Went to check them out on a thursday at about 2pm door was locked, confused i call the number and a guy answered. I said are yall closed today? Pause....no were not there right now we stepped out, pause....well probably be back in about an hour. I can call you when were back or you can leave your keys on the tire and well call you TOMORROW when your inspection is done. Begrudgingly i left them. Call the next day at 130pm. Hey just checking on my car. “Its not done well call you when its done” so 415pm rolls around, still no call google says they close at 5pm. I called them and asked again. “Nope still not done man” sounded annoyed. He said id probably be done in the morning even though he said id be done today.

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your Virginia Beach location services. They do NOT fix what they claim to fix and when you bring up the issue they do not answer their phone or open their business location. I will be reporting to proper channels

I know I drove them crazy because I kept calling 😂 ( I had no idea how long it would take to put in a transmission, and the warranty process) they did such a. OUTSTANDING job on my car I will recommend them to anyone who has car trouble or just need basic maintenance.

Very unprofessional and appear to dislike people of color. I went for assistance one guy would not even get up and the other wouldnt make eye contact. When they were not doing anything I asked for assistance they said they could not help.
