I was in my first accident EVER and Art handled everything for me!

I would give less if i could. Serious lack of integrity, accountability and general care to do anything but make unfounded promises using bait and switch techniques to get you in the door. I would highly advise you stay away from this agent and Farmers Insurance in general.

Switching Agents

If i could give a minus 5 i would because arthur ermlich has not helped me like he said i was in there Thursday morning last week and in there Friday morning and afternoon trying to get general liability insurance and workmans comp and he acted like he couldnt get anyone to respond so he said Monday morning he would have everything taken care of and ready to sighn paperwork well monday he said that he would call me Tuesday morning and here it is wensday night and no phone call or nothing from him..the sad thing is i called a different insurance company and they had my general liability insurance and workmans comp insurance ready to be signed within 3 hours of calling them but i still told them that I was going to wait until i heard back from arthur because I told arthur that I would use him because I had already meet with him and I am a man of my word but i cant wait any longer for him if he didnt want to do business with me that is all he had to say and i would of went somewhere else
