This was my first visit with Ts Barbershop. Very nice and professional staff great with the little ones. I was very happy with there work.

It was my first time here visiting this shop I was in town visiting family and I want to say the customer service and the vibe was good a barber by the name of Serlatheo cut my sons hair he did a wonderful job

Went in to get my son A haircut I loved the atmosphere and the staff were very polite funny and helpful if needing A haircut this is the place to go

The barber that cut my hair didnt do a very good job. I was not happy with the results. He didnt take his time, he just rushed right through it. I noticed the other 2 barbers took their time. I never get a barber who does a good job. I felt it was a waist of my money.

Ask for Neek! He has been cutting my hair for years and always a great hair cut.

Would not recommend coming when they open. Ive come twice at 9 and have had to wait an hour in the parking lot for them to actually open. Last cut I got, I had to go over again because there was a whole spot missed above my ears.The environment is cool and the barbers are easy to talk to but until they establish when they actually ooen, just deal with the wait time later in the morning/day.I wrote this waiting in the parking lot and it is now 10:05am and still no barbers have walked in. If this wasnt every time, Id understand but work ethic is lacking here.

Really love this place great place to get any style hair cut.....

I was looking for Charlies, where Id been before, but only vaguely remembered the location. This location looked right. I stepped in the door and discovered that I was the only only white guy in a classic black barber shop. What the hell, they know how to cut hair, so why keep looking? I got a good haircut in a friendly atmosphere. Now I have to choose whether to come back here or go back to Charlies? Or go every other time.

Ms. Ts chair is worth the wait. All of the barbers are on point. The atmosphere in the shop is welcoming & inviting. I wish I would have found this barber shop sooner. Ms. T keeps my Natural Fly!!

We have 3 boys who got there haircut by, three different barbers. They dont have just one person, that know how to cut. They have a team. Look like we found a new home. That atmosphere was cool and the staff was friendly.

Ive been to this barbershop a couple of times my last visit to the barbershop I was not too satisfied with the service the young guy with the beard I dont know his name did my hair I just want to give you guys a suggestion make sure your Barbers focus on peoples hair when theyre talking and the guy that cut my hair was doing a lot of talking and it kept stopping a lot while cutting my hair just be more professional.

I went a little while back with my son and experienced verry bad service. Upon entering no-one greeted or welcomed us. We sat down waiting to get attended and after about 10 mins a kind lady finally stopped cutting hair and we got attended. My sons haircut came out fine but when they got to me they took their time. So much that even the lady that first attended me had to check the guy.i thought the haircut came out fine but when i got home after a showere i realized he had missed a couple of spots and i felt like they didnt even deserve the tip i left them. They were really talkative and extremely distracted whether it was by females or other things. I mean no disrespect i just hope the customer service gets alot better.

First time coming here not planning on coming here again at least no with that chubby barber. first off let me start off by saying if your gonna be charging $20 for a simple hair cut please dont use cheap ass clipper that leave your head burning and full of cuts after your done with the person. And if you have someone sitting on you chair dont start cutting my hair then walk alway looking for random stuff or start texting while cutting my hair. Was not a good experience

First time here since I moved to Victorville. Let’s just say it was terrible, the hair cut hurt this Dude was going hard on my head lol . Then he styled my hair with gel into a fohawk type thing when I didn’t ask for it . Don’t recommend it

Waited for 2 hours before I finally asked someone to cut my sons hair, when they knew I was a walk in. And the hair cut was ok, Im new to this area and they gave me a bad taste for the local barber shops in Victorville already. No customer service skills

I aint gonna lie they cut good, but the amount of waiting you have to go thru is a lot, Sometimes a 30 minute wait.

As a woman i dont care to sit in a Barber Shop but the music kept me entertained.
