I loved this service so much that I did it twice. If you are like me and ever want to do a second visit on the same day as a double flyer package and I would recommend putting a time slot in between them off you need to exchange your second flyer, because if you try to do back to back appointments it would be hard to grab your second flyer before they need to leave. But everyone involved between the people I talked to on the phone, the people who check you in and give you your ticket for the captain, and the captain and the second person that gets you set up; they have a flawless operation and great personalities. And before noon theres a photo package they give you for free that you cant beat! The crew takes pictures as you go up and you get your own SD card to take with you with the pictures. I highly highly recommend!

Experience was amazing! The captain of the boat was amazing along with his helper, me and my husband booked an early flight online and if you book before 12 you get a free photo package! These are some of the pictures we received! They look amazing and honestly turned out way better than expected! Just an overall amazing experience and we are so glad we did it! This was amazing. Everyone was enjoyable and pleasant to talk with. The captain, skipper and first mate were very friendly and knowledgeable. This was a 2 for one kind of a deal. Psrasail and you get to ride a boat on the ocean.I thought itvwas gonna be rough taking off, but it was so smooth and the wind doesnt blow as much as you would think. I will definitely do this again. I was a wreck today when I showed up for my appointment. I am petrified of heights, but these two guys were beyond phenomenal! I specifically asked to not go the full 600 feet and they were very accommodating. They waited until I was ready before going, and were so patient with me. I am so glad we went with Adventure Parasail and would recommend them 100% thank you for making an everlasting memory for me!!!

Wow! Took my husband on a ride for his surprise bday extravaganza...this was our third stop of the day...the driver and his assistant were really kind....we felt safe...the boat was nice and clean ...great music playing during the ride and the experience was totally worth the trip/price!!! My husband was so excited.

This was an amazing crew and event for a first timer to parasail! The crew fully explained everything and made sure everything was safe and double checked! It was such an experience flying so high! Peaceful! They also reacted QUICK when I started feeling quezy on the boat by giving me a vomit bag as soon as they saw my face change! I loved it and will do it again!

Great experience from start to finish. The process to book online was easy & they answered any questions I had by phone. When we arrived we checked in & they were able to accommodate my child being an observer on the boat which was another plus. Our crew was awesome & made our experience very pleasant & memorable. What a great bunch of people! For first timers they were epic! They have this down to a science. Very informative, great conversation,even gave restaurant and sight seeing suggestions. Safety is a priority but fun is a guarantee. When we booked we apparently missed the FREE photo offer and the lady at check in was kind enough to notice and made sure we got it! They stay strict to their times so be ready to go so they can get everybody their time. Website super informative and when they say be there 30 mins ahead, its for real. Keep up the great work guys! The guys were great and very nice. Im not an adventurous person so this was my first try at something new with my husband. Although the waters were a little rough, they did prepare us for that. Its a once in a lifetime thing that Im glad I got to experience. I would highly recommend and dont forget to tip the guys. They make the experience fun!

Between the professionalism of the crew on the boat and the equipment that was used we felt completely safe and absolutely amazed at this exciting rush!!! The views are absolutely breathtaking!!! Had a great parasail with these guys the last time we vistited, they have an excellent set up and I really enjoyed being so high above the ocean, an experience you should not miss it was almost as good a skydiving.

The experience of going up was cool. But the people working there were very unfriendly and pushy. Doing things such as rushing us on the boat and demanding tips. I took my GoPro up in the air with me so I was able to time that I was only up there for 6 and a half minutes. But on there website they say we will be up the for 8 to 12 minutes depending on the height of the flight and I did the highest flight. Another thing is that they keep a dog on the boat which I was unaware. They never mentioned anything about that and the thing is that I am allergic to dogs. I am fine though. I was also going to be harnessed up by a nine year but I didn’t feel comfortable with that. This is just my experience. They also just barely dip you in the water and don’t ask you if you wanted to be dipped when there website says that they ask you. But I only got my toes dipped.

Sooo much fun! The staff was helpful & I had a great experience. I was paired with another solo rider and originally paid for 800 ft but they took us up to 1,000 (thanks!). Was a little nervous at first but once I was in the air, I was perfectly fine. Feels like you’re on a big swing and the view is AMAZING! I went between 1 to 2 pm and was able to view the dolphins swimming below us (so cute 🥰!). If they find a way to make the harness into a hammock, I’d stay up there all day tbh. Thanks to Capt Bub & his crew! Phoebe (puppy) went with us and was such a sweet girl! All in all, 10/10. Highly recommend. Money well spent!!

This was a TOTAL BLAST!!! The captain and mate were friendly, professional, and they even brought their dog Phoebe on board! This was my second time going parasailing, and we opted for the 1000 foot experience. It was truly amazing. We were up in the air for 10-12 minutes, and the prices were very reasonable. We were not crowded on the boat, with only 1 other couple on board. I highly recommend you give this business a try the next time you are in Virginia Beach!

I have to start out by saying Im deathly afraid of heights and Im constantly trying to push myself to do things, this was one of them. I must say that the men in charge of our trip this day were AMAZING!! They were kind, friendly, informative, and made you feel at ease. The boat ride was fun and smooth. We even had the opportunity to see their camaraderie with another company in helping them pull someone out of the water. What an experience! Take off was smooth, the view spectacular, and the landing just as smooth. They really know what theyre doing. I cant thank them enough for this life changing experience!I will be sure to do this everytime I visit and will definitely recommend them.See you all soon!!😊💛💛

The one star is for the dishonesty of the 10-12 minute flight time as advertised. My husband wore his GoPro and the air time was only 6 minutes. This is very disappointing considering the time spent waiting for the experience and the amount charged to do so. Further, he couldn’t see anything because he was facing the ocean versus the shoreline; not that it mattered since he wasn’t up there long anyway. Better yet, spend the extra $50. and go jet skiing for an hour, you’ll have way more fun anyway.

This is my second time parasailing and it definitely did not disappoint. Dennis and Andy were a lot a of fun. I was also really excited that an SD card with our pictures was included in the price. I definitely recommend this company.

The experience was definitely a lot of fun, definitely a cool thing to do with your family on a Virginia Beach vacation.I was a bit disappointed at the flight times - I do not think they were 8 minutes (they say 8 to 12 minutes). I suppose if you include the time youre sitting on the back of the boat getting clipped in and out, and the reel in and out times, maybe.I was also disappointed because I wanted to go solo (the first time I ever did parasailing was tandem, so I was hoping to go on my own this time); the website clearly says Choose whether you want to fly single or with your friends, but when we were on the boat the mate said it was either 2 or 3 tandem, not solo.The mate and captain were really nice, everything went smoothly, and we did enjoy our rides, as well as a view of the beach (as a change of pace of the view from the beach) while it wasnt your turn. On the whole a very positive experience.

It was my first time parasailing and if your nervous and want to try it this is the place to do it. From the beginning we were surrounded by educated, professional and extremely friendly staff that made the experience a positive one. I can’t express how much I recommend this place.

We rode the jet skis for a half hour. We were both very nervous, first timers. They make sure you’re safe and comfortable. They actually have people out on the water with you the whole time. The crew was awesome. Highly recommend!

This appeared to be the best parasail on va beach after watching from our hotel. I was lucky with this; guess these guys were awesome. Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Very calm, cool and instilling confidence in my 12 yr old daughter and helping me figure out a harness that I was not used to using. These guys were personable and laid back. I couldn’t ask for a better trip and I’ll be back again and again. Very peaceful and had the perfect amount of time in the air and on the boat. You will never regret booking with these guys. If any of your crew is nervous this is the place to be. Their charismatic demeanor put everyone at ease. I have done a ton of air ops with military and this dudes were safe and a well oiled machined. Felt safe and had a ton of fun. Captains and first mates made it awesome. Hats off to you gents, thanks for an awesome experience.

An absolute must in Virginia Beach! Best experience ever, and be sure to tell the boat captain that you want to get wet so you get dipped into the Atlantic. Lots of sting rays. We selected 1,000 elevation and it was so peaceful. Checked off my Bucket List. Very safe and secure.

The actual airtime for the 1-he parasail trip is a whopping 5 minutes max. In about 55 minutes, 6 pairs of us on the boat left the dock, went up the air and came down and the boat dropped is back at the dock. The parasail ride in itself was good, no complains. But set your expectations correctly on what to expect from the actual advertised ride time of 1 hour.

The experience was awesome but the photographs were bad. If at all, take your own camera. Overall, it was wonderful.

My family and I had a wonderful time parasailing with them . The takeoff and landing was smooth . We also got dipped in the water which was extra fun . The staff was very professional and courteous. Liked the music and the cute dog on the boat as well. Will definitely parasail with them next time only next time will go higher . Awesome experience!!

Experience was lackluster. The website says you’ll be up in the air for around 8-12 minutes — everyone’s time was varied but no one stayed up there for more than 5 minutes. Also, we are told to get there at least 30 minutes early… our scheduled departure was 130 & we didn’t board the boat until 150. Just felt like this was a waste of money for this parasailing experience.

The parasailing was fun and our captain was great! They were a little late to start bit overall a great experience.

My husband and I celebrated our 6th anniversary parasailing. It was a great experience. Staff was professional.

It was amazing! I did parasailing with my 8 year old son for the first time, and it was the best activity we did during our vacation in Virginia! Both the take off and landing are very smooth, and it’s so peaceful with great view once you are up in the air. Both of us wanted to do again and again. Easy to make appointment online, friendly crew, clean comfortable seats on the boat, safe operation, and it added even more fun with their cute friendly French Bulldog came on board together.A few suggestions:-Arrive early. Their website clearly says arrive at least 30 mins before appointment or your spot might be taken. Our appointment was 11 am and the boat left around 10:50 am without waiting for 2 people who weren’t there for their 11 am appointment.-Use bathroom before getting on the boat because there is no bathroom on the boat. The boat ride itself is about 1 hour.-You are not supposed to bring your smart phone while parasailing but I wanted to take photos from up in the air. So I used my waterproof smartphone pouch that you put around your neck that I usually use on the beach/pool. And it worked perfectly. They’ll remind you that they won’t be responsible for damage or loss, so it’s just an idea if you are willing to take the risk.-If you like extra fun and excitement, ask front desk and/or captain to dip you into water before landing back to the boat. If you don’t choose so, you’ll stay completely dry without getting wet because both take off and landing happens on the back of the boat.

If it had 10 stars I would give it to them. It was a great experience the crew was amazing!!!!

Had a good time, but felt rushed, seemed the captainand crew had a strict schedule to keep on. The website promises the option of a wet or dry take off and landing, but that was not offered on the boat, just strictly dry take off and landing.

Typical touristy tour operator. Hi, hurry and get on the boat...Do your thing so I can get you back to the dock... Ok, whos next... As a former charter captain (100 Ton Masters), I know this all too well, and operated alongside many captains and crew like this. Also, there was no safety brief (reqd by the USCG), the purchased pictures option, consisted of about twelve pictures that were blurry and shaky videos... Im certainly not saying dont use this operator, the boat was clean and by all accounts, was well maintained, but just know that what youre really getting may not be what youve purchased. Oh, and we paid the extra fee for the highest elevation sail....nope, didnt get that either.

Awesome crew, and great experience. Lived here for over 20 years, and dont know why I waited so long, lol. Ive parasailed in Grand Caymon a couple times, and this was just as awesome. Dennis and Matt were great, courteous and friendly. Oh yeah, great music to boot! Will definitely return, only a whole lot sooner. Shoutout to Jules who was so helpful and quick to resolve a credit card mistake that I made -- customer service at its finest!Highly recommend these good folks!!

Had a great time Parasailing. You can choose from two heights 900ft and 1000ft and the price difference is like $5. You also have the option to do single, tandem or three people. It is $90 per person for 1000ft and if you need them to take photographs of you while parasailing, it would cost another $35 for the SD card.If you like to get dipped, make sure you tell the instructor. It was really calm being high up rather than being on the rocky boat and the view is great! Totally recommend it!

Once we got up it was ok but it took forever because they screwed up getting the parachute out not once but TWICE!!!! and 1 of us ended up getting sick and I almost passed out and they didnt get the concept that I wasnt gonna be breathing soon and that it wasnt me that was just gonna be throwing up 🙄and the rest of my day might be ruined because ive passed out before and its not fun

It was simply amazing! If you havent tried this you need too! The view was incredible and definitely breath taking! It was peaceful and serene. I would definitely refer them anytime! Im so ready to do it again . The guys running the show were friendly and professional. Kudos from Missouri! This Ozark girl was pretty impressed. 5 stars from us and we will return as soon as we can!

Excellent crew with superb skill. They give you a choice of dipping into the water or not on the way back in. Comfy harnesses for all body types (we had someone 309lb in our party). Its like sitting in a hammock chair and floating above the sea.

Such a great experience John and Mike were very helpful and good at what they do. I honestly asked if I could spend the rest of the day taking other people out. The banana boat ride is a little rough, thats the oceans fault, they will go slow or fast depending on the riders wants. Great price and a great way to spend the morning.

I got to Virginia on Friday. Called everyone that did parasailing, banana boating and jet ski rentals. Unfortunately, due to wind (9/5) they were unable to provide services. The young man on the phone told me to call in the morning to find out if theyre doing it. I called 2 days in a row and Sunday morning he saya yea were doing it, but were all book. Sorry. Its a shame someone tries to spend their money and book with your company for 2 days in a row and you offer nothing except a sorry instead of referring me to book online just in case so I wouldnt lose my spot. What terrible customer service. Funny thing is I plan on frequently traveling to the area so I wouldve continued to spend my money here. I absolutely will not now. Not that they will care since they have plenty of business.

Booking this outing, and meeting Teddy was the best part of the trip. When we arrived the young white female behind the counter didn’t speak or greet me and acted like she didn’t want to answer my questions. Then teddy came to get us so we can board the boat and get ready for the ride. He was very pleasant, but the captain not so much. I’d love to do this again and try parasailing, but with service like that I’d wait til I can travel back to myrtle beach to do this again before I deal with that type of service again.

Our family had an amazing time! A parasailing experience is more than just the “flight”, it’s also the interaction with the staff and how they help you enjoy it all. We went out on the 6/29 @9am 600ft excursion and the captain and Chris did a fantastic job! They were friendly, professional and made sure everyone was having fun! Highly recommend them.

We had a blast. The seas were very rough our day but we still went out. Some of the other outfitters including ones that were not parasailing activities would not go because of the rough seas. Crew got us out before the rain hit. Height is 1,000 feet. The 4 year old loved it. He thought we were going up to jump into the water. He is a dare devil. There is a coupon which we did not see until we got back so check the books.

It was awesome although the pictures captured wasn’t that great. Buying the picture package didn’t seem worth it because they didn’t zoom in on any of the shoots. Out of 41 pictures captured only two were decent to clearly see.

Blah! This was my first experience and I wasnt happy. They said we went up 1,000 ft and that if you go up the highest it would be a 10-12 min ride. Well we were only up there 5mins when I asked why the lady made up an excuse about the weather. However we were first and they continued 4 rides after so it simply didnt make sense. I went again today to the company a few doors down and it was amazing!

I surprised my husband for his birthday year before (2018) and it was by far one of the most fun experiences weve ever had. He loved it and I loved the experience of going on the boat to so I could take photos and video. One of these days I might actually give it a go! Highly recommend!

The crew was great, the price was okay. They will fly 3 passengers at a time. The whole thing takes just about one hour. You could book parasailing at 9 then a boat tour next door at 11.

It was awesome never had been was really scared and they were so nice and the price wasnt that bad either. Definitely would go again.
