After reaching out via text I received an estimate of the resizing. Turns out I didnt need the full resize and saw the price adjusted. I appreciate the honesty and the guy was pretty down to earth. A friend recommended I go, now I extend the same. I was pleased.

Uneducated people are So Better than May jewellery staff..They don’t know how to talk with customer Rude behaviour& unprofessional attitude.I traveled 1hr waste of time.I Won’t visit this store Again.

Terrible experience. We drove 30 mins after scheduling a 30 minute appointment and the staff was not at all helpful. The lady walked away every few minutes after just showing 1 piece of jewelry rather than attending us. When we objected the guy says you need to be patient. What a joke. They dont deserve even 1 star rating. Please go somewhere else as you will waste your time at this place.

I was not treated good that is reason I took so long time to description and advise people not to go to go there for shopping.I recently went twice to that store first time I went I wanted to see diamond jewellery set and called them they tell me come and see the jewellery after going there they tell for diamond jewellery set you have to take 3 days before appointment so they will get some sets from locker and keep them ready to display and they was one set that was ready to be picked up by customer and they were like order that same it is very good kind of forcing me. After that I was selecting for my Kids and saw that every thing was over priced always rushing you to finalised things that are high priced. What ever you select will be hand made and always extra price with premium.2nd time I went it was worst treatment that I have ever encountered in my life time. Went to buy some chain or bracelet for my husband’s birthday and with in half an hour the guy tells it is been 30 minutes you have to make a decision and buy and leave if you can’t make a decision with in 30 minutes you have to leave now I told I want to finalize it and he tells me I am keeping 2 minutes timer if you don’t finish by then you have to leave and I was rushing to finalise and he tells with in 30 seconds after 2 minutes timer I have an Appointment if you don’t leave now I will call cops. First thing they did not tell the customer should finish shopping with in 30 minutes. 2nd thing did I steel anything to call the cops and 3rd thing I had big party hosted at home I was not passing time there in the shop doing window shopping. I drive all the was from 40 minutes each way to get gift for my husband birthday and my day was ruined by the one sales person . Not good at allWorst shop to ever go. I advise anyone not to go there ever for shopping.When when I called them on phone the gold price that was told the max charge for any kind of make would be 70 to 72 and the one one I selected is 79$

I would have given them 5 stars back when I went to get my engagement ring from May but now trying to get an appointment to get my wedding band has been terrible. I understand the current situation however they say they are still doing appointments. I have emailed the address they provided as well as called multiple times with no response. When they did answer the phone he said to resend the email which I did and still received no response. I then tried calling back another day and no one answered. Absolutely terrible customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband had my engagement ring re-designed here and it is absolutely beautiful!! I wear it everyday and can’t believe this is my ring. It is perfection and there’s nothing I would have wanted done differently. My husband worked on the ring with Vinh. If you are lucky enough to meet him, you will be in good hands.

I had the pleasure of working with Vicky Lemus while designing the engagement ring that I wanted. She was so great! Very responsive, knowledgeable, and didnt hesitate to provide advice/answer my many questions. Fanstastic, family run jewelry store. Found my perfect engagement ring here while window shopping with my then-boyfriend, and then came in every week until I finally got engaged because I could not stop looking at how beautiful it was! We got our wedding rings here as well. Lovely people, Vicky helped us but we really got to know the entire family working at May and will be going back for any other jewelry we need.

I cannot rate this jeweler any higher on all levels of measurement. They’re pricing is beyond fair for one. They have a tremendous stock/inventory selection plus the ability to custom design and create in house, which is amazing. The customer service is second to none. Plenty of parking. Excellent store.

Terrible customer service. They have seen me there multiple times in the past when I went there but when you start asking for a price break (They mark-up prices to a great extent. Sometimes over 50-60%) they act rude and like they dont know you. Will never go there again. The old Chinese lady is really bad. Send the entire staff to a university to learn 101 of customer service.

They tell something over phone and when you visit the store the story is different. Wasted my time trusting them. Poor in-store experience. The man was rude answering my inquiries. Total lies, they dont admit their mistakes.

May Jewelers WAS a regular go-to for my family even before they moved locations. They are known to have an expertise in repairing and selling quality jewelry. However in my most recent trip, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by the customer service especially upon entering the store. I asked someone working there about the rings that were being displayed in the front. My question was around the material of the rings and not what they were. He responded in an incredibly off-putting way that they were rings (which i got) and then later answered in a rather curt way. Not a great way to treat people as they enter. And the funny thing is that I might have purchased something else if I didnt have that experience. Because of this, I will probably think twice and research the other options available to me.

They are very rude, if you ask them any questions they get annoyed. The security person there is a disaster. The only helping person their is Alka. I wish I can give them Zero stars. I recently bought a ear rings and want to return and they told me they will give me half a price with receipt and I asked them why is like that instead the person asked me what kind of business I am in and when I told him that is none of your business, he said he is security there and I should leave the store.w

I was under the impression that May Jewelers was a genuine and good store. I bought a couple of gold coins and 22k gold bangles worth thousands from them previously without doubting their integrity and truthfullness (my mistake). Just last month, I walked into the shop and wanted to buy a 22k gold set. I was helped by one of the lady workers there. I asked around and she quoted prices (was very patient I must say) for the different sets that I liked. Finally I zeroed in on one set and she quoted a figure and I negotiated a bit and bought the set. I also bought a pair of diamond earings from them that day. My mom who was with me kept asking the lady as to what price per gram they were selling the set at and I stopped her as I totally and blindly trusted them to give me a FAIR and REASONABLE price. Later on when I showed the set to to my other family and friends they felt that I was over charged for the set. I then did what I should have done before I bought the set, I asked around other jewlers what the going rate/gram was and actually showed the set to other jewelers and they ALL quoted almost $600-$700 dollars below what I paid for the set!!!!!! You can imagine my disbelief and realisation of being taken for a ride by someone I TRUSTED!!I went back to them a day later and asked the manager/owner this time about what I found in my research and inquired if I could return the set as I was not happy. He gave me some explanations which didnt make too much sense to me, and then he suggested that I buy another pure gold set for the going rate per gram (which was NOT what the lady quoted for the same sets when I was previously there)!!He saw that I was not too happy with the way things turned out and offered to slash 300 dollars from the price. CONSIDERATE OR GUILTY, i will let youll decide. Even then I think they were over charged me. As I mentioned the same sets that I inquired about in my intitial visit were quoted for a lot lesser this time around when i went back! Now I can only imagine how much I overpaid for the gold bangles that I bought from them previously.I must say for a reputed store like this, this is not what I expected!, they totally lost my trust! I do take blame that I should have done my research and not blindly trusted them.

Brought in a ring for resizing on a Monday, guaranteed it will be ready Friday. On Friday told they subbed it out and it was a lost work order, might be ready next week. Disappointing situation and service
