Efren did an amazing job on my Audi. It looked as if it came off the show room floor. He was very professional and took very good care of my car because he knew it had to pass inspection at the VPC. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A CAR DETAILING COMPANY! I GOT MY CAR BACK AND THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT WAS RIPPED ALL THE WAY DOWN THE SIDE OF THE SEAT! WHEN SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER HE DENIED THAT HIS WORKERS DID IT AND THAT IT WAS ALREADY THERE ( Im in my car every day i would have known it was there. It wasnt . ) . he denied my refund and now Im stuck with damages to my seat . WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I GO THERE AGAIN...

I’ve been coming to this car wash for almost 4 years. The owner of the place is a Korean man. He is usually really nice. His wife who is usually on the register, seems not so friendly but it’s been ok. Today i went in to get my car washed and when i was about to leave, i see the lady coming out and asking me for my receipt (after she was the one who charged me). I tell her that I didn’t know where i had left it and she said she needed to see it. While she was asking me for it, i remember i had left it inside on the table where i was seating at. So i go back inside and place the receipt right by her register. I did not get a thank you or an im sorry. I’m so disappointed at the service and treatment i received today. It’s useless to say i wont be coming back because im sure they could care less. Just wanted to give my review. Hopefully it’s somewhat helpful to others.

Other than the very inappropriate loud music playing, they do a great job. Theyre super honest and trustworthy. I dropped a $10 bill that I didnt even know about. The guy came and handed it to me. I gave it to him as a tip, but others would have pocketed it.

Clean, they did a great job! They are friendly. the place is clean & very well maintained. Most of all everyone spoke ENGLISH. WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK.

They claimed to be finished washing my car but, they didn’t vacuum my seats, they didn’t vacuum my trunk, they didn’t wash my rubber mats, they didn’t spray air freshener. I paid $40 for all this to be done and had to go back and tell them to do their job correctly. This place was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend.

I remember a few years ago when the new owners purchased this business. It has grown in leaps and bounds because of their attention to detail and their hard work. Here the customer always comes first.

I had my SUV washed a little bit ago. I got the #4 wash and added the $10 spray wax. A gentlemen with a red hat did an excellent job on my car. The interior and exterior look great! After I drove away I realized my tweezers in the door probably got vacuumed up and he was quick to find them. Thank you.

My husband and I went today with both of our cars to get washed and the inside cleaned. We paid $20 each and waited for two hours for our cars. My husbands car they did a good job on inside and out now my car thats a different story. The inside was hardly wiped down dust and dirt everywhere still i paid more for the center console and that wasnt done as well. Nor did my car smell good afterwards I was expecting a air freshener or at least something sprayed in my car to make it smell decent. After $20 dollars I expected more from this place. Im very disappointed 😔

This place used to be so busy when I left town a few years ago. After we got back in town we decided to go back and get the best car wash in town. They had only two guys working and they were working so hard. They did a fantastic job on our truck and although Ill only be in town for 6 months I fully plan on coming here to get my car washed as much as I can. Its well worth the price.

After reading the reviews I thought this would be the best car wash in town. WRONG! $12.99 is not exactly cheap, nor the highest. But you expect a decent job. Vacuuming was worse than HORRIBLE, if it was done at all. Whoever is running this place has a lot of business knowledge to learn. No matter what, the customer comes first, not the receptionist, or workers, nor the boss.

Went to this car wash because it is so close to my work. They did a good job in such a short amount of time, plus the hot weather I am sure they were miserable. Nice People. However there is an extra charge for SUV or Trucks that they do not have posted to the public so that was a bummer. Also I paid for the wash that comes with an air freshner and I did not get one . Other than that this place is very decent, They at least did not spill any kind of cleaners on my upholstery like other places that I have been too. Would recommend to others.

When I arrived no one was there to tell which package I wanted and I had to find someone myself. I purchased their diamond premium tier and assumed I would have had a very immaculate suburban afterward. This was not the case. When they vacuumed my vehicle, they completely ignored my hatch compartent and left the sand and dog hair in the trunk space, as well as all over the back of the seats. When they washed the vehicle, they claimed I would get an undercarriage wash which I didnt, nor did they wash the roof of my vehicle. It wasnt till I got home that I noticed the trunk was not cleaned at all, and called them. They told me to come back and they would finish the job. Even after they finished the job, I still had to go over it for another hour cleaning the stuff they missed, which for the record, was a lot of hair still on my seats! I tipped the gentleman 20% as well! Keep in mind this is the day before Thanksgiving and my family and I are trying to get everything at our house ready and organized. The whole point of going to the car wash was to save time, which I didnt. This place has lost my business, which is unfortunate because it seems the owners are really nice, but their employees are half fast about their job.

I rarely give a 1 rating but good lord. Extremely rude guys. The two at the vacuums should be fired. They gave me sh** for not pulling into the lane they wanted me in. one of them actually, believe it or not, called me stupid. Amazing this is a business. I backed out before they could touch my car.

The carwash was good...the cashier is no good at attending didnt pay me no mind when I got there cause she was too busy chit chatting about eyelashes and then I decide to relax and use the massaging chair and it wouldnt turn on I had to tell her 3 times before she could go tell someone long story short my car was done being washed and I still couldnt get my massage to relax because she was no help at all.

Great!Very accommodating, no machines,all done by hand and well done too. I work near by and drop off my car. I come back on lunch half hour and pick it up. Only a few people wearing all the hats but they pull it off. Prices are more than fair considering the work involved. Should give them a try!

This is the best car wash I have been to in Victorville, they do a good clean job inside and out and their price is just right for my pockets. I have no complaints. If you have a long wait the owner will let you know how long of a wait and HE also helps in cleaning the cars.

I dont know if there has been a change in ownership at this car wash but the experience I had the last two times I went was horrible. I came to get my car wash a week ago and it was going to be more than an hour wait. They were very busy and only had two people working. I didnt have time to wait over an hour for my car. I thought Id give them another shot and came back today. When I arrived there was barely any cars being washed so I figured the wait time would be short. I told the guy I wanted the regular wash which shows $9.99. What a great deal right?! I went inside and the gentleman at the cash register which looked like the owner added another $2.00 to my ticket. When I asked him why he said it was because I had a truck. I explained to him that the sign said $9.99 and nothing about an extra charge for a truck. He then began to get very rude with me after I asked him that. Because of that I decided I did not want my car washed by them anymore. Once I said that he really went off and started yelling at me to go get my keys and get the hell out of the car wash. Ive worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and run multiple restaurants. This is unacceptable customer service. I will never go back to this car wash. Obviously the owner of this car wash doesnt seem to care to much about his customers. I will be taking my future business to the Victor Valley car wash which is only a mile down the road. They are a little more expensive but at least they are fully staffed and have friendly service.

Sometimes there is a wait but good help is very hard to find and the owner does his very best to run a smooth and professional business. Star car wash damaged my vehicle. Apparently some type of abrasive cloth or scrub sponge was used on my entire car and it destroyed my paint job and the back plastic window of my convertible. In the light you could see the whole pattern of circular scratches all over. I was heartbroken that this happened to my car and I never returned there again. On the day I took my vehicle in, it was a young man who was out in the lot. He seemed very inexperienced and with poor customer service skills. I let the owner know (Steve) who did nothing to resolve the problem and simply said said he had trouble finding good help. They dont properly train employees and you risk damage to your vehicle if you visit this unprofessional operation. Beware.

Today March 23, 2018 I went to Route 66 car wash on seventh Street in Victorville I had a very bad experience they washed my car and one of the workers stole from me I went back and explain the situation to the manager and the manager asked me to leave and totally defended his workers I’ve been going here from since 2011 I never had a bad experience with the manager before nice older oriental guy left the building there some new workers there look like they just pick them up off the street this was a very bad experience for me I will never go back here and I would advise anyone to not go there because these people still they lie and they give bad customer service
