Horrible experience! As a woman myself seeing another woman being called the B* word in front of her child is disgusting! The manager didn’t handle this correctly! I wonder if he’d act the same if this person would’ve called him mother the B* word?! The barber was being rude since the beginning and not only to this lady but to several other customers. He took way too long. Being on his phone and ignoring customers as if they’re on his time! This is not good customer service! If you’re not going to do your job correctly then don’t do it at all! Never coming here again! This place needs to be reevaluated because grown men shouldn’t be calling ANY woman out of their name especially in front of their children! Very very rude and poor behavior and no professionalism.

This is the BEST barbershop in the High Desert. Penice (I hope I spelled your name correctly), was very helpful. It was our First visit here and we were nervous because of all the horrible experiences we have had at other barbershops. She is so sweet and explained that they would send us a text when it was our turn since we didnt have an appointment. It is worth the wait. Josh gave my husband a Signature cut. He did a phenomenal job and communicated well. We will definitely be regular customers. Trust me, these Barbers know what they are doing and have been trained well.

Got my son a haircut with Rico because they mentioned he was good with children. I am so glad I went to him. He is professional, Nice, friendly, works well with my son, and very much a perfectionist like myself. We waited a little bit longer than our apt time but worth the wait. Did not care for music choices inside their especially the songs that were dirty for a 2 year old to listen to but I like that they play music at all. We will be going back soon.Thanks RICO

My man got the dude named manny “best facial hair barber” dude messed my guys shi up. Left patches of hair on him, completely cut the hair off that he wanted trimmed, made one side of his mustache smaller than the other side, beard lines are completely trash. Wouldn’t recommend going to him for facial hair & won’t be coming back to him.

The back of my sons haircut is incredibly crooked and parts in the front look incomplete. We will be getting it fixed somewhere else.

So I always try to go for a undercut, Mid fade kind of haircut. I ask for a little trim on the top but no. my barber says Lets go all in He really messed up my haircut and my hair ive been growing out for a while and gave me a combover. Unfortunately thats how its always been until this barber understood what I was going for and gave me a quick clean-up. Loved the haircut but didnt last long because my mom literally cried because she doesnt like those type of haircuts and my dad got angry and tried to fix it, He is kind of a amateur barber so he gave me a combover just in time for my aunts daughters baptism, I hated having little hair. So I just told that fool just give me a buzzcut so I can have a fresh start at growing out my hair, He said tell your mom and I did and she got angry and my dad got angry.Too long, Didnt read: Loved the haircut until my parents cut it off.Knocked a star off because previous barbers just dont understand, I say Give me a little trim on the top And my whole mop becomes a damn buzzcut.

I took my 5 year old son to get a haircut and had Brian cut his hair. He messed up the back of my sons hair. We didnt notice it until we got home by then they were closed so we couldnt go back. This was the day before Easter. I had to take him somewhere else on Easter day to fix it. If you go to Signature Barbers in VV mall DONT USE BRIAN!

Very highly unprofessional! We arrived for our scheduled appointment on time and waited 15 minutes before we left. Online I scheduled an appointment for a hair cut and facial but only one person working knew how to do facials, it of course was not the person we scheduled with, and when we asked exactly what it was no one knew. There were 8 people either not wearing a mask at all or not wearing one properly and everyone was seated close enough to be touching. This place was absolutely packed, so I would not be surprised if everyone got Covid.

Really bad experience. They charge 25 for a haircut for my baby and it was a mess. I thought it was going to be a quality job. But i have paid 10 dollars elsewhere for a wayyyyy better job. It seems that they dont know what theyre doing..!!!

I come about every two weeks. Victor is good, Manny is good, Manuel is goodHad a decent haircut from Edgar. Made an appointment for Nick, waited 30min and he never showed. Was told “he was on his way”.

Great barbershop, great barbers, but they may or may not answer your call. They will return your call if they miss you. With the abundance of personnel, they have there calls shouldnt be missed.

Best shop up here for a cut! Can always count on Irv or Charles to hook me up and leave my hair feeling crisp! If they’re busy anyone else there is more than able to cut your hair and make sure your hair is on point!

A pretty busy spot, but they took me right in and I was able to get a chair without waiting. The barber was a great guy, I could tell he wanted to do a good job and he asked me multiple times what I wanted and if I liked how it looked as he was cutting. The price was higher than Ive ever paid anywhere but I still left him a $15 tip because he was caring and that mattered more to me than the prices.

Went there for the first time. I got my head razor shaved by LULU she was great she took her time and did a great job. Shes gonna be my go to barber from now on. Place is very clean and very koo had a great experience thanks Lulu😎

A dope unique barbershop. They’re always professional, you get a fresh hair cut every time, easy appointment set up, chill vibes, and the barbers are all licensed. Plus it’s conveniently in the mall.

Lulu is my go to barber she’s the real deal and she knows what she’s talking about. The location itself is very clean and has a super specific aesthetic which isn’t really my vibe... aside from that, as long as you make an appointment at least the day before, they are super efficient and super quick!

Always fast and friendly! I have Carlos cut mine and my kids hair. I have always done a walk-in but never have waited to long for a chair. The whole staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. I would definitely recommend Signature Barbering for a fresh cut!

Rico is great. Did my haircut with no hiccups turned out great.

Took the family, first time at this location. The wife ordered a turkey melt it came out and the meat was still cold inside and cheese not melted. We told the staff whos solution was to stick the entire thing back in the oven, warm guacamole and tomatoes.. not.very tasty. Also my son ordered a kids cheeseburger and they didnt bring it out till 5 mins after the other food was at the table. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

I went to get a clean fade and even out the top. I Was given a little boys haircut with uneven top. And I was charged $40. Now I need to go somewhere else and hope they can fix it.

Never had an issue with this place, everytime Ive done a walk in every barber had enough experience to know how to cut my hair, but today had to be the day were theres one new Barber that Ive never seen cuts my hair. I simply asked for a basic comb over and a taper all around and even my lady notice how bad it was when I walked out. The taper wasnt even and one side was shorter and lopsided from the other. Please all I ask is dont higher barbers with not enough experience at a place that has everyone else at a high standard.
