I got the Complete Detail and my 17 year-old Buick looks brand new. Very sweet people who took great care of my car. Very fair price for pristine service. I had a year old cupcake stain in my back seat that they were actually able to get out of my cloth seats. If you need your vehicle serviced, there would be no place better to patronize than with these lovely people. It did take a little longer than expected, but the result was well worth the wait, and I cant blame them as my car was very messy and one of my windows was stuck all the way down so they had to work around that.

They took me in without an appointment and did a great job on the interior. Looks great, smells great! They did a better job than other places that charged me more.

Car looked great inside and out. Despite some equipment issues that delayed the job, they still stayed after hours to finish the car that day. Will go back!

Crooks. Absolute crooks. Trust your gut, they’re as shady as they look. I honestly have no idea how this place has such good reviews. Let’s start with the actual cleaning job. They didn’t even get the car clean! This car wasn’t flooded or anything, just seen a lot of love. But somehow they weren’t able to get any of the spots clean. These are the exact kind of stains you take your car in for a deep cleaning. See the pictures.They said the job would take 3 hours. We called after 3.5 hours and they said 45 more minutes. We arrive one hour later and they say 20 minutes. So we’re talking about 5.5 hours for the car to not even be clean.Then when it comes time to pay, they don’t accept cards on Saturdays, cash only. I don’t understand, you advertise credit cards on your own sign. Credit cards work every day of the year. So after going to a nearby ATM and paying cash, we aren’t even given a receipt. What’s going on here? Are you trying to avoid paying taxes?Then we get a call about 5 minutes after we leave that they put the wrong floor mats in the car. So I had to go BACK to get my floor mats. Keep in mind this is about 3 HOURS after the car was supposed to be done. And what did we get for our trouble? Another cleaning for “free” and a coupon. No thanks. I’d rather pay an actual professional and have it done right the first time.I guess if you want to pay $100 for a vacuuming and a lousy cleaning job, go with these guys. If you want anything remotely resembling professional service stay far away.

My husband spilled a cup of coffee in my car and I was dreading trying to find a detailer that wouldnt charge too much. A friend of mine suggest Irvings and it was a great experience. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and super professional. I got a #5 (mini detail) which was more than I *thought* I needed but an excellent price point -- $95. My car looks brand new so it definitely needed everything. Ill definitely be back!

Well done. They had my car looking great inside and out! They put effort into it which was great because I know I caught them on a last minute basis and the job did not look rushed. If I could have been slightly more picky, I would have loved to not see any dog hair in my front seat and maybe I should have also specified to have my trunk vacuumed out as well. BUUUUT all things considered the job was solid and Id recommend this location to all. (the pricing is great, &the staff is friendly!!)

I would highly recommend their services to anyone whether you need serious cleaning or just want to maintain your car. We just bought a car from a third party private sale. We got a great deal but the inside was VERY dirty. I called Irvings and asked what they had available to fully detail the entire interior. I was given the information and price which is exactly what I got and paid, no surprises. The staff was very friendly and eager to show us their work when we picked up the car. Its an older car that has been used and they still treated it like it was brand new. Excellent and affordable service!

I was a little skeptical with the location of this place - its in a parking garage - but decided to give them a try. Im glad I did! My car had recently been flooded and stuck in the mud from hurricane Matthew so it was a mess inside and out. These guys did a great job cleaning it up - it looks like a brand new car.
