I purchased insurance through state farm online a month later i get a letter saying my insurance was going to be cancelled because i put speeding instead of reckless driving from a ticket from years ago by my husband. I called this location to try and resolve issue but the lady i spoke talked to me like i was an idiot and wasnt very helpful. I am a hardworking mother with a full time job...i have no reason to BS anyone. Progressive happily took me.
