This is place is beautiful, quiet, and a well maintained complex that is definitely a hidden jewel of Hampton Roads. Super professional, articulate & secure. Everything is well maintained & the apartments are just like amazing preserved bungalows. These apartments are very affordable, unlike the constant “shark pit” corporate rental apartments that are everywhere in the area. Vantage is very quiet, with beautiful tall pine trees that whisp from the bay beach breezes. The manager Lexi is extremely amazing & professional & definitely has you & your home as her top priority- definitely the best rental manager I have ever come across in many many years.If you are looking for a “Once In A Lifetime” small apartment community that is safe, secure, quiet, affordable & super cool apartment bungalows that are well maintained, then you really need to check out Vantage Apartments!

This was my very first apartment back in 1981. I was 18, the one bedroom was $215 a month. I loved it and felt so grown up, very fond memories. I do not remember the name of the manager, a very nice older woman and her husband. Later I became an apartment manager and have been in property management for 30 years now. I felt very safe here and used to walk to the beach about a mile away.

Ive been living here for 12 yrs and Ill be signing my new lease in December. Lexi Montgomery is an excellent property manager, taking care of apartment issues in a very timely manner. As well as making sure the property is well maintained etc. Were a smaller, very quite, and somewhat secluded complex, which is Great! Great place to live!

Im so happy to have found this apartment community. Its quiet and safe. The property manager Lexi is kind and genuine. She takes every issue brought to her attention seriously and makes sure it is resolved.

I was here Friday, I think I caught Mr Jamel as he was leaving for lunch :) But with a smile on his face he handed me a mask and invited me in. He didnt have what I needed and he called other neighborhoods to see if they could accommodate me. Thank you Jamel!
