I dropped off a watch and asked for an estimate for repair and was told it would take a few days. A week later I called and they still didnt have an estimate. I called again after a few days and finally got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. I was told it would take a week to ten days. Two weeks later I called again and the person who answered the phone said she would pass on the message and someone would get back to me later in the day. Two days later, having heard nothing, I called again and got the same message. Still no return call. I called several days later and told the person on the phone I wanted the watch back whether it was repaired or not. No return call. I also emailed. Finally over a month after I had initially left the watch, I reached a woman who said the watch was ready. I picked it up the next day and it was repaired and working fine.Never in over the month they had the watch did they contact me. I had to keep calling and calling and none of my calls or my email got a response. It seems to me pretty poor business practice to ghost your customers and it should not have taken over a month to repair the watch. If I had known it would take that long I never would have left it with them.

While discussing an offer for buying gold/silver, I asked the technician what the rate they used for gold buy back. Simple question. Out of the main office with a rude and hostile shout i hear it depends! Well, ok, just want to know the price you use for this offer. I then received you want to argue?! Again, no, just wanted to know. He then points his finger and yells get the F*&% out of my store!!!Please friends beware, these folks are not genuine or have your best interest in mind. I have never had this type of treatment from a local establishment here in Vienna, completely unreasonable and hostile.

Love this place! Ive had several repairs here. The service is always professional and friendly. Ive also had different pieces made from other jewelry. I always leave with my expectations having been exceeded! After, almost 20 years of their service, I thought I should give a review.

I have had items repaired, clip on earrings converted to pierced, purchased jewelery, and they even looked over inherited costume jewelry and give value estimates. The staff is friendly and honest. The stock is varied and interesting. I encourage you to do business here.

The gentleman who did my lawn loan evaluation (based on jewelry value) was a straight up businessman. So make sure you know your facts before you walk in there, haha. It’s nice seeing an establishment who operates as a step up from a traditional pawn shop. I’d recommend.

This place is a joke. No idea how they have such good reviews. They offered me under $500 total for two rings that originally cost over $4700. The retail value even exceeded that. One was a wedding set, 2 ctw, the other a rose gold 14K engagement 1 ctw diamond ring. Beyond pathetic offer. I was offered more for just the gold at another establishment in Tysons.
