Fast service but like most lab Corp in high desert only have certain hour avalible need more opening time..most are done online appointment..🤬😡👹👺

I’m a fainter when it comes to blood, usually 3 viles is my limit but Blanca drew 6 from me and I hardly felt anything, she was so fast and sweet and I didn’t even realized she had finished. I never want someone else to draw my blood again!

Better make an appointment. Walk ins are about an hour or more wait of just standing just to sign in.

It takes for ever to get in, all this lab places don’t really care about your safety most of them places are small and crowded, wish there was more places to do this....

Not sure why Labcorp put two locations on the same street, but someone has also mixed up pictures of the two locations online.So, even if you make an appointment chances are youre showing up to the wrong location, your scheduled appointment is useless and you still have to wait.Im currently waiting, even though I had an appointment, along with 2 other patients having the same problem.Hopefully someone with Labcorp will correct the issue and end the confusion.

UPDATE: The is the best place to have any kind of lab work done. 1st if you have an appointment and sign-in on the computer, it will usually offer you a sooner appointment. My appointment was at 10:15 and it offered me a 7:00. I was hoping for a cancellation or to get squeezed in. I was called in at 6:40 and out at 6:45. BARBARA is usually the person who takes my blood. This was the best time ever. There wasnt even a little tiny needle mark and absolutely no pain. Ive been going to this Lapcorp for years and I never want to change. The whole office staff is amazing and nice. Great job. Thank you for being my go to lab. Blanca drew my before blood and I also did a great job.. Seriously, if I could give it 5 thousand stars, I would.

I have never been to this lab Corp. I usually go to the one in apple valley. I had to take my 2 year yr old in for his Routine pediatric blood work and the lab Corp and Apple Valley BLEW both his veins and then yelled at me because I wasnt holding him right? Then said it was because he was screaming that is why they couldnt get blood? Then said it was because he was dehydrated? Which is it? The last time I checked this is your job, you are r the professional...i look to you to educate me on how to hold my child and bring in somebody to assist... the last time I checked 2 year olds are not going to sit still very well while getting stabbed with needles.So after that traumatic experience for both my son and myself we drove 25 minutes to this lab Corp and it was night and day difference. The staff was super friendly I didnt even have to ask, she already was a bringing in somebody else to help hold my son. She got the needle in one time and less than 10 seconds got the 2 vials of blood she needed and was on standby with stickers. I cannot express my gratitude and how thankful I am for the staff here and even though I have a lab Corp a minute away from my house I will continue to drive to come to this one because of how they were with my kids.Thank you so much!

Would NOT recommend, left my 1yo bruised, doctor did shell like pattern when needle was in his arm. Also different person tightened his wrap which made his arm turn dark. 3rd times the charm right? Funny, 3 shell patterns once needle was in.

Im sorry, there comes a time when you have so many patients you need to open another office. Thats LabCorp on Hesperia Road. Expect a 1 hour wait. No disrespect to the staff - they are good. And if they lose staff to a wastewater lab, a completely different field than health care, the corporation are not paying their staff enough. They need more chairs and they need more comfortable chairs for the 1 hour wait. Again, corporate cheapness.

A female lab. tech. was screeching at the top of her lungs, so as us patients couldn’t understand directions given by other staff members. When the patients asked her to quiet down, she insisted on getting louder. I will never use this facility again and will tell others not to use this facility.

Had to get my samples to them by 430 and got there at 428 the staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt much better after everything was done. I will return to them in the future. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Not alot of people like getting their blood done but i think its pretty rad. I see it as a moment in time to relax. Unless your the one who doesnt like doctors, blood or needles. Then this isnt the place for you.

Took my son in for labs...and what kid is not afraid of needles..the girls made it so simple and amicable that he was like is this all...we are done! Great job ladies!

I will always return when they draw my blood the first time and not have to look for a vein!. Its a good place with great sraff❤️

Never had a problem of any kind. All people are friendly and efficient. Dont forget that they are conviniently located.

Walked in and the staff is very disorganized! The bathrooms are nasty including a dirty waiting area. This place needs to be more sanitary for patients.

Walked into the dimly lit waiting room that was overflowing with people. Made my way to the counter and stood there for 5 whole minutes and not a single employee so much as looked in my direction. Finally I told ive been standing there for 5 minutes why have I been ignored. And they told me they will call me back when its my turn. I told them no they wont I havent even checked in yet thats y I am standing here!!! I then told them to have a good day and that I prefer not to deal with them at this point and I left. Went across the street to quest and got my blood work done there and was in and out in 15 minutes. I will NEVER go back there.

I felt as if i was bothering them by coming to this location to do my labwork. I plan on going someplace else in the future if i need labs. I would not recorecommend this place to anyone. Hopefully i will have more options in this area for labs in the future

The new electronic check in is really annoying. It takes forever just to hit a button. When it doesnt have the option to pick my insurance and I cant go forward and I ask the lady who works checkin, she is very rude. I dont understand why they need a computer to do her job. The lady behind me took 20 minutes to check in, poor elderly lady was so confused. They should rethink this checkin process. Ive been coming here for years and had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 because of this.

Terrible dirty office! The bathroom was disgusting with toilet paper, urine and paper towels on the floor. The lobby smells musty. Needs a deep cleaning and paint

Small and unkept. If I had used my wheelchair would take up too much. Staff does not even try to connect with customers. Too busy talking non-work related issues. Staff is bery loud.

Even if u make an appointment they still make u wait... I had to wait 50 min to get called in.

If I can give less then zero, I would. Worst experience ever. They never heard of customer service. Receptionist looks like “dont wont to be bothered”. Other staff looks like zombies. No smile, no curtesy!

Tried to login to my account impossible they say no account with this email address yet the just email my doctor said there was a narcotic and my results I want my results I never had the drug that theyd say I do

Went in the morning 8am on a Saturday and they were closed!!!!! Wasted morning!!!! They need to change hours!!!!
