Nick has been taking care of all of my vehicles for at least 5-6 years now. The level of knowledge and ability to execute that he possesses makes his finished product seem like magic, but it’s not. He really is just an obsessed and consummate professional who has honed his craft to a level that is far beyond what most people can even conceive. If this man were a concert classical guitarist he’d be lauded as a virtuoso. The chances are very good that you (like me) are absolutely incapable of achieving this level of cleaning and polish on your vehicle and the corner car wash isn’t going to get close either. In the case of my 2012 4Runner in particular, I’m confident that it is worth at least a couple grand more today than it was yesterday on the private sale market. In my eyes that well justified the cost you pay for what has certainly been a lifetime of hard work and practice on the part of Nick.

I called Nick after a reference from my friend who said he was “the best”. I figured I’d give it a shot, and it turns out, he was right. I moved out to VA from UT and needed someone to maintain my Modesta-finished car, which is not as popular of a clear coat in VA, evidently. My car guys out in Utah recommended a shop out here that said pretty much, We do applications; go to Nick at Door to Door for maintenance, and so I called him up. He did a stellar job on my Model 3; we hadnt had it washed for like 3 months since we moved here and somehow there was gum on the driver floor mat? I have a larger black Toyota Tundra that I’ve own for just a year. I use to use the local car wash that COMPLETELY ruined my paint job. I tried multiple detail shops and they could never truly get of the paint damage done by the car washes. I saw door to door detailing on Instagram, and judging by there work I decided to give them a try. When I saw the final result I was completely shocked. I ain’t never had a clay bar treatment or a protective coating applied to the paint nor glass until today. I even had residue and hard rain spots on the front windshield that he was able to remove entirely. The windows are completely transparent and smear free, the cleanest they’ve ever been! I honestly gave Nick every opportunity to fix the issues that I had (over a month) with his work. For one he overcharged way too much. He charge me $400 for Intense wash, clay bar, and boosted with a ceramic hydrophobic Coating, leather treatment, & interior clean up (which only took him 2 hours). I did some research and discovered he did not put a ceramic hydrophobic coating on my truck and After much debating and excuses from him I finally gave up and just took the loss. Honest company. I didnt know it was possible but Door to Door made it look like no kids or pets had ever even been in our suv. Definitely recommend.
