I was worried that this foam that was on the wall of the pipe connected to the hvac (installed by another company in April) was some type of mold. Josh answered all my questions and even FaceTimed me to see the wall. This is above and beyond customer service. He eased my fears that it wasn’t anything like bacteria or mold. Now with it being randomly warm in December I can run the air conditioner without fear of what’s coming in the house!
