If you want to feel as part of the family, definitely have the Barbosa Agency be your insurance agency. A month after buying our first home, a large branch damaged our roof at 10:30 at night. I sent a quick text to Ryan, not expecting a response until the next day, but he called me immediately and helped me through the claims process. Our roof was fixed in a matter of days! The one time I truly needed Allstate was when my car was totaled in an accident. I called the agency requesting info on a tow and their response was to call the insurance company of the person who hit me. Yeah..that went over well. 0 compassion. Ended up calling a tow myself
