I pulled up right before 9am. There was already people waiting and a line of cars. However the wait was not long about 45mins-an hour. Organized and well staffed for the amount of customers. Pricing is fair. Good seating inside and outside. Overall happy with the job they preformed! Will be returning

I have been using this car wash for express detailing and full detailing for years. I respect the work done inside and outside of the vehicle. There are times where some details are overlooked like wax not completely buffed off, vacuuming that is not complete, and cup holders that are that sill have the remains of a spill or crumbs. Every time I point it out, it is corrected. This makes me feel that speed and volume is what is most important to VVCar Wash, but the crew is polite and hard working.

The old supervisor who gives you receipt is so rude. He always shouts at customers. He always argues with customer. I am just telling him nicely that I am next when he started shouting at me. All the customer who witnessed what happened got mad at him. When I talked to the lady cashier who can I complain to, she said him because he is the supervisor. I asked her how many times again who can I complain and she kept telling me I dont know.

I got the Diamond wash just this morning and all in all they did an awesome job BUT... only complaint is they need to vacuum better. I did still have a little stuff that should have been vacuumed up but everything else was A1!

I have been to this car wash at least 20 times before never had A issue. today While waiting for the car to be washed we were inside watching television the television was playing nothing but promotional ads. I went to the cashier and asked her was there any way to change the channel and she said no I said so we just basically gotta sit here and watch this promotional stuff and she said yes like I was bothering her. She then proceeded to say I cant change the channel because I cant find the remote. I then said to her your Box has buttons you could push to change the channel up-and-down and then with the attitude she said well then you can go change it. Normally I wouldnt care about the conversation but she had a attitude and its not my job to go into her place of business and start changing the channel she could have easily got up and did it herself thats called customer service in which she had none.

Always have had great service. It may take a while if you go with one of the top packages but they do a thorough job inside and out.

Excellent service today. Ive been going there for a while but they just now offered me the card allowing you get free wash after 10. But they did my mats and got my car looking as good as new shes beautiful again.

Nice place, nice emplyees and the wash is great. My car comes out looking good everytime so far. Ive been here 3 times. My only reason for the 4 stars is they do a decent wipe down but I have my pup hair stuck to places on the car from when they wipe. Dog hair is a big problem for me but thats my baby. Other than that its great. Ive referred 2 people already and they are dog hair free so it came out nicer.

Poor service! Half of the car was not vacuumed, trash left on floor and marks left on car that werent there before. Took over 1 1/2 hours. Cars would come out and just sit in the sun for quite a bit before anyone would touch them, so needless to say water spots galore.

Never disappointed. I usually get about the $30 Car Wash but today I went for a full detail $150 they did a excellent job Only bad part is they could not get the ceiling but they did a excellent job. Only car wash I will go to in the high desert

Victor Valley Car Wash was nice. A bit expensive, but it was worth it. Julio, who wiped my car down and cleaned the inside did an excellent job. He really took his time and wiped the tires, inside the grooves, the sun roof, windows inside & out, the dashboard, middle console and then asked me would I open my trunk and I said for what and he said to clean it. I was shocked. Ive been to a lot of car washes and no one has ever asked me to open the trunk, to clean it. I told Julio thats ok, he didnt have to do it. Talking about A1 customer service. Hats off to Julio....The next time I go I hope Julio is there.

Good car wash. The guys really take their time and do a good job! I can recommend this place.

Nice wash but with parking on a hill to dry the car my door swung open and it got stuck and had to get my door repaired. Id recommend watching them when they pull your car up to dry it.

Ive been going here for about 5 yrs now and have never had a bad experience. When I first moved up to the high desert it was a struggle to find a good carwash, and to be honest, most carwashes in the high desert are bad. I bring all 3 of my vehicles here and when my older kids stay at our house for a couple of days I even bring thier cars here too. Best car wash by far and great friendly service!!
