Thank you Bob! Bob is a tech at Vitality and made a huge difference in the life if one of my foster cats. He offered simple advice and action and it worked great. My foster is thriving now and is on his way to being adopted!! Thank You!!
11/10. Excellent and responsive care with a very well trained and experienced staff. Dr. Bourque goes above and beyond, and cares for her patients as her own. Any time I bring my cats and dog in, requiring either emergency or long term care, they are at ease and comfortable with a friendly and detail oriented staff. Quality on the spot treatment for any issues as well as invested follow up calls and visits. Highly recommend.
Vitality is a master class in what veterinarian services should be. Timley, kind, experienced and thorough are just a few words I can use to explain the fantastic people at this place. My dog is always ecstatic to visit, which says a lot about the atmosphere and comfort they provide in their place of business. All procedures and recommendations are all explained well and in a way that anyone can comprehend, which is vital when it comes to your beloved pets. Ive had countless experiences with other vets and never made the commitment to one or another because of mixed experiences, but I can honestly say vitality will be providing my veterinary services from this point on. I cant recommend this facility enough and if youre a pet owner, I believe theres no better place you can bring them.
I have been bringing my pets to Vitality for a few years now and I have never had any issue. They are all very kind, educated and professional. They’ve taken such good care of my senior dog as issues arise with him. I won’t bring my fur babies anywhere else.
I’ve been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy and have never been disappointed with his care or treatment! He actually loves his visits to the vet. The staff are friendly, helpful and really care about their job and their furry patients. I always recommend Vitality to friends and family for not only their quality and staff, but their affordability. Through COVID and the many restrictions that even vets have to follow, they’ve come up with a great system and I’m never worried about my dog’s well-being when he has to go in without me. Thank you guys!
I’ve been bringing my cats to vitality for quite some time now and I won’t go anywhere else. They are extremely professional, kind, and caring. Prices are reasonable, but then again, when you get a pet you need to realize that you are also investing in their healthcare, so if you have an issue with that, then don’t get a pet. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. This clinic has done their absolute best with all of the restrictions that COVID 19 brought along with it. If you’re looking for professional, well educated, and kind staff for your pets health needs, look no further than Vitality.
I absolutely love Vitality Vetinary! All of the staff members are super friendly and always show so much love to my dog! I always recommend this place to anyone who has a pet. They have always been very accommodating with scheduling appointments for my dog. My dog absolutely loves them too and is always so happy when she goes here. Whenever I call for any concerns about my dog, they always give the best advice and follow up care. In the past year with the pandemic and the changes that had to occur, their services were always exceptional! They always explain things thoroughly. You can tell they truly care about their clients. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. I will always bring my dog and future pets here! I highly recommend Vitality Vetinary!
Inconsistent. When I started with them 2 years ago they were great. Friendly and responsive. Over the last year they have become less so. The biggest disappointment was losing 2 of my pets in the last few weeks, and they didnt say a word not even a card. Ive been a pet owner for years. And every single vet has always sent a sympathy card. I guess thats the difference between truly loving and caring for animals and just making money. Sadly I think Vitality has become all about the money. I think some of the staff may care, but sadly they are few.
Love the staff, vets and pricing. The tech Bob took good care of my fur baby. I hate not being able to be with her but I knew she was in good hands. Hope soon it will be back to a new normal and we have the option to go in. Thanks Vitality for doing your best during this pandemic.
This practice was exemplary. I recently had to make the painful decision to say goodbye to my 17.5 year young kitty Stitch. He had end stage kidney disease and they helped me through the process to try and extend his life and keep him happy. But the end soon came and they helped me honor Stitch compassionately.
I called because my cat is so sick he’s lost 65% of his weight! He has trouble breathing and I’m on disability I can’t afford the ER’s or most vets. I was hoping after telling them about Hank (my cat) n myself situation they would see him n I was told NO NEW CLIENTS! 😡 why would you let me tell you everything that’s wrong with him only to say oh no new pets?! That’s horrible I’m sorry getting my hopes up and say that! REALLY Unprofessional n heartless!!PSI brought my cat to TLC in New Bedford at a low price
I will not bring my pets anywhere other than Vitality. Good service. Professional and caring staff.
Very affordable veterinarian charges but more importantly they are all have professional and compassionate attitudes and very flexible hours, eager to assist youre loving pet .Thank you so much for caring, We highly recommend Vitality Veterinarian Services to all!!!
Very good vet professional friendly staff with great service and affordable prices highly recommended
Not only are they extremely reasonable and friendly but they always go the extra mile! My grandmothers dog pooped in the back seat of my car and they actually came out and cleaned It! In the rain!! I will never take my pets anywhere else!! Amazing place!
I was going to share my experience from today, however, I just looked at all the negative reviews from the last year or so, so I won’t waste my time. You shouldn’t waste your time going here either.
We have been a client since they opened and every time we call and need something, they are there. Very professional and responsive each and every time. You can see that they truly love the animals.
I was a client for years. My cat had a terminal illness and the last blood panel I had done his vet had the technician call who was clueless on his case because she was too busy. I received an apology via email and was told I would receive a call and never did. Last week my cat stopped eating I called twice and again received a call from a technician because his vet Dr. B was too busy to call. The technician wanted to give me an appt for Saturday, well my cat didnt have until Saturday he wasnt eating and no advise was given so he was taken somewhere else. I called the owner of Vitality and left a message and I guess Jared was too busy also because he never called me either. All I can say is this my sweet fur child is at peace and God sees all.
I honestly wouldnt give this place a star at all but i had to put something. This place is by far thee most unprofessional place ive ever been too. Techs with attitudes and clueless on questions you ask about service or what to do. You never get a straight answer from these people they always try to pass the phone off to someone else. I had a tech come to my car to get my dog and she had such a poor attitude not friendly whats so ever and my dog could sense it. You try to call to speak to the boss/ owner and your told hes never in that youll get a call back and you never do. Ill never return back with my dog and ill be sure to let others know as well. Almost $160 for the same problem to still be here. 🤦🏼♀️
Very disappointed in Vitality Vet and their lack of support when a sick appointment is needed. Unless I’m wrong I never knew it was a lottery to get an appointment. I called on the Friday before Fourth of July in regards to my dogs paws and some concerns I had. They advised me to call Monday to schedule an appointment. I started calling them at 8am when they opened I finally got through at 8:30 and explained the situation. The women informed me all sick appointments were booked by 8:30am and that they had no appointments available until mid August. When I said I can’t wait to get her paws until August do you have anything tomorrow she said we can’t book sick appointments in advance you will have to keep trying each morning at 8am and hope to get through. I said are you kidding me my puppy needs help and you can’t schedule her? She did offer after this to email in photos or go to another vet if I prefer. I just can’t imagine calling my doctor and saying I’m sick and he says we are booked for the day but try calling at 8am every day and maybe you will get through and get an appointment! Wow was definitely disappointed and shocked by this!
Because they are so reasonably priced, they have a huge clientele. They are WAY UNDERSTAFFED for this clientele!!!! The girls at the front desk answer the phone, put you on hold, then ignore your call. I have been on hold for 28 minutes!!! Not sure if they are worth the effort.Additional comments:They receptionist just took my call and began by apologizing profusely for the delay. She was helping a client and had no idea it had be 28 minutes. There should have been another person at the front desk. WAY UNDERSTAFFED!!!
Let me start by saying when Vitality first opened they were wonderful. Though the staff if friendly, this is the worst Vet we have ever had. Even with an appointment, the wait time is long. I waited over 45 minutes my last visit.Vitality has taken on my animals than they can handle and that is obvious. I called because my pup had a UTI. I was told they were booked for 2 weeks but yet I could call at 8:00 to see if there were any cancellations for that day. How would you like to have an infection and wait to see your doctor. The hold time on the phone was long just like the waiting room visits. There are more reliable Vets out there. I would not recommend this Vet to anyone. We will be switching veterinary services.
If I could give them 0 stars I would I went too them when they first opened up gave them a shot and they were great and great staff but this past weekend when I called them because my dog was having a hard time walking and they didn’t try too see him they said for me too call their other location I did and same result. Honestly I gave them a chance again after when they trimmed my dogs nails and hit a nerve and he ended up bleeding and he was traumatized with them and always gave problems and I should have just left them I went too another vet that was way better and he was a saint too them so another words don’t go too this place I think it’s gotten too their head and I’ll make sure a lot of people know about it.
The website and description of all their fancy equipment present this place to be super wonderful and caring and concerned about the health of your pet, specifically directed at helping people who are low-income.Be aware - this is not the case.Unlike every other business, they don’t tell you the single most important piece of information on their website-WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY NEW PATIENTS OR CLIENTS indefinitely.Their reply email directed me to “Call around to different veterinarians in the area to find one that can see your pet”!They literally declared they don’t want your business and telling you to go find somewhere else!By not adding a clear disclaimer stating this fact on their home page (or at least on the contact page for scheduling an appointment), they are actively promoting and advertising services which they currently do not offer. A.k.a. False and misleading representation of business practice. If the reason is due to COVID, obviously very valid, this is included in said disclaimer to avoid future confusion. The COVID restrictions are only temporary, but the damage to reputation is forever.
This vet had recomended that I should feed my dog Blue Buffalo. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! Ive heard many stories of dogs passing away from eating this type of food. Im taken aback a vet clinic would recommend something so deadly. I also called a few weeks ago to ask if they were taking in clients to cut dogs nails. The receptionist said, hold on then went back a minute later and said in a fake voice: Im sorry, what was that? I said: are you taking in patients for nail clippings? And she said, Im sorry, were not taking in any new clients right now. Then hung up. Im not a new client! Four of my pets go here and Im about to find another facility. Then I went there another time and a vet asked me to open my dogs mouth to check her teeth. Shouldnt that be the vets job? These vets do not care about animals at all. Take your hard earn money elsewhere.
I have to start by saying that I would have given 5 stars but the wait time was really long. I wouldnt have minded except that the waiting room is pretty small and there were several dogs. My poor guinea pig who was already sick was very stressed out by all the noise. However the doctor and nurse were absolutely amazing! They took great care of her and made time to answer all of my questions. The prices are also a lot better than other exotic vets that we have visited.
I went in a long time ago as a first time appointment. We waited over an half-hour beyond the appointment. Nobody would tell us why we had to wait. When we complained while we were leaving they used the excuse of an animal being euthanized as the reason for the the delay. However people who came in after us were allowed to go in and be to be seen.
My first visit as a walk in was to take my 19 year old cat in who was very ill and having breathing problems. Unfortunately she had to be put to sleep. Dr. Z and the staff were all very compassionate and helpful. They truly cared about the cat and me and were very patient. Although I have no pets at this time when I do adopt another couple of cats this is where they will be treated. Also the pricing is very reasonable. Thank you again.
We have been extremely satisfied with the care and attention we have received for our new puppy. Fees are super reasonable, rooms are clean, and attention by staff and Vets is exceptional. We had some questions and concerns with our new pup, both the techs and vets answered them knowledgeably and thoroughly. When asked about the lower fees, Vitalitys manager, Josh answered our question honestly and openly. Ask him yourself, you will see. NO gimmicks or short cuts, just caring people taking care of animals and their owners responsibly. No price gouging here.We were in this past weekend and an emergency came in. A cat with a breathing issue needed to be handled immediately or else it could expire. That put a minor wait on our visit. We were updated of that situation periodically and compensated with a discount off our bill for the inconvenience. When we were seen, we were not rushed out or hurried. Apologies were given for our wait, the vet gave our pup a full exam, administered her last shots and answered a couple of concerns I had.We feel confident in our decision to make the switch to Vitality. Our pup Emma, gives Vitality 4 paws up!!
Limited appointments are available for emergencies and Regular appointments require booking three months in advance. If you call with an emergency you will not get advice or attention if they do not have a spot available. Very disappointed with the service and compassion. The receptionist will repeat the same mantra they are booked and there is nothing they can do.
Great, experienced Doctors and technicians. Priced right for the economy we live in.
I recently took my new puppy to Vitality and I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very welcoming and excited to meet my puppy. The facility was very clean and quiet (hard to come by). I will definitely refer all of my fellow pet owners here based on my experience so far!
Our Yorkie Sophie has been treated at Vitality for more than a year. We couldnt be happier with everyone there and the Drs. Recently we brought Sophie in, thanks to Dr Reeses quick diagnosis...Sophie is not crippled. THANK YOU!
I absolutely love this vet clinic! I have a cat who got very hurt and every other vet clinic wanted to put my 2 year old cat down they didnt even want to help him. But the vets at Vitality said yes to saving his life by cutting off his tail. Now he is 3 1/2 and loving life. They take such good care of every animal we bring in and always asks how pong is doing. I will never go anywhere else
The staff was helpful and attentive. The treatment was thorough yet low cost. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get a wellness checkup or sick visit.
Very happy with the care my dog receives. Very convenient hours. They do their best to accommodate you. Best vet Ive been to in the area.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Vitality. I was becoming troubled my current vet and decided to try Vitality based on word of mouth. What a great decision. When your pet is sick all an owner is looking for is high quality and affordable care by compassionate and understanding staff. Vitality provided this and then some. They evaluated my dog, presented all options to me and were very clear on the cost. The care and cost is the best in area (take it from a 30 year dog owner!) and they have a customer for life.
I have pet rats and cats. One of my rats had been sick with cancer and we were waiting until his quality of life was no longer good to put him to sleep. The vet he had been seeing was closed the day he needed to be put down. It was a Sunday and the emergency place was quoting 170 dollars for euthanasia. Vitality vets and staff fit me in right away, gave compassionate care and come to find out were more knowledgeable than out usual vet. The staff was so kind. They made me a beautiful heart shaped clay piece with his paws on it and let me spend as much time with him as I wanted without rushing me. On top of the staff being great the price was also. If you want quality care at an affordable price check this place out. Ill be switching vets and bringing my other pets here.
I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic - I’ve moved both of my dogs here. I’ve dealt with two vets here - Dr. Ziolkowski and Dr. Bourque - both are extremely thorough, responsive and take the time to really assess what your pet needs, and to be available to you. The front desk staff are friendly and their prices are more than reasonable. The only downside is the wait on getting in sometimes - but to me that only means it’s a great place!
This new practice was modernly decorated and super cute! The staff was beyond friendly to me and my new puppy. Dr. Baker-Smith was knowledgeable and broke everything down in laymans terms. I felt like she was a friend of the family who cared about the health of my pet and made sure that she answered all of my questions. This place is amazing and I will bring my other 3 dogs to her also for future care.
Terrible customer service. Waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes multiple times. Not worth the frustration, take my money somewhere else
Just went there today with my Willow kitty. They were AWESOME!!! They were so sweet with my Willow and very professional and nice. I am making them my official vet. Very affordable too. I highly recommend.
I started taking both of my female kitties to Vitality last fall after hearing about their grand opening from a family member. I cannot express more deeply how AMAZING this place is. The staff at the front desk, the vet techs, Josh the Practice Manager, and obviously Dr. Burke -- incredible people just doing their job to help one animal at a time. I feel at ease knowing that my furbabies are well taken care of both in annual preventative care and in emergencies.
I had been going somewhere else for 7 years and I had heard nothing but good about Vitality. Went for the first time today and I couldnt be more pleased. Their prices are much more affordable but I did not feel rushed at all. Answered all my questions and Dr. Z was very easy to talk to. For the exact services from my previous place I paid $50.00 more than I did at Vitality. And the service was great. I would recommend then to anyone.
The staff here is excellent. I got an appointment next day. The receptionist had a great smile and took all my info. I was taken into an updated state of the art facility. The next 3 members of the staff took her vitals and checked her over. With 25 minutes Doctor Burke came in and followed through and suggested some blood work on site. The entire process only took maybe 20 minutes and I was updated by the staff twice who came in and spoke to me about my dog. Dr. Bruke came out and gave me the results and the best solution. Vitality Veterinary Service are wonderful. If anyone is posting anything less their wrong. I didnt even know this place existed until Monday. 5 stars to everyone in the staff.
Great place ! I was referred here from a friend due to the vet I was going to being overly priced and I just couldn’t afford it. This place definitely took a lot of weight of my shoulders. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable vet and the friendly staff make it Evan better . Thank you !
Well the two receptionists havent looked up from there computers to acknowledge the customers and patients in front of them... They have however answered the phone, put everyone on hold, and twirled there hair... Cant say I would recommend coming here.
I left my old vet to come to Vitality Veterinary Services with my three cats and a dog. They are very knowledgeable and compassionate when the situation calls for it. I find their pricing to be very competitive compared to other vets in the area. They have a mostly young staff which to me means that they are current with the latest technology and treatments. I have been with them since they opened their doors one year ago. With all new businesses there are bumps in the road and things to improve upon. I have seen that Vitality only strives to get BETTER in their area of business.
They are excellent! I brought 3 feral kittens in that I had rescued & they took great care of them. I have gone to a different vet for over 16 years & he would not have had the patience that they do. Everyone was very friendly & the cost was minimal compared to what I was used to. Absolutely recommend.
The staff is Great and professional. And always willing to work with you incase of emergencies always find a way to fit you in. Dr Z is wonderful even called to check on how my Penny was doing after she hurt her neck. Wonderful Place very compassionate care would recommend to anyone looking for a Vet!!!
Great place. Took my dog as a walk-in patient. They were caring and kind, didn’t make us wait long, and were less expensive than other vets. They gave him some meds, and he started showing improvements that same day.
Took my cat Scarlett here for a nail trim today and I am so impressed by how quickly and efficiently they worked. Not only that but the entire staff took the time to introduce themselves and ask for my cats name as well as mine. They were so good with Scarlett and so kind and warm and welcoming and they put both her and I at immediate ease. I will definitely be bringing all of my cats here for all of their medical needs from now on.
Awesome staff and more than reasonable prices. Highly recommend them! Could not be happier with my visit today! I brought my cat in who has breathing issues. Problem visit, senior profile (bloodwork) with urinalysis, and antibiotic injection all under $170.00. Josh the tech, the girl at the front desk, and Dr. Crawford were awesome! I will be bringing all of my 4 legged family members there!
I waited until I’d visited Vitality several times before I reviewed them. We have now been there with both of our dogs, Indi and Hudson, and our ferret, Tink. Every single time I have been in, I have left feeling like the staff was friendly to us, the facility was clean, they knew who we were, they took GREAT care of our kids, and their prices are EXTREMELY affordable. We have quite a few pets and Vitality allows for us to provide them the absolute best care without it putting a stress on our finances. We have been to several other vets trying to find “the one”, but we now confidently say we’ve found them. I own my own dog grooming business and I recommend this office to ALL of my clients. Thank you for taking great care of us and our children!
I find everything perfect here except for one slight issue.Staff are very friendly.I dont mind waiting, i worked in a doctors office for years and i get it. Just tells me that they are really thorough with check ups.But im super upset that each time i have called for a sick apt (usually around 9 or 10am) i am sadly turned away. And cannot get one for tomorrow unless i call next day. You try calling at 8am and its busy for atleast 20 minutes. I get it. They are super busy and well liked, but maybe need a better plan in place for this? They have a sign that says walk in welcome, but i dont see how?Im happy they have a sister site in attleboro, but its a hike. Again i do drive up there if its available .Im hoping maybe they can come up with a better sick plan system for the future.
This veterinary service takes walk ins before their own clients, leaving their clients in a lurch for a sick visit.Front desk staff was not caring and told me to go elsewhere for the care if my dog who had a seizure. Walk in pets are taking over the appointments for their own clients . Will not take my dogs there again. Not right.
All the people there love animals so much and are willing to help in any way that they can. Took my dog simonaire to get neutered. they instantly fell in love with him and I knew they would take great care of him!
They’ve taken such good care of my Maltipoo Leo. I’ve never felt more comfortable with bringing my dog to a vet that knows their stuff. The staff and Doctor Weaver are amazing! I can’t thank y’all enough for giving us the best vet care at an affordable price.
I just moved to the area so I brought my cat in for a general check-up. My cat is not the easiest to deal with and the staff here handled him very well - better than Ive experienced at other vets. They had a lot of patience and knowlege, especially when it came to his over eating problem. I got great advice, the place is very clean, and the overall experience was wonderful!
I called Vitality when my dog (60-lb border collie/lab mix) became suddenly ill. He was a pretty mellow guy usually, but had begun panting and was anxious and had diarrhea. As any pet owner knows, sudden pet illness usually mean lots of $$$$, and Id been through it before several times with my other dogs (chihuahuas) to the tune of thousands of dollars. And like any pet owner, I will spend it to help my pet, but always feel a little ripped off. So we called for an appointment at Vitality and were told to bring him in immediately, which in my experience generally translates into emergency and an inevitable upcharge. Id had one experience about seven years ago where a Pet ER wouldnt even see my sick/distressed pet until I had paid a $250 deposit, so I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived: my dog was taken into the room in under five minutes, even though we were new patients and hadnt even completed all the paperwork. The vet gave him a very thorough, full-body checkup, with two vet techs assisting. They were so gentle and soothing with my dog that his anxiety/stress level actually decreased during the visit. After the exam, the vet explained all of her findings from the exam (they were normal, thankfully) and recommended a complete blood screening. We left with two prescriptions and received a follow-up call the same day. My dog is Lyme positive and it turns out his levels were high and he needed a round of antibiotics. As far as cost, theres no such thing as cheap medical care for pets, but our emergency visit was itemized and the price point on many of the items was lower than Id anticipated (only a $29 exam fee, for example). All in all, with the fair pricing, prompt response time, and quality of care, I definitely recommend this office for emergency pet care, and actually plan to take them there for routine appointments from now on as well.
One of my cats had diarrhea and Vitality was able to see us right away. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best treatment for him. Odin is already feeling much better!
My cat was dying in my arms and I begged them to take her in for care but they kept refusing. Even worse they told me to go somewhere else as of my cat would even survive the drive somewhere else. So unbelievably heartless.
They did me a huge favor as my vet was out of stock on something I needed for my dog. I decided after seeing their price sheet to get a 2nd opinion on my dogs eye. I was so impressed with the care he received and all the extras the vet did when I just brought him for an eye issue that I decided to switch. We’ve been 2 more times since then and couldn’t be happier!
Although the first two times I went to the office I was very impressed with the Doctors and their care of my dogs, this past time was not so great. I found Dr. Young, in particular to be cold and clinical and suggested that my dog, who had UTI symptoms, might have Lyme Nephritis, which can be fatal. Why even suggest that possibility until tests come in? Although the results of the test came in (negative) by 8am the next day, no one took the time to call me until 3pm. Waiting was torture! It takes a minute to make that call. THEN, Dr. Young, who had not been working until 2 days after the appointment, called to give me the results, which I had already received. Do you keep notes on the animals? Do you speak to one another? I can only speak positively about any other veterinarian there but Dr. Young was not warm with my dog, gave snarky answers to my questions, and was completely unprofessional in what could have been a serious diagnosis of a beloved pet. I will go to the office again due to my initial experience, but I will make sure not to bring any animals to Dr Young.
They are extremely affordable, honest, and very caring/sweet. I’ve been to countless vets over the years and they are truly the only place I’ll go for as long as I’m in living in south east MA!
My dog received excellent care at Vitality, both Dr Bourque and Dr. Ziolkowski and the entire staff were amazing. I have not felt this comfortable anywhere else.My dog is 16 years old and had bladder stones removed. I was very hesitant to have the surgery as he is older but it went great! The price was GREAT and much more affordable than other clinics/hospitals. I highly recommend Vitality for all your animal needs.
My cat is deathly sick and to be told they are not taking on new clients is not acceptable, very uncaring, unprofessional!!
On Friday, I took my dog to Sylvan Animal Clinic because he was constantly whining, scratching his ear, and rubbing it against the floor. Sylvan Animal Clinic said it looks like theres something in his ear, but they did not clean it or treat it. It cost me $220 for him to be seen, have blood work, and have his eye treated. He continued to cry in pain all weekend. Today, I brought him to Vitality Veterinary Services in Swansea. They looked in his ear and cleaned out so much debri and said that his ears are infected! I can already tell that hes in a lot less pain and hes not whining anymore. They care about the animals well-being at Vitality and they are very pleasant and offer affordable prices. I highly recommend Vitality to anyone who is looking for a reliable veterinarian who will take care of your pet!
Have been there a couple times now with family pet and friends pet. First time was great. Minor stuff.Second time was somewhat of a sick call. Staff is friendly however the the Vets are extremely young. ....very inexperienced.*** Which is absolutely fine... dont get me wrong... I understand they need to start somewhere. But Im thinking that this is what Vitality vet businesses are based on... newly graduating vets or with very little experience, hence the discounted prices. With that being said its a great place to go for routine stuff but I would not go there for something serious. Surgery or sick dog or anything like that.... But there was also definitely questionable Behavior with one of the vet techs regarding Sanitation or safety concern.I was sitting there with my cat waiting to be seen. And my friend had her dog there for what they thought was an ear infection. A young vet tech came out with some ear swabs and proceeded to swab the dogs ears. Right in the waiting room.... she had two long cotton swabs and knelt down on the floor and swabbed one of the dogs ... and while she did that she put the other swab down on the floor! Right where a dog had just peed! Lets face it, floors are extremely dirty.... even more so when numerous cats and dogs especially dogs have gone in and marked their territory. Perfectly Natural of course. My friend said something too. Tech didnt seem to think much of it and picked the dirty swab up and proceeded to swab the dogs infected ear!! Not good.Bottom line, recommend for routine stuff....like Heartworm test, nails Etc.And yes the prices are good.
The secretary mentions over the phone that the veterinarian is too busy; that it would be better my three pets should recive a prompt medical review elsewhere. Thanks, . which is exactly what i did and paid that other beautiful business three good checks separately for my three pets- money lost to vitality which in reality lost this honest client for good- lol
Good prices on everything doctors are nice enough but very busy due to everyone needs a place with affordable prices. Technicians dont seem that experienced especially in drawing blood. Need more doctor patient interaction and follow up.
They are very good and patient with my Chihuahua & Guinea Piggie :) Very clean inside. Thank you for everything you do for them!
This place is great IF you are just looking for low prices and thats all. The staff while competent to a degree for the basics seem to be lacking in advanced skills. Weather it be a doctor or tech drawing the blood expect multiple pokes for your furry friend. By far the doctors are much better than the techs. It seems that the quality of techs there leaves a bit to be desired. Many of them will seeming know what they are talking about but dont. On the surface it looks like this place has it all but if you manage to get behind the doors in the back its a bit different. They WILL swear and rough up your pet if it struggles.
Amazing place. Will definitely go back next time I have issue with my cat.
Very caring and compassionate staff. I felt very comfortable with taking my dog here and having them take a look at her for hrt check ip. Will be going back .
First experience and they gained a new client for life ! Brought in my 4 month old husky and the team was amazing, quick and well informed ! Big thumbs up for the gentleman who was a former CO !!
The best price for animals care and all the people that work there are extremely nice.
Honestly the best veterinarian weve ever been to. We have 1 dog and 4 cats. Not only are they super affordable, but they treat the pets and owners as if they were their own family. We called with an emergency a few weeks back, and Swansea promptly directed me to Attleboro as they were booked. We drove to Attleboro and had Allie as our technician and Dr. Jessica Rozen as our veterinarian. They were AMAZING. They did the check up for Remi as she had been vomiting non-stop and has never been sick before. They did the exam and made conversation with my two daughters, who were slightly antsy. They made great recommendations for treatment, change in the type of dog food, and medications to use at home to ease her belly. They then were able to give me a priced list of all things Remi would require for her annual check-up, and did the same for our 4 cats. I recommend them 110% and cant see myself trusting another vet the way I do with them.
Awesome vets and vet techs. They treat your animals as if they were their own.
EVERYONE was wonderful! We took our dog in because she had a lame leg. Turns out she had a super high lyme level which my previous vet never tested for. Im not sure Ive ever had such a warm and caring vet visit. Ive changed to them permanently.
Very friendly, take the necessary time to explain things, short wait time, reasonably priced, nice new office. Thanks!
Compassionate, professional, affordable vet care. Love them!
We had been seeing another vet for years, but brought our dog in for a second opinion when he started spontaneously having accidents in the house, yet our vet told us that there was nothing wrong. Dr. Bourque noticed that his calcium levels had been elevated on his blood work from a few months back, diagnosed him with primary hyperparathyroidism, and referred us to a surgeon. If not diagnosed in a timely manner, my dog would have went into kidney failure and died several months later. He suscessfully went through surgery and was fine for several days, until he scratched his incision, which then became infected. Dr. Ziolkowski was kind enough to squeeze us in to treat the infection. Several weeks later, (and unrelated to his previous surgery) our dog became completely lethargic, wouldn’t eat or even stand up, and again Dr. Bourque and the team at Vitality went out of their way to squeeze us in. If it wasn’t for them, our dog would have died that day. It ended up that he has a mass on his spleen and was bleeding internally. They quickly referred us to a surgeon who was able to do emergency surgery to remove the spleen and part of his liver, and as of a week later he is doing great! I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at Vitality! We have been through several vets during my dog’s 12 years of life, and I have never meet a more knowledgeable and compassionate team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for their animals as much as you do!!
First appointment. We were on time, they were a half an hour late. Gave no explanation. Cats and dogs came in after us and were seen before us. Will not be using them in the future.
This is a great place! Its nice, clean and full of people who actually care about animals.
They always make my dog feel comfortable.
Thank you everyone at Vitality for saving Milos life :)
It used to be not anymore. They overbook appointments and have people waiting for over 45 minutes. It is unacceptable. Our pets no longer get quality care. Never again!
This. Vet hospital sounds wonderful
Took my cat in with a limp, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, service was very affordable and fast!
They really care about your pet
At 8:30 am no more walk in appointment. Asked to go to Attleboro with a puppy with a broken leg when I live in Swansea. Thanks
Awesome experience with Dr Bourque
Best vet ever.
