truck had broken down. I rebooked with them against my better judgment, but the prices couldn’t be beat and the reviews were great. At the next appointment the technician showed up 23 minutes after the scheduled 2 hour window. The technician was NOT from fresh cleaners va beach but Master Cleaners. The price quoted was also much higher. I’m confused as to why one company with totally different prices is booking things for a different company. Being misled this way is very concerning. The technician from Master Cleaners did a great job on my carpets so the one star is definitely not for him, but the overall process. Poor communication and very misleading information.

The technician, Boris was awesome. He was very professional and listened to what I had to say. I have a newborn on the way, and I knew my air ducts havent been done in a while. On top of cleaning both systems, Boris even gave me free sanitizer. I can tell he has been doing this a long time and he takes pride in his work. Thank you Fresh Cleaners.

I have never cleaned any furniture before, and I had a couch that was in really bad shape. I got a coupon from Fresh cleaners in the mail so I decided to give them a try. Upon arriving, the technician agreed that the couch was very bad. Nevertheless, he said he will give it a try and he wouldnt charge anything if there was no result. Long story short, about an hour later, I was looking at a brand new couch! I have never been so pleased as the couch has great sentimental value to me! I payed him 40 dollars more than he asked and I would definitely use them again!

Fresh Cleaners is fast and efficient. Technicians are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for customers. I was introduced to them through my work and would not hesitate to call them first for any household cleaning needs.

Max was great!! Texted before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. On time. Very personable and professional. I had pet stains and now they look like new. Fresh Cleaners has cleaned my carpet several times and I highly recommend them.

Run! Do not do it. Site says one thing and then the guy came to do the job and was very disrespectful and quoted us triple! I booked for the $99.99 for 7 rooms and he told me he couldn’t for that price he would have to charge me $300! He proceeded to try to tell us we wouldn’t get our deposit back because the carpets were rough as if he where the landlord. He was out of line and stated if he did it for a lower price he wouldn’t give me a receipt for the job because it would be to much gas to come back. He wasted my time and the company of very unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and call somebody else to do the job! The prices listed are not honored! We found another company who was able to do it for a fraction of the cost and no drama!

Highly qualified men did an excellent job promptly and very politely! I had a flood and they fixed it right up took up padding and replace it with new padding left machines to let the floor dry and dehumidify very very nice workers and gentlemen!!

Excellent service. This was my first time having my air ducts cleaned, and Andrey the technician was very patient with me as he explained everything that was involved. The next day, I instantly felt the difference in the air quality. 5 stars and a great job!

Tech came out and did and did a phenomenal job. Very personable and even gave me some tips on how to maintain it over the year. Highly recommend to everyone!

Boris was amazing! He was so quick and professional. I only had two rooms done. in one of them I had a big stain so he recommended the pre treatment for that one room. Which i got. Only a extra $25 and the stain came right out. I had the two room special for $49. Pricing was exactly what they told me over the phone. Thanks guys !!!

Very wishy washy with prices. First guy told me 450.00 then next guy said 300. Then was able to work his way back up to 350. By adding a cleaning. Seems there are no set prices just what the guy will accept or not accept. I asked first thing did he come to my area to do carpet stretching he said yes then turned that against me saying he had to come so far. He should of told me that to begin with. Then took them 3 weeks to cash the check. Not happy with them as a hole. Carpet looks better though but could of been better as well. Carpet was cut to short in places leaving gaps between trim. I will not use them again.

Great company! My three dogs messed up my living room pretty bad. The tech was not only able to get it all out but even gave me 1 repair where the dogs had chewed the carpet up for free. Highly pleased )

Boris came to the house on time. He was friendly, courteous and even took his shoes off when I told him he did not have to. The dryer vent service was quick and so much lent came out. Thank goodness I never had a fire! Thanks Boris

Boris called when he was on his way, explained exactly what he was going to do when he arrived, and got right to work. Once we moved the furniture out of his way, the carpets looked worse than we thought. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean he made our almost white carpets again.

Boris did our move out clean of our rental property. Three carpets in three rooms. He was on time, the work done was very fast and to a very high standard. Very reliable cleaning company and I would recommend them to anyone in VA Beach.

We attempted to use a coupon from Fresh Cleaners for carpet cleaning. The ad was for $80 for 5 rooms + hallway, deodorizing and sanitizing. When the tech arrives he said it was going to be $450 to make them look new, and that at the least itd be $250. I told him I wasnt planning on paying 3x as much and that we had the $80 coupon. He said the coupon was for move out only, light cleaning (nowhere was that mentioned) and could go as low as $180. I didnt think Id have to haggle on the carpet cleaning.I told him I didnt have the money for that and he left. Called the number and the man I spoke with said the pricing didnt matter based on furniture or not. Eventually he said the price would be $180 for the 4 rooms we had and stairs with pretreatment (stairs were $20 and pretreatment is $80!!)Sounds like either their tech is trying to pocket some side money or just over charge. It appears the ValPak deal is just to get them in the door where they can gouge you for add ons. Definitely wouldnt trust / use this company with my carpets.

Classic price gouging at its finest. Website says one price, then when you call to book the give you another price, then the guy shows up and quotes you another price. Every price higher than the last. Definitely DO NOT recommend at all!!! Terrible service.

How are these people still in business? After reading the reviews, I went against my better judgement and booked them assuming the other reviews were just angry trolls.. I was wrong.. I scheduled this company to come out today and I was promised between 11am-1pm.. No one showed up so I called and someone came out at 1:45.. Over the phone I was quoted $80 for 5 rooms- I only needed 2 rooms.. She then told me $60 for 2 rooms.. At that point I assumed it would be somewhere between $60-$80 since it was just a quote.. This guy shows up and within 30 seconds of being in my house he used derogatory language in front of my 4 year old.. then told me it would be $160 for the two rooms which aren’t even heavily soiled- I was only getting carpets cleaned for regular maintenance.. I have no pets and no major stains.. how did it go from $80 for FIVE rooms to $160 for 2 rooms.. I told him to leave my house.. this guy clearly did not want to be there and had no desire to service my carpet.. I tried to call and speak to a manager about this issue and even he was rude and kept telling me to call back Monday.. I guess I was disturbing him on his day off.. I doubt this business will ever get a repeat customer treating people this way.. I have pictures of my carpet if the owner would like to see what his men are charging people $160 to clean.. This was a complete waste of my Sunday...

I was quoted an amount which I thought was great....$50, to clean 1 room and small hallway. The technician arrived and tried getting me to spend $250 instead. I explained that I did not intend on paying more than I was quoted. He stated that for the condition of my carpet, he couldnt do a good job for that price...and he left. He wasnt the nicest guy in the world....but I would have appreciated if they would have honored the amount quoted. He was a fast...salesman. My wife and I will clean it ourselves...have done before and dont have a problem doing again...we just saw a good price and decided to try it. Unfortunately, if I wanted to spend $250, which will happen, I will use someone else...our short interaction left a bad first impression.

Boris was respectful unfortunately he tried to up charge me on prices and I feel like if for any reason I needed to pay more I would have been notified when I made the original appointment overall he did an ok job. Also this is not the company I thought was coming to clean my carpet.

This service was exceptional and I was pleased with the pricing too. The gentleman who cleaned the carpet showed up on time and was extremely polite (he even made sure I did not slip on any wet spots 😁). The carpets were perfectly clean in under an hour. I am so happy that I used Fresh Cleaners Carpet Cleaning, and I think more people should use them as well!!!

I initially removed my comment today because I was told by someone at this business that they would take care of it tomorrow however you have sense commented with lies. So I have reattached the message.0 stars would be more acceptable but isnt an option. I have a brand new couch that the dog peed on. I called Fresh Cleaners they said $50 to clean. When it was explained that urine was involved they charged an additional $25. Once the couch dried it smelled exactly the same, I called the next day and they agreed to send someone back today. They stated it would be between 10-12 at 1:30 still no one showed. I called and they sent a technician that came and simply sprayed FEBREEZE . I tried this numerous times before calling them to clean it and it does not work! I explained to a manager that their policy states they will fix it if reported within 7 days. He stated someone would come back but I would be charged again. You charged me extra for special urine treatment and didnt do anything different. I requested someone fix the situation or I be given back the money for the extra urine treatment and he stated he would not refund that portion. I asked to speak to the owner who wasnt available. Do not give your money to this company!In response to your message from one hour ago I was told there was an additional $25 for the pet fee which I did pay you however you did not deliver the service that you said you would. I paid what I was asked it is not my fault information was communicated incorrectly on your end. In addition I have my receipt which says I paid for pet odor and stain remover and you are saying I didnt, very dishonest. Any further explanation?

Scammers. Online it gives the “approximate “ estimate for how many rooms you have however that will not be the price you will pay . When he came he quoted me $220 for three rooms and a hallway . But he has you do a review before he does the service to “knock down the price “. I decided I need the carpet really cleaned so agreed. He told me 1-2 hours for the service. I left about 30 minutes later he calls me and says he’s done . He was outside waiting when I got there and said he had other clients to get to . Tryna get me to pay him before I went upstairs to see the work . I told him I wanted to see it first . Then as I got upstairs he told me don’t step in the carpet . The living room looked good . But as I walked into the bedroom the stains were still there . For $200 I expected more effort put into the cleaning process. Never again will I book with them .

The coupon online says 129.99 for powerwashing and thats the price that was confirmed over the phone. When the guy came out he said we should use chemicals instead of just water and that cost extra. When we said we just want the basic without chemicals he didnt want to do the work. He wanted to charge an extra $50 for just bleach Im sure. As usual they want to tell you one price online or over the phone and then jack the price up when they get there. TERRIBLE!

This company doesnt deserve this one star thstvI gave them, but I had to use it in order to post a review. The ad on this companys web site offered 2 room carpet cleaning for $29. 99 & chimney cleaning for $79.99. I however had only one room & 2 small area rugs to be cleaned and thought this price was reasonable for what I needed done. I discussed this with the person that took my info & she said to mention this price to the technician that she scheduled to arrive today. Two men, a trainee & his trainer, arrived 1/2 hour late. The trainee kept hesitating when I told him the charge listed on the web site and what had been agreed to via my phone conversation with the scheduler. The trainer stepped in & said that the best he could do for a price on the carpet was $70. He said my chimney was an older style & the $79 was for the newer type of chimney & was a deal at 1/2 off for the new chimney only. So he wanted to charge me $160 rather than the advertised $79. This guy was not about doing the job as advertised, but rather ripping me off for more money. I just checked & found the web site was taken down. This whole situation was terrible. I spent my time & energy moving furniture etc this morning so that the cleaning would go easy for them. I have never had such a distressing and dishonest encounter with a service company. I believe in The Golden Rule and honesty. This company sadly lacks any of these values!This is in response to the managements reply to my negative review. I was incorrect about the $29.99 pricing. I see that your site states $39.99, however the technician, not the trainee, quoted me a minimum of $70 for 1 room & he also quoted the pricing on the chimney. Had the technician told me that I misunderstood the charge & it was $39.99 & not $29.99, I would have been fine with that. We all make mistakes and I am a reasonable person. As someone who has worked in leadership role most all of my career, I would suggest that you do 2 things. educate your staff on your pricing and customer service. A call should have been made to the dissatisfied customer to learn the concerns, and then institute policies so that this unsatisfactory customer service is not repeated. I would never reply to a post until I understood the entire problem. A post to the problem is meaningless.

We just had Fresh Cleaners at my home to do our carpets and they did an amazing job. Our carpets had stains from a three year old and a couple of puppy accidents and I was not sure how much I could hope for, well I was more than pleasantly surprised. We will definitely use them again.

I got my carpets cleaned a few weeks ago. I had the spot cleaning done which they recommended. The stains are all back ( A few soda spills)!!! When I called the receptionist told me they stand behind the cleaning for up to 7 days THAT IS IT!! In my experience with my carpets when I get them professionally cleaned they remain clean for at least 6-8 months. I do not recommend them!! Very Dissatisfied!!!

We contacted fresh cleaners on Thursday at noon and they were able to provide me service within 24 hours. The price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. I would definetly use them again.

They were very professional and helpful with cleaning my apartment. Seeing as I had a millions stains from my one year old smh. But I love my newly cleaned carpet!!! I will definitely be using them again when my son decides he wants to throw food around again!

We had someone come in for a quote. The man was very fast talking, walked in with his shoes on, no booties, and did not introduce himself. He was telling us that the coupon is the basic, just a touch up. We needed to have the entire system done. He just sat down at the table moving our things out of his way so he could write down the quote. He didnt even ask if he could move anything. His nose was red and he kept sniffling. He was also acting very jittery. He used two curse words that was very unprofessional. Would not recommend this company.

Careful..dont be fooled by this company. They only clean with water...no soap, no treatment and it is difficult to speak with anyone who is fluent in English once they come out to the house. We will never use them again.

My carpets were in very bad shape. Mike recommended that for the best cleaning job he would need to spot clean it first. I was disappointed to find out that I would need to pay more than I had planned on. The whole process took less than an hour.Mike called to let me know when he would arrive. 6 days agoThis place is a sham. Roman was fast and professional. However my capers are ruined. Whatever they used pre treatment/ soak turned areas of my rugs brown. They came out to fix it and it made it worse. They took my money and now I have to replace my carpets. I’ll never use them again!!!

Roman was very prompt and professional. There were a few areas that required attention twice and we called Roman who came back and serviced areas without any problems. I highly recommend Roman.

Fresh Cleaners came to clean our couch last week. The couch looks great; however the technician was awful. He was in and out in 15 minutes which did not seem long enough to clean our huge couch (but like I said, it looks great surprisingly). Im glad he was only here for 15 minutes because all he did was complain the entire time he was here and answer the phone. He took 6 phone calls in those short 15 minutes. He complained about everything - his job (how unprofessional), his life, the world. It was terrible. The worst part was he left the house a mess! There was water all over our brand new laminate floors and even water on the subwoofer. I love the way the couches look, but am not sure I would trust this company in my house again.
