If you’re a fan of “in person” type appointments instead of parking lot handling of business then this business is not for you. Regardless of vaccination status and wearing an additional mask, you will not be let in. Also, if you require printed documentation, know that you will be out of luck there as well and have to find a way to do it yourself which is is rough if you’re in the middle of moving. End state, I’m disappointed as they use to be about the customer.

Great company;staff knowledgeable and good work skills and appear to be people orientated.

I have been with this agency since I moved to Virginia 9 years ago. They make you feel like family. Even if I found a cheaper rate somewhere else, I wouldnt switch.

My experience with this agent and his associates has been horrible for most of the time with State Farm. Most recently, the online system stated that there was no bill due and now, out of nowhere, my bill is double. When calling in to inquire about this, the associate stated that it was a system glitch. I asked her why werent clients notified, she stated I guess we/they were hoping that you would call in. Can we say UNPROFESSIONAL!!! As a longtime client, this type of treatment is awful, especially during the time of a pandemic. I would NOT recommend this agent or his staff.
