Devin was our savior!! We just moved in about two weeks ago, have a brand new dryer, but kept getting the Flo Sense Indicator. Come to find out we had a dryer vent blockage. I called VB Carpet Cleaners on a Friday, the first available was Sunday. Devon called me on Saturday asking to come today. He was very professional, honest and told me the price from the start, but said if I think it’s going to be more work or more expensive than this I will stop and update you. Clearly this was never done in this house, but we are so glad Devon was able to get it all cleared out for us!! Our dryer is working great and he recommended we get it cleaned out about every 2-3 years, which we will do! Thank you again Devon, we appreciate you!!!!

I moved into a place whose previous owners left the carpets NASTY. This company was SUPER responsive and professional. I had to get one room treated again because it was THAT filthy. I got charged for per vent but they dont clean all the vent and when i asked for re do waited for almost 2 weeks..when the day come in for re do they just showed up and argue with me..i just paid for 300+ for nothing happen. Very rude..Unprofessional..

When our dryer working up to its normal output I called my service contract provider. That tech told me he couldnt fix my issue since it was a vent issue not a machine issue. He recommended that I call a vent cleaning company and I contacted VB Carpet Cleaners as soon as he left.They were available the next day and discovered a squirrel nest....minus the squirrel...but with lots of leaves and nuts. It took the technician, Devon, a while to get us back to full capacity drying but he kept us informed with videos and explanations the whole time and installed mesh near the opening to prevent the squirrels from re- entering the vent.My dryer is back to optimal performance. Highly recommend this company.

VB carpet cleaning was very professional and quick. It only took the technician I had (Devin) about a hour and a half, or less, to clean my entire one bedroom apartment. There was a fee for being on the 3rd floor but the service was great so I have no complaints!

Awesome job. We had some type of fruit stain that accidentally brought in from the back yard during a Birthday Party. It made a wide swath of the carpet blue. Not anymore. Carpet looks as good as it did when we moved in two years ago. Quick, efficient, and economical.

Henri did a good job with the dryer vent cleaning however he did a horrible job with cleaning up after himself. He could have done a much better job. I had to spend an hour cleaning up the dryer lint that was left. Mixed reviews...

Devin came to service our hone and did a spectacular job. We just moved in and noticed a funky smell in one of the rooms that candles, Fabreeze, baking soda, etc. and nothing worked long term. After one visit we have not noticed the smell again. Devin was very professional and did an excellent job.

There response was great, they even showed up a day early which was awesome. We have berber carpet stairs in which that was the only areas they had to do in the house. With berber it takes a whole day to dry. So before they left the carpets appeared to be fine, only to see the next day that it looked like stripes on all the steps including the landing. Which one stripe was clean and the other dirty. Not to mention the hot water mess that was left on the side baseboards and the hardwood floors at each landing. Which I had to clean up afer they left. Called them imediatley the next moring and showed the picrtures and of course no response, waited a day or so and reached out again and crickets. So, I would NOT waste your money with this company. Also, when they showed up they had the very big commerical water tank cleaner type and rolled across my hardwood floors while spilling the dirty water along the way, yep they did not even clean that up either. What a mess!!For Covid Saftely reason along both the owner and the worker did NOT wear mask into the house either.

The work performance was exceptional. I did not care for the lecturing from the technician. I am paying you for a service not to chastise me.

We had gotten a rotary brush stuck in the dryer vent and needed help getting it out. VB carpet cleaners came out and was able to get it out. They also cleaned out our vents and even replaced a very old exit vent on the outside of the house which was causing the air to not flow properly. Highly recommend.

We had a broken dryer vent. We called and they responded immediately. They were able to identify the location of the break without damaging too much drywall and it was fixed. The laundry room is on the second floor and the dryer vent runs about 16 feet to the outside. Zach was able to identify the exact location. He fixed and cleaned the vent and also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They also respected mask use while in our house. We will be using them again.

Thank you for providing superb service during our service call. Our clogged dryer vent was cleaned multiple times from the outside-in as well as from the inside-out. The most remarkable aspect of our service call was the fact that although we were satisfied we the amount of airflow once the trapped lint was removed, you believed the airflow could be better. After investigating and entering our crawl space, it was discovered that the flexible dryer duct under the house had become disconnected. You promptly reconnected it and sealed it with silver aluminum foil tape. This is an example of going above and beyond. We are appreciative of your service and your attitude. Gave me their recommendations on what I should do and that it was a complete removal and replacement of foam beneath carpet. Did this all for free! I hired VB Carpet Cleaners to deep clean the berber carpet in my new home. My request was serviced by Zach who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. He was a bit late but at least he let me know ahead of time. He was also kind enough to clean out my dryer vent as well as repair a damaged dryer hose. The work was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend!

So after seeing the 5 star review I ordered carpet cleaning service from this company. There were no stains at all on my carpet, infact Devon the technician confirmed the same. My caroet was matted in the traffic area hence I asked if deep cleaning would help and he said yes it will. Now after cleaning my carpet has become more matted and the carpet fibres have become crusty and tough. I called the company some 10 times, left VMs but no call back. Once, I was able to speak with a lady named Yasha in their dispatch team and she said technician will call me back by the end of the day, but No one called. Its been 3 days and I am so disappointed that the company didnt even have courtesy to call back let alone to fix the issue. DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. And Unfortunately have to take legal authorities help to get my money back for such poor service.

From start to finish, the experience with this company was professional, friendly, and satisfactory. They text you when you set your appointment and communicate with you that way through the process. Zach, the technician was punctual and was happy to communicate with me on the phone. I had a common area with pet stains treated along with a sofa and a runner. The common area was in pretty bad condition and when Zach was done, the difference was phenomenal. I truly received average pricing for well above average work.

First day of my appointment no one showed up or didn’t call. My appointment was from 3 to 6 PM, there was some miscommunication on their part. However ;they came out the next day and did an outstanding, very professional and gave me a very reasonable price for what I needed to be done. I hired this company initially to clean my dryer vents. They did an excellent job completing this and I appreciated that they cleaned up afterwards. While speaking with Zac he mentioned that they also clean area rugs. I showed him the rug that I needed cleaned and he assured me he could get it done. Very bad experience. No idea what they were doing. They turned on the washing machine to clean the dryer vent. They tore the wrong exterior vents off. They left our dryer duct snd vent in worse shape than it already was. Now there is no airflow. They refuse to call me back and the lady answering the phone says there is no owner or boss.

I paid $68 for cleaning my stairs. They came over on time and did the job, but then they asked for paying an additional $25 for deep cleaning. I did not accept that. I thought a $68 include the good cleaning. Today, the stairs are dry and do not see any different. The stairs doesnt look clean at all.
