I researched before I contacted them so I knew the retail value as well as the resale vale of the items I was selling. Appointment was easy, they were very nice, went though each item, and gave me a fair price and I left their office with a check. I might have been able to get a little more money had I tried to sell the items individually on Ebay but that is such a pain and would involve getting pieces appraised first, and my time is worth more than that. This was much easier and so much faster.
