My husband and I have lived here since 2018 and this complex has been amazing to us. The management is fantastic; they really care about the residents and ensure were taken care of. Management is always on top of keeping the grounds clean and buildings fixed up. Rent is affordable and its so close to everything.

The team at Weblin Place are amazing! I’m transitioning from a house to an apartment and they made my experience so smooth! Super excited for my upcoming move. Convenient location, great space, & priced right. I would definitely recommend!

I have lived here once before and now again for a second time! The staff are amazing and very helpful! Being in the military and shopping around for apartments it was a no brainer to be here! Everywhere else tries to rob you of the entirety of your BAH but this place you have more square feet without sacrificing all of your hard earned BAH. This is one place I will return to again and again!

10/10. Great place, great location, and great staff! I felt right at home and it was my first apartment and they helped me with any questions i had. price was very good for the size of the unit. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge blessing. pool was awesome and neighbors were pretty chill too.

I been living here 5 months and the office staff is wonderful, the maintenance man is always so helpful. If I need help with anything my doorbell is ringing within minutes. Nicki the office manager is so nice and always so cheerful, her assistant is also very helpful and nice. It is so quiet here and the neighbors are very friendly. I was sceptical about moving here because of rumors but I can honestly say the staff cares about your needs and works hard to make you comfortable. Its peaceful here I love it.

Dear Weblin Place Staff,Regarding your letter dated 5/22/2019 referencing parking issues in and around the islands in our apartment complex and based to the tone of said letter, I felt compelled to respond.To send a rude and unprofessional generalized letter to certain Weblin Place residents(Tyburn and Londonderry Ct.) rather than properly investigating the actual culprits relating to the parking issues you mention in your letter, you further indicate we have assigned parking and visitor parking for a reason”. The tone here seems to indicate incompetency on behalf of your residents and, to be frank, was not well received. The residents that reside here and makes monthly rental payments is what pays your salary!In the future, it may be prudent to first get all the variables together first, meaning, find out who is responsible before sending a blanket reminder to all residents about the parking policy and when doing so, address the residents in a helpful rather than derogatory tone.Thank you.

Moving to a new state can be a very nerve wrecking feeling but when I visited this apartment complex I felt at a complete ease. The entire leasing office department has treated me with complete care. They go out of their way to accommodate our family, they gave us immediate assistance as far as not only applying but moving in and feeling right at home. In a little over 24 hours we were already moving in. They really looked out for us. They also speak highly of one another and enjoy what they do. BREON OUTLAW has made himself available for any questions and really treats us with the upmost respect. He not only helped us lease our place but helped recommend us to visit places nearby. He is a really nice gentleman who deserves every last recommendation. He shows true care for our circumstance. Regardless of the questions I have for him, he will treat it as if it was the first question. Im not sure we could have been enjoying the state as much as currently do without this guy. We werent even looking to lease a place as big as the one we got but their price was worth the size. It is a very calm apartment complex and so many things are nearby.

The accommodations were awesome! Nice and spacious apartments ! The office staff were super nice and helpful even giving me information local schools!! So happy I will be calling Weblin Place Home ! thank you Ms Nikki ans staff for a stress free experience and explaining everything to me !

(Had to post here too besides Facebook) I just want to start off and say how amazing this place is. Yes, it’s in the middle of a not so nice area, but Kyra, Sarah, and Shafiq made us feel safe and at home. We’ve lived here for about a year and some change and sadly we are leaving because of deployment and pcsing. The apartments are spacious for an amazing price. People around us are friendly and they keep to themselves. I loved that the mails personally comes to you and if there is any events or news the office or maintenance will personally put it through your mail slot and if you have bigger packages you can just have it mailed to the office and they will let you know you have a package. This apartment also has a pool that’s 8ft deep and not many apartment pools has it that deep and yes they have a lifeguard. I wanted to save this comment for last. The maintenance team is uhhhh-maze-ing. Well I always had Shafiq helping us, but as a whole they are amazing. Shafiq is the best! I hope whoever rents here you guys will be able to meet him if he is still there down the road. He is funny and literallyyyyy cared about me and my family. My dogs loved him! Every time I take them for a walk and they see him driving his cart they’re already wagging their tails. I am glad this is the place we picked when we first moved here. Anyone that complained or talked bad about this place either got their panty in a bunch or they just didn’t get what they wanted because whatever you need they will literally help you or accommodate you.

I was working on construction in the neighborhood. While I cant comment on the apartments themselves, the staff were definitely pleasant and easy to work with. The grounds were also clean and well maintained.

I lived here back in 2014 for about a year. The staff was nice and didnt have any problems. Buildings were nice and clean too👍. The only downfall was the community and neighborhood is ok. Its not the ghetto but not a 4to5 star neighborhood. Nobody ever bothered me and everyone minded their own business which is good but, I would see people tying their dogs outside on the porch in the cold shaking and witnessed a couple of middle schoolers getting into fistfights outside my apartment after getting home from work🙄 some nights I would hear fireworks going off in the middle of the night. Hopefully, it wasnt a gun but I dont know. If I had a kid, I would not feel comfortable having them playing at the playground I would go to a park. Hopefully, things have changed since then. 3 1/2 stars

Ive been here two months, the move in process was a breeze. Nicki and Breon in the front office are awesome.The apartment is great, clean and bug free. There havent been any nosy or noisy neighbors and its back off the main road enough to not hear traffic.I recommend this place highly 👍

Wouldn’t recommend living here. My boyfriend moved in last December, the apartment reaked of Nicotine and there obviously wasnt anything done to get rid of the smell. Everything in the apartment is cheap, old, and has a musty smell. Appliances do not work like they should. Bugs were a problem all year. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Door knob was broken and wouldnt lock, happened several times when we were trying to leave apartment, defintely a safety issue. called mainetance several times about problem, didnt replace door knob until a month before the lease ended. Cars were being broken into and vandalized. Saw security maybe twice? Dont move here unless your comfortable with overpaying for a dump!

This is a great place to stay . Being in the military and not always being able to check a place out before you move in can get frustrating. But this place was really great good shape and very helpful staff.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET! Before I would have given this place 5 stars. My wife and I lived here for two years. But after moving out we got a bill of $600 saying they had to replace the carpet due to pet urine. THEN I found out that the $300 initial pet fee and recurring $30/mo pet fee we were paying means absolutely NOTHING. That $300 doesn’t go towards any damages you might have. It’s just so you can “have the pet”. I ask, what is the point of the $300 fee AND the monthly fee? Don’t move here if you have a pet. Or if you do just lie about it cuz they’re gonna try to screw you over either way.

Ive been living here for a year now. I would give 5 stars if i could actually have a bigger size dog to live here. Other than that i love this place. it allows me to have my pet snakes (very hard to find) and its near the highway. I also dont have to walk anywhere for laundry. This place is better than Linkhorn Bay. It saves me on gas too since its closer to base. Maintenance is very quick, and they do thier job correctly and are thorough. Also, the price is decent for the space. Again, just wish i could have a bigger dog, especially since im on the first floor. Thank you!

Im living here now and its amazing, the apartment is large and the neighborhood is quiet.

If i could give it a lower rating i would, management is awful. Miss Kyla Rowe is the rudest landlord I’ve ever met. I’ve had to call corporate twice and i wouldn’t recommend anybody moving here! Avoid these apartments at all costs!!
