My very large dog had a bout of liquid poop which I cleaned to the best of my ability and I was searching for someone who would come over on the weekend. I spoke with John Saturday afternoon and he agreed to come over on Sunday. John did a great job, was very professional and personable. When he gave me the estimate for the work that he was going to do I couldn’t believe how low it was I actually paid him more than what he asked for especially as he had been kind enough to come over on the weekend. I’m still not sure I paid him enough! In addition John was kind enough to actually help me with my icemaker which I could not detach which certainly was not anything that he had to do. Great experience with a wonderful young man!

John is absolutely the best! I’ve had him out to my house multiple times over the years due to dogs and kids trekking messes all over the house. He is -by far- the most reasonably priced, top quality, and friendliest service in the Hampton Roads area. I always recommend him to my neighbors and friends. Awesome customer service. Had called around 3:30pm and on the same day they were able to come and clean our carpet. Not bad for $100 and it was super quick. John is one special man. He went above and beyond the call of duty. When he opened the vent below my air handler he immediately noticed water, too much water that wasnt supposed to be there. My AC is only about 13 months old. John would have repaired it for me, but we decided that this could void my warranty. But he treated the area for mold. It took him a long time late on a Friday! I took a video of the AC and showed the problem area and also offered to talk to the company who installed it. He even offered to come back and make sure its all done correctly. If not for him, I could have had a real disaster.Oh, he also properly cleaned the vent that needed it!Hes a great guy.

Barely have time to write a review but this company deserves 5 stars. John did an amazing and thorough job on our dryer vent and air ducts. Vents smells good and no need to make double cycling on our dryer machine. Will recommend 5 star carpet cleaning to everyone.

As a local, I always like to support local businesses rather than chains, etc....I am also pretty picky about hiring contractors because of past experiences, but I am glad I called these guys. I needed my 2 bedroom duplex unit cleaned and was concerned I would have to pay for new carpet because of a few stains, but I am glad I simply had it professionally cleaned. I had never actually had anyone do that before, but I was pleasantly surprised by the results and it wasnt even very expensive! The carpet looks almost new and the technician Jon was very knowledgeable and even worked with me with no extra charge with some additional small areas of the house I forgot to tell him about. Anyway, I am sold on professional carpet cleaning and would definitely call them again next time!

Great service! Showed up and complete in about an hour for about 1000 sq-ft of carpet on third floor. Professional job. I pointed out a few pet accident areas, and he was able to get all but 1 out (partially my fault, due to the cleaning agent I originally attempted to use to get it out. He hit it multiple times and did the best he could). Overall, I’m completely satisfied and would use again.

Outstanding service by John. He was very courteous and fast. So far I used many other large companies but 5 star is definitely the best company when it comes to quality and price.

Although I can not comment on how their cleaning services turn out. I can say however this company was in my neighborhood over the weekend and the technician decided to allow the dirty carpet water to flow into our community parking spots and street which led into a storm drain that goes directly to the bay. The discharged water stained the pavement and smells horrible still today. Completely unprofessional!
