Door is locked. No info. No one answers phone. Could be apart of the apartments across the way

These maintenence guys here deserve some props for my bathroom ceiling repair.They didnt just patch it but a whole upgrade yall need to give these men a raise!

I was worried my credit wasnt good but they worked with me and the apartment is soo cute with the hard wood floors and the neighborhood is really quiet an you can walk to 7-11 and the bus stop!! The only thing is there is no washer and dryer hookup in the house but they have newer machines in there laundry rooms.

Ive lived here for 2 years and my daughter has lived here for 4 years. Alot of people are related to each other out here between Aden Park and Ebbetts Plaza and it feels more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. The inside of the apartments are out of date BUT the maintnence guy Rick is very nice and he really does a great job. He recently made us a new water heater cabinet from scratch and it has transformed the look of our kitchen :) :) Never seen a handyman dedicate so much time and effort.

Do you not use the laundry room especially if you get off work before five because they’ll lock your your clothes in there while they’re washing or drying they open at 9 AM and close at 5 PM usually folks are going to work before they open and after they close

Worst apartment ever! Neighbors have roaches and are loud and get in ur business. Office woman is a moron. Doesnt even answer the phone when u try to call. Maintenance prob didnt make it past 8th grade. Every door was broken or didnt lock or wasnt the right size for the frame. Every room had patches in the walls. Neighborhood watch is a lie. Theres obvious drug deals in the parking lot. Parking is horrible. If u arent home by 8p, u arent parking anywhere near ur apt. Ive had to park at the bar, the next street over, even by the 711 up the road on the corner. There was mold in the tub that kept coming back no matter how many times I bleached it. I broke my lease as soon as I could. No one should ever live there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The landlord is extremely unprofessional there’s termites mold and my apartment leaked several times from above from my 10 months being there

Dont move here! Run far far away, you will get charged for Items that were broken when you moved in, theres mold in the apartments and the cabinets and tub look like theyve been there since the 80s.

Rude receptionist, I’ve been calling all day for listings after she raised her voice in a nasty tone I was uninterested.

I really havent had any problems living here.The leasing manager Lee is really nice always polite and does what she can if problems occur in your apt

Dont go I lived there for 5 years broken down wont fix anything mold BUGS.. Lee the complex manager is the worst she doesnt put in work orders random charges pop up..

Beyond glad that I moved. I was just told by my daughter that maitenace said we left the place a mess. Glad I have photos.
