Best experience Ive ever had at a dealership was what I received from Chris George in the service dept at Va Beach Audi! I told him what was going on with my 18 TTRS, he verified the problem, had a tech check the car out and ordered the parts. My first visit at the dealer I was there around 45min total. Parts were ordered and received in a very timely manner. My 2nd visit to have the parts installed took less than 1hr! Boom, I was done and out. Highly recommend getting your Audi serviced at this dealership!

Worst experience ever i honesty just wish they could take whatever parts they put on my car & just refund me my money. It’s like they will find a way just for you to spend money. I haven’t been able to drive my car since the end of July they told me the repairs would be done in a couple days then it turned into a couple weeks. In a 2 month spans I spent over $6000 & still my car isn’t functioning properly. Like they fixed everything but the problem. I don’t recommend no one goes here. They also don’t return calls. I just wish I never went here it’s ridiculous

The story of my experience with Audi VA Beach starts and ends with Brad and Darlene, literally and figuratively. Brad and I did the majority of our negotiations over texts and phone calls but Brad was extremely responsive and we managed to come to an agreement in a single afternoon. I came in for a test drive the next day and he had the car waiting for me on the showroom floor, a veteran move if Ive ever seen one. He was very knowledgeable about the car overall and he also educated me on Audi, his passion for the brand was apparent. Perhaps most important to me, Brad didnt try to pull any fast ones on me at the dealership and we were able to wrap things up quickly. I would highly recommend Brad as a salesperson to anyone interested in an Audi. Darlene in Finance was highly efficient, as anyone buying a German automobile would expect. When she called to tell me my repairs would cost nearly $1,000 her demeanor made it ok. I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back for repairs or service in the future.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!! These Google reviews are bogus. I am honestly starting to think that Google allows people to pay for reviews because there’s businesses on here that do not deserve the stars that they have!Go to Tysinger Audi instead!!!! Its not that much farther and they actually care about their customers!I went in a few months back to have diagnostics done to my AUDI. It was to get a second opinion and it cost me $189 for that clarification. Once the car was done, no one, not even the service tech communicated with me the details of the findings (only told me the problem itself and cost to repair). I had to call months later when I was ready to actually take on the repair due to the cost of it, to get the details.I have gone to many other Audi dealerships on the East Coast and this is the most disturbing one. I need to replace my radio and when you replace parts on an Audi, you have to put in that part code. The code belongs to you as the customer and shouldnt have a charge along with it after paying $1100 for the part. Well... This Audi sure enough tries to put a sticker price on that because they will not give you the code for the part without you coming in and paying them a fee for them to look at the car. All they need from me is the serial number on the radio to give me the code that I need. Its not their business if the part will fit my car or any of that. Im not asking them to verify anything but to just give me the code for a radio that I have in my hand. Ive been quoted two different prices for the same issue. The first price was $360 to install the radio and code it to the car. Keep in mind this radio literally has three plugs and takes less than five minutes to install into the car. The second price was the diagnostics fee of $189. They want hundreds of dollars for some thing as simple as giving the code so that I can install the radio myself (not rocket science) and code it to the car. This is absolutely disgusting because it takes no time at all for them to give a previous customer that information. Talk about money hungry! I absolutely loathe this location! They dont care to help anybody out yet every other dealership Ive been to have done small things to help their customers. My advice to you would be to find an Audi dealership anywhere else! I would avoid this one at all costs because youre just going to get ripped off.

Brad, who I had been communicating with before had another car in mind for us and we ended up buying that one (A different S5). Again, Bradley Comess is his full name I believe. He is a great salesman and is wonderful with customers. I will be coming back for my next car. He also always answers his phone and texts back as soon as he can, which is very helpful. First off I inquired about the Audi A4 through the website information link and was assigned to Brad Comess as my salesman. Service department never picks up the phone. When you get to speak with the receptionist they will give you one price over the phone & in person you will receive a different higher price. I asked how much is the diagnostic fee the receptionist told me $169 over the phone, get there in person it’s $189. I got a price of how much it is for the cost of my maintenance & was emailed two service summaries with different pricing for the same service, the second one costed more for no reason. My advisor honored the first price until I go to pick up my vehicle & was attempted to be charged the more expensive service fee. Again more issues with the pricing. No very specific with the services that will be performed on my vehicle. After I paid for my service bill I did not receive printed receipt of my bill because apparently their printed would not print the paperwork so I was told that my advisor would email it to me, never received an email of it, I am not pleased with the customer service I received at this place of business.

Brad was great to work with in leasing my new Audi. Despite the added challenges of putting together a deal from out of state, he was always responsive and upfront with what was going on, and what the next steps of the process were.

I appreciate the quality personal customer service I receive from their friendly and informative staff. They keep me aware of upcoming maintenance issues and my A8 in top condition. The only service center I go to. Look forward to purchasing my next Audi from them.

I had a good sales experience with this dealership back in 2004 but unfortunately the car itself was terribly unreliable after the certified preowned warranty expired. So after more than a decade I decided to give audi another chance last summer. This dealership has certainly changed. The two salesman I interacted with basically shoed me away without taking my trade in seriously or getting me the keys to the car I inquiried about. Not to worry though I went down the road to checkered flag jaguar and purchased a used lexus rc350 that same day for a great price.

ASK FOR BRAD! I would do business here again without hesitation! He was such a pleasure to deal with, waited 1hr past closing to make sure my wife and I were satisfied, and restored my faith in humanity that other salesmen had stolen from me! He made a friend and client in us!

We entered the showroom and were greeted very friendly and was introduced to Brad Comess and showed the car and explained the specs and was very professional and friendly with the experience of looking for cars. We went to the desk and worked out the numbers and ended up getting a car.

Dropped off my car early in the AM with an appointment and had radio silence from the service team until I called late in the afternoon only to find out my car wasn’t even touched. They told me when I dropped it off it could take up to 4 hours. This was for JUST an oil change and state inspection there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Now that they’ve waited until the end of the day to do anything with it, I am being told I will have to wait 2 more days for my car to be finished because I need a new tire and they don’t have one in stock. I feel like communication could have made this situation much easier. Not to mention, what is the point of making an early morning appointment if you are going to wait until 4:00PM to touch my vehicle???? Had I known there was an issue with my tire earlier in the day maybe I could have found one elsewhere sooner? Rather than being stuck?!?

Service Department seems to be lacking common sense. I don’t know if the “service advisor” is Checkered Flag specific or is common among luxury car brands in general. In the past five years, I purchased 2 Jaguars and leased an Audi. Anytime I call to follow up on the status of my vehicle, whoever answers the phone cannot give me any information about my vehicle and have to wait for my assigned customer service provider to get back to me. It’s sort of like a “sorry, not my job to service you approach.” All I need to know is what’s the status of my service and when can I pick up the vehicle. Why do I have to wait to get an answer to simple questions...Also, when it comes to getting a loaner, unless you’re scheduling far in advance, you’re not going to get one. But they will offer you a rental from one of their other dealerships. Like the ice cream machine always being broken at McDonalds - checkered flag luxury brands always seem to not have a loaner available.

Service department was great. Gabby was a huge help :). They even give you a shuttle ride back to your home while your vehicle is being serviced. :)

Great Dealership! I worked with Brad Comess. He was so responsive and worked quickly and diligently to find me the perfect car. Since, I had to drive from Richmond to pick it up, Brad, made sure the car was ready when I got there.Also, Karla in the business office was super efficient. She had all the paperwork ready for signature so that the entire process was completed quickly. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was nice. I highly recommend this dealership!

Bought a new Q7 yesterday from Brad, he was a awesome little guy. I had worked with Brad on the phone for a week with no pressure to buy. I zeroed in on Audi as the next car I wanted to purchase and the GM there paired me up with Brad Comess who has been an Audi salesman for quite some time. Brad listened to my parameters and the proceeded to set up several test rides evaluating performance and ride quality of the Q3, A4 and Q5. Over several visits he entertained my waffling back and forth and helped steer me towards outside of the box choices also to make sure when I made my final decision that I would be happy with it. Turns out one of the first vehicles he showed me for the ride quality and power that I discounted and said i didnt want was the one on the 4th visit I bought! Thanks to the GM Ed Klima for recommending Brad and a big thanks to Brad for letting me think out loud and look at stuff over and over without getting frustrated. All the way through the final purchase process with finance the experience was first class. Im looking forward to many happy years with my new Q5 crossover!

This is my 5th Audi in the past 12 years with this dealership! Natalie was a superb Saleswoman, and I highly recommend her! She knows her Audis AND knows all of the technology the customer needs to optimize the drive! They always accommodate either the first time buyer or the veteran...I would not hesitate to shop here. The back end (Service) is comprised of many veteran Audi mechanics and technicians that are second to none! I always walk away knowing that if I have the slight amout of problems, they will make them go away. The Service Manager Dennis has been there for many years and also accommodates! Superb experience!

Extremely disappointed in the service department at Audi VB. I bought my CPO 2016 S6 last March through another dealership. Shortly after buying it, I added a few aftermarket components to the stock exhaust system to improve the sound. The emissions system was completely untouched. In the past year, both my turbos were replaced without question by Audi Warwick in Rhode Island--a nearly $12,000 dollar job. After I moved home to VA, I began experiencing transmission problems and a catastrophic transmission leak. I called Audi VB for warranty work and was kept in the dark for 2 days before they told me that my claim was being denied and that my CPO warranty was null and void due to exhaust modifications. When I asked Chris how an exhaust modification would cause the transmission to fail, he tapped danced around the issue before handing me an $18k repair bill. Obviously Im taking my car elsewhere. This is strike two for the dealership after a botched and heavily contested oil consumption repair on my 2010 A4. If you have any question about whether your repair will be covered or trigger a TD1 flag, go anywhere else first. I highly recommend Audi Silver Springs. Its worth the drive.
